Welcome to our next spine chilling issue of New Rome Magazine, the Senate is so thrilled that you decided to drop by once again after reading about our favorite demigod, Percy Jackson.

Now you may be thinking: Rose, who's the Senate representing this month? Well you're in luck because I've got answers! This month we are focusing on your favorite emo boy; Nico Di Angelo. That's right, the Ghost King is getting his very own issue! Now Nico is an interesting character, introduced in the third book of the series, Nico as well as his sister Bianca, were noted to be children of Hades, god of the dead, before disappearing. Nico comes back in the next book with his powers mastered and claiming the title of the Ghost King.

Nico is a fan favorite right up there next to Percy Jackson and Leo Valdez (who will be send in future volumes). Although the fandom knows him as misunderstood, sweet, and a smol bean, he's noted to be angsty, scary, and mysterious by many characters in the series.

This description certainly doesn't scare off the Senate while we dive deeper into his character in this magazine!

Nico was full of misunderstandings, character arcs, and surprises in all of the series around the Greek world. While reading I thought 'Nico??? What?!?' so many times it truly kept me on the edge of my seat.
