{Vee}✨ Smut : So much to tell you!

Review of the book "Smut : So much to tell you"

Title: 3/5
The title SMUT: so much to tell you provides a narrative of the protagonists having a lot of hidden feelings for each other.

Cover: 3/5
The book’s cover will get your attention since it shows how the girl has undergone difficulty to reach where she is, she has gone through many twists and turns as shown by the unclear background and dim light. Nonetheless, as far as it establishes a starting point for the narrative, it still does not fully correspond to its depth or complication. The author would do well to have such small symbols or clues that would reflect what is happening in this book. As a whole, it is a cover that evokes a feeling about the book as opposed to showing what the book is completely.

BLURB: 3.5/5
According to the blurb, “SMUT: So much to tell you” is a novel set in Qatar that promises an exhilarating trip full of love and Change. From Hailey Roosevelt’s rough past to Jack Harrison’s prestigious pasts, the author suggests that these two characters belong to separate worlds which may converge mysteriously. But at the same time it could probably have used a better flow with more conciseness in words. Some sentences feel disjointed and could be combined for a more fluid reading experience. Additionally, offering a hint of the specific challenges or obstacles Hailey and Jack face in their journey would deepen intrigue and engagement.

CHARACTER: 6.5/10
The characters each have their unique traits and though in the starting episodes only Hailey can be known the introduction of Jack in episode 6 provides an intrigue to the readers.

Grammar/Vocabulary: 3.5/5
There are occasional instances of awkward phrasing or repetitive vocabulary that could be refined for a smoother reading experience. Additionally, while the spelling is mostly accurate, there are the misspellings that could benefit from closer attention during the editing process. The vocabulary used in the book is varied and descriptive, effectively conveying the settings and emotions of the characters though at certain places it feels repetitive. A more thorough spell check could help eliminate these errors and enhance the professionalism of the writing.

PLOT: 7/10
It is a captivating tale that immerses readers into the vibrant and complex world of Hailey, a young businesswoman who rises from humble beginnings to become the owner of Qatar's largest diamond store. Through Hailey's perspective, the story delves into themes of family dynamics, societal pressures, and personal growth.
The author skillfully weaves together Hailey's past and present, using flashbacks to provide insight into her character and motivations.
From her upbringing in a modest apartment to her luxurious lifestyle in West Bay, Hailey's transformation is both compelling though not relatable for many. The portrayal of her mother's influence on her decisions, adds depth to the story.
But, there are moments where the pacing of the story feels uneven, especially in the transition between episodes.

Overall: 3.5/5
Overall, SMUT: SO MUCH TO TELL YOU is an enthralling peek  at the lives of Qatar’s wealthy citizens. Those who crave exciting characters set against a well-described environment would love it. Nonetheless, some parts could use more editing, but fans will still appreciate its emotional tone and deep themes. With its engaging protagonists Hailey and Jack in their, richly detailed setting, the novel is sure to captivate readers seeking a blend of intrigue, drama, and personal growth. While there are areas where the narrative could be tightened, the story's emotional depth and thematic richness make it a worthwhile read for fans of contemporary fiction set in exotic locales.
