{Keeri}✨ Canvas of Deception
🍓Dive into "Canvas of Deception," a thrilling journey through suspense and intrigue and a rollercoaster of twists and turns! 🍓
🍓 Cover : 3.9/5
• The cover is simple, with the title and author's name clearly visible.
• It's catchy but feels too plain for a thriller.
• It could be improved to better reflect the story!
🍓 Title : 3.8/5
• The title is good and it does match the plot, but it could be more intriguing.
• I feel that it doesn't fully capture the intrigue compared to the well-structured plot of the story.
🍓 Blurb : 3.5/5
• I feel like the author could have written the blurb better.
• It does introduce Victoria and Dominic, but it feels like the readers won't catch the full intrigue and thrill of the story.
• The author could spice it up by adding some dialogues between the protagonist and antagonist, or reveal a bit more about the plot without giving too much away.
• A touch of wordplay in the dialogues could really make it pop and draw readers in!
🍓 Character Development - 4.8/5:
• The character development was fantastic throughout the story.
• Victoria, Xander, Dominic, Celeste- everyone's character was so well done.
• I really enjoyed it!
• Each character had their own colors and personalities, and their interactions felt spot on.
• Although, I did feel the last chapter's sexual content was a bit rushed with Victoria surrendering to Dominic so quickly.
• But hey, if I were in her place, maybe I’d do the same! Haha! 😆
🍓 Plot - 8.9/10:
• The plot is well-structured with suspenseful twists and turns, keeping readers engaged throughout!
• It is absolutely thrilling and mysterious throughout the chapters!
• I really loved how the author added papers written by Celeste at the end of some chapter, such a clever touch.
• Oh, the epilogue? Wow! It’s bound to hook almost all readers who comes across your book. Well done, it’s brilliantly written and instantly captivating.
• And Dominic using blood to draw his canvas was mind-blowing!
• The plot is still unfolding, but so far, it's fantastic. Great job, author! ✨
🍓 Grammar/Vocabulary : 9.5/10
• I can’t say anything about the grammar or vocabulary, it was spot on!
• There were some chapters like where Sarah's POV suddenly switched to third person, but it wasn't really too bothersome.
• The dialogues and detailed paragraphs were really well-written. However, I feel the author could simplify the vocabulary a bit. Some words were quite difficult and new, which, while adding to the mystery, could be toned down a little.
• It did seen like she might have relied on some of the AI tools available nowadays. I noticed that the language used was quite sophisticated and detailed. And I want to tell everyone that the intention behind this feedback is to help writers and authors enhance all aspects of their skills and that includes grammar and vocabulary, correct?
• I focus on reviewing the author's writing abilities rather than the AI's. While there's nothing wrong with using websites or apps to check for grammar or mistakes, it's important not to depend on them entirely.
• BUT, If you didn't use any external tools or rely on them excessively, then I appreciate the it. Well done, author! A round of applause for you, good job! ✨✨✨👏👏👏
🍓 Overall impression : 9/10
• The story is still unfolding, and there are many things yet to be revealed.
• The entire book was quite enjoyable and thrilling, and I particularly liked the characters Xander and Dominic. I'm in love with them.♥️
• I look forward to more updates from the book and seeing where things truly end up with Dominic and Victoria.
• It's that thrilling! Overall, it was a fantastic reading experience with plenty of twists and turns. Well done, author! ✨✨✨
🍓 Final marks : 43.4/50
🍓 Last note :
• There's not much else to add as a final note since the story was so thrilling and mysterious. I really enjoyed it!
• It was genuinely captivating, and I found myself glued to my computer screen. Lol.
