- Third POV -

THE NEXT DAY. At the MIKAELSON COMPOUND, Ana Coleman-Mikaelson gently walks down the stairs and into the courtyard.

Theseus, the Majordomo, is there in the courtyard.

"Theseus?" Ana said.

"Madam Ana." Theseus said with a bow.

"What is it?" Ana asked. "Is everything okay with Christy?"

"Christiana is doing fine, she is occupied as of right now. My Highness Elder Goddess Nadia has requested me to give you a note." said Theseus, handing her an envelope.

Ana gently takes the envelope. "What is it?"

"It's an invitation." Theseus said.

"Okay, thanks, Theseus." Ana said.

Theseus bows at her and disappears into a portal.

Ana opens the envelope and takes out an invitation card, which says.

To: Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah, Kol, Freya and Ana, you are invited to dinner with Ames, Nadia, Cyrus and Ismene in the grand dining room this evening. - Ames

"Ana?" Klaus said, slowly walks into the courtyard.

"Theseus was here. He gave me a envelope with an invitation." Ana said.

"What for?" Klaus asked.

"Ames invited us to an evening dinner at Mount Orasani with him, Nadia, Cyrus and Ismene." Ana told him.

"Really?" Klaus said, a bit surprised.

"Yeah, Klaus, really." Ana replied. "Have you called Christy? Has she checked in like she usually does?"

"Not as of yet." Klaus replied. "With the kids group at the Camp Orasani, we'll be focused on these mage witches."

Klaus's phone buzzes in his pants pocket. He takes out his phone and looks at it.

Video-chat : Christy

Klaus small smiles and answers his video-chat. Christy appears on the video-chat screen.

"Hello, Chris. Ana and I were just talking about you." Klaus said with a small smile.

"Really? That was weird." Christy said with a playful expression on her face. "Theseus told me that you guys have an evening dinner with my parents, my Uncle Cyrus and Aunt Ismene."

"Yeah, we do." Klaus said.

And then, Ana pops up on the video-chat screen. "Will you be there, Christy?"

"I'll be there." Christy replied. "Put me on the iPad, so, you can see me better."

shortly after . . .

Klaus and Ana have Christy on video-chat on the iPad, sitting at the table.

"So, what's been going on there lately?" Christy asked.

"Well, we have a mythology situation." Ana tells her.

"What mythology situation?" Christy asked.

"Something that involves mage witches." Klaus told her.

"Mage witches?" Christy said, with a knowing look on her face.

Which Klaus and Ana both noticed.

"You know of them, Chris?" Klaus asked.

"Yeah, I do. Mage witches are a cult. They have dark powers." Christy told both Klaus and Ana.

"Zenith and Thalia both said that mage witches volunteers themselves for a sacrifice." Ana said.

"Each sacrifice makes them stronger." said Christy. "Tithous has a file on them in the archives. I can access them and send you some notes."

"That'll be great, thanks, Christy." Ana said.

"You guys are welcome." Christy said. "And I'm sorry I can't be there at home right now. It's just that stuff keeps coming up."

"It's alright. We understand." Klaus said.

"Where's Luna and Trinity?" Christy asked.

"They're at the Camp Orasani with the kids group." Ana told her.

"Okay, I might surprise them." Christy said. "I'll see you guys at the afternoon dinner. Love you guys."

"Love you too, Christy." Klaus said.

Christy small smiles at them and wiggles her fingers at the video-chat screen and hangs up her phone.

"It was good seeing her." Ana said with a small smile. "She made my day even better."

Klaus small smiles to himself. "Yeah, she does have an effect on you with her positive energy."

"Yeah, she does." Ana agreed.

Klaus and Ana exchange small smiles at each other.

ZENITH AND THALIA'S MONASTERY HOME

Later that day, Zenith, Thalia, Klaus and Ana are in the main living room, sitting around on the U-shaped sofa.

"Christy sent the parchment files that she accessed on the mage witches." Ana said.

"Okay, all we need to know is how to destroy them." Thalia said.

"Why can't we just kill the lot of them?" Klaus asked.

"First, we don't know where they are. And second, they're powerful with their dark powers. Both men and women. Their dark powers can influence you if you're not careful." Zenith said.

"I'm a tribrid, but I'm also a witch. I can cast a protection spell on us, so, the mage witches dark powers doesn't kill us or influence us into hurting each other or ourselves." Ana said.

"You can try that." Thalia said. "But we still don't know where the mage witch cult is."

Klaus's phone buzzes in his jacket pocket. He takes out his phone and looks at it.

It's Elijah.

Klaus answers his phone, putting it on speakerphone. "Elijah?"

"Marcel and I have found another dead body of a vampire in an alleyway in the French Quarter. There's a dark sigil on the forehead." Elijah told on the speakerphone.

"There's been dead bodies of both vampires and witches." Thalia said.

"But not the werewolves, which is a good thing, I hope." Ana said.

"Elijah and I will check St. Anne's Church." Marcel said.

"And we'll check The Bayou." Zenith said.

Klaus hangs up his phone.

- Third POV -

At the ST. ANNE'S CHURCH, That late afternoon, Elijah, Marcel and Vincent looks around at the empty church.

"The mage witches were definitely here. I can sense their dark powers." Vincent said.

"The mage witches must've been here last night, performed a sacrificial ritual, and left." Marcel said.

"Niklaus and the others will investigate The Bayou." Elijah said.

Elijah, Marcel and Vincent exchange looks at each other.

THE BAYOU

Elijah, Marcel, Vincent has joined Klaus, Ana, Zenith and Thalia hiding amongst the trees.

"We found them." Ana said to her husband, Elijah.

At a makeshift altar, five mage witches, both men and women, chants around the altar with another vampire woman tied to the altar.

The hoodie cloaked mage witch woman uses a  ceremonial athame to draw the dark sigil on the vampire woman's forehead.

Klaus, Elijah, Marcel, Ana, Zenith and Thalia watches the sacrificial ritual from afar.

The five mage witches continues to chant as the hoodie cloaked mage witch woman stabs the vampire woman in her chest.

An orange black mist comes out of the vampire woman's dead body and the mist goes into the five mage witches and the hoodie cloaked mage witch woman as well.

"Oh my gosh." Thalia said, frantic.

After the sacrificial ritual is complete, the mage witches vanishes into a portal, leaving the dessicated dead body of the vampire woman on the ground.

"We need to leave now." Klaus said.

And Thalia makes her eyes glow beige and teleports them all away.
