The dark brown haired male frowned upon hearing at what (Name) said. He bit the insides of his cheek and pressed his lips together into a thin line while staring at the girl in front of him who was staring at her hands that was on her lap.

Bam looked at (Name) for a brief moment before sighing exasperatedly and walking away, back to his seat that was beside Khun who was watching the whole thing.

"Got rejected again, huh?" Khun smirked triumphantly as he placed his hand under his chin, looking smug at his looking defeated friend.

"..." The male didn't reply, but instead, he ignored Khun and slumped on his chair. He placed his head on his arm and looked at his side which was the clear window.

He wanted to be friends with (Name) but it seems like she still hated him. He sighed again and waited for their teacher while ignoring Khun who was pestering him about on getting rejected again.

Within a few minutes, the dark long haired teacher walked in the class with her handbag and her assistant teacher that has silver hair and his name is, Evan Edrok.

They began their class discussion and thankfully, their was no recitation or any activities that Yuri gave, their teachers just discussed a certain topic.

"Khun." Bam called out to his friend.

"Yeah?"

"Do we have any homeworks on other subjects?" Bam asked as he looked at his empty notebook, he was too distracted to take down notes

Khun had his brows furrowed, he stared at Bam with blank eyes before saying, "Seriously, you need to write it down. I'm not a walking reminder for you, ya' know."

Bam shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly and said, "Eh, you're here so remind me so why would I--"

"You wouldn't be able to graduate without me if you keep on depending on me." The sky blue haired male scoffed and crossed his arms over his chest as he narrowed his eyes at his friend.

He smirked when he thought of an idea, he looked at (Name) and back at Bam who was grumbling under his breath. "I mean, look at (Name), she doesn't need anyone to help her and yet she's at the top of this class."

"I guess.. I'll take your advice." Bam replied as he stared at his notebook on his desk and looked back at Khun again since he forgot what homeworks he had.

"Tch, here. Make sure you list it down tomorrow."  Khun sighed and gave Bam his notebook that contains the list of homeworks they have today and when it would be passed.

Thankfully, Khun's writing was neat and legible unlike their other classmate's ugly handwriting. Bam copied Khun's list in a matter of ten minutes and

After a few hours, their lunch time came, Bam turned his head to look at (Name) and saw that she doesn't have her bento box today. Bam thought of inviting her to eat with him and Khun despite being pushed away a few hours ago.

The (h/c) haired girl was busy staring at nothing, she sighed and opened her bag to take out her homemade chocolate by her grandmother that probably had some suppressants in it. She bit onto the chocolate delightfully, she like eating chocolates since it helps her brain remember and contain the words she's memorized. Chocolates are also great to be eaten before an exam or quizzes according to many research.

Suddenly, a figure stood in front of (Name), she looked up and saw the dark brown haired male again. Upon seeing Bam, the girl instantly covered her nose with her hand that has the handkerchief with a frown as she looked away and stared at the class tiles.

"(Name)? Is something wrong?" Bam took notice of how (Name) was covering her nose, he thought he smelled unpleasant but when he smelled himself, all he could smell was his cologne that was a given by his father, V.

The girl shook her free hand in front of her and said, "It's nothing.. I guess I'll eat with you." She thought that she can endure it since she was an alpha.

She stood up, taking her wallet and her half eaten chocolate. She doesn't know why she agreed but it was probably for the sake of her non- existent  friendship with Bam. She was only doing this since Bam kept on bothering her and she also wanted to figure out why his scent was affecting her a lot.

The golden eyed male smiled when he heard (Name) agree, this was the first time in years that he'll be able to eat with (Name) again. He waved his hand towards his friend, calling him out.

Khun sighed and walked up to Bam with his hands placed on his pockets. He took out one of his hand on his pocket and slapped Bam's back lightly for he was disappointed that Bam was still chasing after (Name) even though she's been mean to him since they were kids.

The two males sauntered up to their class genius who was waiting by the door. (Name) made eye contact with Khun but then looked away since Khun was glaring at her without Bam noticing.

"Say (Name), where did you study on grade school?" Bam asked and at the same time walked while staring at (Name). He couldn't get over that she became nicer unlike before.

To be honest, Bam wanted to ask (Name) on why she suddenly disappeared back then but he thought that it'd be too sudden, so he reserved it for when they're eating later.

"..Shinsei Academy." (Name) replied lowly, she couldn't bring herself to speak. Her heart was felt like it was going to burst when she's near Bam.

She doesn't know why but she didn't like how she's being affected.

"What?! Really? That's amazing then! Shinsei is one of the top schools in Japan, right?" Bam exclaimed at (Name), he was smiling brightly just as he was when he was a child. (Name) could still remember how he looked like.

(Name) stared at the bright male for a brief moment for she saw a child Bam in this smiling teenager beside her before replying, "Yeah."

They arrived in the cafeteria in an matter of minutes, the trio immediately went in line since other students were running inside the canteen to be the first in line, pushing some students harshly.

The girl was pushed back and she crashed on to the person beside her which was Bam. Of course it would be him, Khun wouldn't bother to save (Name) but he was chill around her, it's not like he hates her or anything, he was just uncomfortable that Bam was still trying to befriend the girl who did Bam wrong before.

Bam had his hands on (Name)'s shoulder and waist. "O-oh, thanks." (Name) said and composed herself, she could smell his scent again. She could feel her head ache and her face flush.

"No problem, just be careful. Students here are a bit rowdy." Bam stroked the back of his head as he reasoned with (Name). He suddenly felt shy since he managed to touch (Name) accidentally. At the back of his mind,

He wanted more.

Bam was extremely gentle around the girl, his touch was gentle and he was kind, he didn't know why but his gut and instincts made him do it.

He could also smell (Name)'s sweet scent even though she's in a few distance away, he can smell her effortlessly. This didn't happen with anyone other than (Name), Bam can still smell other people like Khun but that is when he's near them.

It's different with (Name).

"I can see that." (Name) replied and moved a hand of her arm, rubbing it in a gentle manner for she felt her hairs stood up from the feeling of Bam's touch.

The sky blue haired male narrowed his eyes at Bam with his eyebrows up in a suspicious manner. He went to buy his food first, and then looked for a table that's good for three people. He stopped looking for a table since Bam said that they'll be eating back the rooftop. Khun went ahead first, leaving Bam alone with (Name) since he didn't want to be near (Name) yet.

"Is there anything you want? I'll buy it for you." Bam suggested as he looked at (Name) with his expectant and pleading eyes.

"I can buy it myself." (Name) said and shook her head at the same time, she rejected Bam since she didn't want him to spend his own money on someone like her.

Yes, she realised what mistakes she's done before because of the lectures of her grandmother Aiko gave her. She spent days getting nagged by Aiko if she did anyone wrong.

"Oh." Bam hummed and at the same time looked like a kicked puppy. He shook his head and proceeded to buy his food.

And so, the two bought their own food, (Name) bought a simple egg sandwich and cookies since she wasn't in a mood to eat a full meal today while Bam bought a bucket of fries to share with his two friends and one burger.

They didn't have to buy any drinks since they have their own water bottles and another reason is that they didn't trust the cafeteria water.

As they walked, Bam was looking at (Name) and back to the floor, he wanted to engage a conversation but though that this moment was too quiet for his liking.

When they reached the rooftop, Bam opened the noisy metal door and went in the said place, he turned to his side and ushered (Name) to walk to where Khun is.

It seems that Khun had already eaten his bought food, so Bam had to share his fries. He let (Name) took a seat first before sitting down himself. Bam wanted (Name) to feel comfortable and was careful so that he wouldn't make any mistakes like before.

The trio ate in silence for a while, but then the blue poppy eyed male decided to break it. He leaned on the wall behind him with his hands on the back of his head to make himself comfortable before saying, "So (Name), why'd you disappear before?"

"..." The (h/c) haired girl stopped eating her sandwich and looked at Khun, dead in the eyes. She didn't reply for a few moments.

The golden eyed male panicked mentally of how (Name) reacted at Khun's question. He locked eyes with (Name)'s (e/c) ones and said, "A-ah, you don't have to reply or anything. It's alright--"

"My mother commited suicide that day."
