Myunghee hugged the jacket around her body as she waited with Jaemin inside the lift, she hoped everything would go well between the boys, not wanting to see anymore fights between them.

The elevator doors opened and the two stepped out, Myunghee walked confidently this time as she now knew which of the doors belonged to them but Jaemin was hesitant, the sudden fear of rejection hit him again. It didn't matter to him initially but he knew he couldn't take it if his own friends left him on his own.

Myunghee stopped on her tracks when she couldn't hear his footsteps along with hers and turned to look at Jaemin.

"What's wrong?" Myunghee asked. Jaemin gulped with his head hung low, he licked his dry lips before speaking.

"Are they mad at me?" Jaemin asked, knowing Myunghee probably spoke to them before she followed him.

"You won't know till you go in and find out," Myunghee said monotoned and left him there, walking towards their shared apartment and Jaemin watched her, dumbfounded with how she always managed to deal with him. He sighed, chest tightening in fear, Jaemin walked after Myunghee, feeling overwhelmed when he did so, making him want to hide on the other side of the door, where whoever opened up wouldn't see him immediately.

"Hiding isn't gonna help Jaemin," Myunghee whispered when she heard the footsteps on the other side of the door, the latch opened and the knob turned with a click sound, pale feet stood in front of her.

"Myunghee," Chenle said and smiled small. Myunghee peeked a glance at Jaemin who was now hidden behind the door that Chenle opened outwards. Myunghee looked towards Chenle and held his wrist, motioning him to follow. Chenle pout his lips as she brought him outside barefoot to the other side of the door where Jaemin stood with his head down, like a five-year-old who left his house just because his mother would refuse him his favorite candy.

Though younger, Chenle felt his heart warm up when he saw Jaemin looking guilt stricken. Myunghee left Chenle's wrist and let the two boys reconcile. Chenle didn't say anything, simply wrapping his arms around Jaemin who stuck his gaze to the floor.

"You have no idea how hard four days were without you," Chenle said, holding back his tears so as to keep Jaemin strong. Jaemin nuzzled his head into Chenle's nape and right then Renjun and Jeno came up to the front door in their pyjamas.

Myunghee motioned them to come out too and they did, barefoot like Chenle, Jeno closed the door so Jaemin wasn't hidden anymore and his eyes softened behind his glasses when he saw the two boys hugging. No words spoken, Jeno wrapped his large arms around the two and squeezed them, earning whines from them both which brought Haechan out. Renjun had his hand bandaged properly and stood beside Myunghee while watching his three friends.

"What's going on-" Haechan's voice was monotone till he saw the scene in front of him. Haechan jumped, hugging all of them together and soon, Renjun left his ego aside, hugging all the boys though his arms couldn't fully hold them. Myunghee felt her lips pursing in happiness, seeing them so happy was making her feel warm.

"You can join you know," Renjun said, turning his head to look at the girl, Jeno noticed and pulled out one of his arms, motioning for her to join with a smile. Myunghee immediately felt nervous but she jogged towards the group, hugging them with her long arms and giggling.

"Alright which one of you is pinching my ass?" Haechan asked making all of them chuckle in the group hug.

"Not me," Chenle yelled and Haechan didn't even think before kicking the younger's butt. Waves of laughter heard aloud till one of the neighbouring doors opened and a sleepy man in his 40s glared at them.

"Is this some kind of joke?!" He shout aloud making the young boys and Myunghee chuckle, each of them walked back into the house. Renjun let Myunghee in before stepping in himself and closing the door behind him.

They ganged up on Jaemin, punching his arm for running away and crying like a baby.

"I'm sorry," Jaemin said loudly with a smile.

"And?" Haechan said.

"I'll never do that again, I promise," Jaemin said and Chenle pat his back.

"Myunghee," Renjun called.

"Hmm," Myunghee said, looking up at the boy from her seated position.

"Stay here tonight, there's a spare room here, don't go out at this time of night, you don't even have your bike," Renjun said and Myunghee nods, realising she came here in their car and not on her own.

"Thank you," she said but Renjun shook his head.

"Thank you for bringing our friend back," Renjun said and Myunghee felt her eyebrows knitting and a little chuckle leaving her lips.

"Hey, all I did was bring him back to his home," Myunghee said.

"Not just that, look at him," Renjun said and Myunghee did as told. Jaemin was smiling at all the jokes Haechan cracked, everytime Chenle and Jeno bickered, Jaemin laughed heartily while smacking Jeno's bicep.

"Haechan's jokes aren't even the least bit funny but he smiles like he's watching his soulmate cook for him," Renjun sasses making Myunghee giggle once again.

"He hadn't done that in at least the last two years, his smile, thank you for bringing that back," Renjun said and it was only now Myunghee realised how serious Renjun was.

"I don't know what's going on between you two or what you did to get him this way but I'm glad and I'll always support you two being together, just know that."

Myunghee felt herself smiling genuinely.

She opened her arms and Renjun raised both his eyebrows with a little smile before hugging the girl.

"Thank you," they said together not realising Jaemin was watching the two, his smile falling as he looked between Myunghee and Renjun. His eyes gazed at the way Myunghee smiled, feeling hard to breathe when he saw that beautiful smile. As much as he wanted to deny his feelings, he decided to only put them aside, hoping to not lose her.
