Jaemin was quite surprised himself, he wasn't expecting the usually introverted girl to go so bold under the influence of alcohol, but in a way, Jaemin liked that part of her, a bit clumsy and unsophisticated. That night when he rode back to their shared apartment, he was met by Renjun who had his arms locked in front of his chest as he leaned on the front gate, watching Jaemin's every move.

"You know you're being a bit creepy don't you?" Jaemin asked Renjun who looked down before turning his gaze back at the younger boy.

"I've had way more drinks and I'm barely flushed, you're fully sober and yet your cheeks and ears are blood red, now you tell me, aren't I right with whatever I'm thinking?" Renjun teased, he could see it since the beginning, Jaemin wasn't the one to reach out to others, he didn't exactly do that for Myunghee either but she was the first girl in a long time that managed to form some sort of acquaintance like relationship with Jaemin.

"Stop your train of thoughts right there, she isn't my type," Jaemin said as he fit his helmet securely to his bike and locked the vehicle in its spot.

"The way I see it, I think it's the other way around," Renjun teased the last time before giving Jaemin a genuine smile, his cheeks blushing from all the drinks he had while Jaemin was plain sober. Renjun walked in first followed by Jaemin who had a little mischief building up in his mind already.

Myunghee, on the other hand, was fast asleep on her couch, the girl could barely walk a straight line, going up the stairs all the way to her room was a challenge she didn't want to take, thus explaining the figure of a girl's body, sprawled on the couch.

It wasn't a surprise that the girl woke up with a chronic headache, the sound of birds chirping making her want to peel off her ears if she could, she groaned as she lifted her tired body only to recall her stupidity from last night. Myunghee could cry from how the back of her head throbbed, the image of her trying to kiss Jaemin wasn't of much help either. She hoped he wouldn't bring it up and continue to be the quiet kid he was.

"Myunghee," The girl heard her name loud and clear, a deep voice cutting through all other noises making her turn instantly at the voice, that evening at the arena Myunghee only wished for solitude, not receiving that when Jaemin came up to her, hands fit in the pocket of his jeans with a smile on his face and Myunghee knew she was gonna have one hell of a time.

"C'mon, the boys have been worried about you," Myunghee saw that coming as she was quite late to the arena that evening, Jaemin led the way till they were at their spot, a space for her was saved between Chenle and Renjun and she smiled at the two before sitting there.

"You good? You were pretty wasted last night, at least that's what Jaemin said," Chenle asked her, concern evident in his voice and Myunghee could only pray he didn't mention anything about her little stunt.

"Yeah, about that, you're all okay now?" Renjun asked right after and Myunghee almost felt as though she was placed at gunpoint, in front of her Haechan and Jeno were staring right at her, waiting for her response, how could she just respond when she doesn't know what exactly they knew.

"Yeah, it was all okay when I woke up today," Myunghee said quietly and the nod, the atmosphere soon lifting when Haechan spoke.

"Should we go on a run? the ground behind the penthouse must be empty right now," Haechan proposed and soon enough they agreed to it. Myunghee was a sporty and boyish kid when she was younger, she had to be especially since she was raised by a single father. She laughed when she saw Renjun and Jeno going for the first race, Jeno clearly won as Renjun sat on the rough grounds with his legs spread out.

"Its too hot today, what if I got a heat stroke?!" Renjun tried to reason for his failure.

"You always make excuses Renjun, grow up," Chenle said and the irony probably made Renjun mad, causing him to get up and chase the younger, it was Chenle's and Jaemin's turn for the race and the two sprinted off almost instantly, it was hard to tell who was gonna win as they were neck-to-neck for more than a couple of seconds till Jaemin took the lead and raised his arms in victory.

He teased Chenle on the way back while Haechan and Myunghee got ready for their race.

"This is gonna be an easy kill," Haechan said and bent lower to position himself before the race. Myunghee scoffed at his words and decided to keep quiet instead, wanting her result to speak for her.

"Go!" Chenle screamed making Jeno chuckle slightly but Haechan and Myunghee sprinted up, they were neck to neck for quite a few seconds but as they got closer to the finish line, Myunghee left the older boy behind and came first, breathing faster as their chest heaved for oxygen.

"Good playing kid," Haechan said, Myunghee was happy he wasn't bein a sore loser and taking it lightly, the girl smiled before punching his tricep, looking up to see Jaemin watching her. He gave her a smile, something that caught her off-guard, this time it wasn't just Renjun who watched over the two who bloomed into something neither of them could decipher.

Jeno saw the little scene too, knowing Jaemin well he could tell that he needed to brace himself to see what happens between the two.
