Part 1

(A/N): THIS SHIT WAS FOUR PAGES IN GOOGLE DOCS, WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE-

Oh yeah, this is also loosely based off of the Hellbent episode. So not everything is accurate.

THIRD PERSON POV

Thick, salty liquid slowly cascaded down Arthurs cheeks, making him sniffle at the sight of his own despair. His worn-out orange jacket had gained new stains that night, while he used the article of clothing as a tissue for wiping away the tears.

A (S/C) arm wrapped around his left shoulder and patted his back sympathetically, making him look over to his side.

"L-look at me (Y/N)," Arthur started. "It's the middle of the night, and what am I doing? Crying in my pajamas, like a baby. Isn't it just pathetic?" He asked the girl next to him sarcastically.

Said girl sighed sadly in response. This had been happening almost every night for about a week, ever since the incident that had occured in the cave. The day after it happened, Arthur had called (Y/N) and asked- no, begged her to join Mystery Skulls. Like a replacement for Lewis, a coping mechanism.

It just seemed a little wrong though, to take a dead man's place only a day after. Plus, Lewis was good friends with Arthur and Vivi, while (Y/N) was just... (Y/N).

But, being the sensitive person she is, (Y/N) accepted.

"Arthur, it's not pathetic. Considering what you went through, shedding some tears is completely understandable."

"It's not just that..." He sighed, slowly standing up. Quiet squeaks could be faintly heard from the (F/C) couch. "I watched him die, (Y\N). By my own hands, nonetheless. What kind of a person just... lets that happen?"

(Y/N)'s heart started to break when she heard the cracks in Arthur's voice. He knew he didn't have any say or control in what happened, and yet he still blamed himself.

"Arthur..." (Y/N) trailed off, not knowing what to say. She needed to distract him from this, somehow. Otherwise he'd be over this all night.

"Let's go to the van for a little drive. Maybe that'll take your mind off this whole thing, huh?" She wrapped her arm around his waist and guided him towards the garage, waiting for him to react. He didn't protest. In fact, Arthur seemed to like the idea, given the slow nod at the thought.

Opening the bright yellow and orange doors to the Mystery Skulls van, Arthur got inside on the drivers side and fished out the key from his pockets. (Y/N) followed his lead, sitting on the passenger's seat. She gave a small smile and a thumbs up towards Arthur, signaling that she was ready to go. Arthur took the initiative and put the key into the ignition, and started up the van.

The drive went rather smoothly, considering the circumstances from before. Arthur had decided a little after they left to turn on the radio, so they had some background noise. It wasn't the greatest music around, but it was better than listening to the crying from earlier.

The title of the song playing started to glitch a little, with light purple mist beginning to flow around. Arthur's eyes widened at the sight. The color of the moisture began to remind him of a certain someone.

But it couldn't be him. He was dead. Arthur knew, he saw it happen. The look of betrayal and confusion in lewis's eyes, the twitch of the purple-haireds fingers when Arthur let go, it was all real.

"Arthur?" (Y/N) asked, noticing the distressed look Arthur was now wearing. "What's wrong?"

Arthur simply pointed at the now silent radio. All it said, was Hellbent.

A loud 'thump' echoed through the van, stopping the vehicle dead in its tracks. The once faint purple mist had now spread everywhere, surrounding (Y/N)'s and Arthur's bodies. While it almost seemed to try and strangle Arthur, it seemed... confused towards (Y/N). The mist slowly started to surround her face, mainly her lips. It gently wrapped around the plump pink feature, as if it was trying to feel something. But as fast as it came, it was gone. Arthur took a deep breath, the oxygen from his lungs starting to return. He slowed the van down, giving a worried glance towards (Y/N).

"What the- what- what was that?" (Y\N) breathed out.

"I think I know, and I don't like it." Arthur said, before leaning down towards the keys in the ignition to start the van once more. It wouldn't budge.

"Come on, come on..." A grunt of frustration emerged from Arthur's mouth. (Y/N)'s eyes slowly trailed to the front mirror.

What seemed to be a black moving van with multiple golden hearts and intricate purple carvings decorating the exterior had suddenly showed up. The familiar purple mist that had invaded the vehicle was now coating the tires and the windshield, almost as if it was the source of the mysterious haze. (Y/N) didn't know why and how the hell the bizarre van had been out of their sight for such a long time, but that didn't matter. It was following them. Worst of all? It was gaining.

(Y/N) shakedly poked Arthur in the shoulder to alert him of the unfamiliar entity. Said boy turned to look. And what he saw, were two purple eyes full of hatred and determination, focused right on him.

Arthur thrusted his right foot on the gas pedal, trying to make the van start. It didn't. He tried it again, only harder and faster. It still didn't work.

As a last resort, he slammed his metal arm onto the engine. Tiny electric sparks appeared during the process.

A loud whirring noise came out of the van. Arthur breathed a sigh of relief, before once more slamming down on the gas pedal.

(Y/N) held on tightly to her seatbelt, with gravity trying to push her back as the van lurched forward.

She leaned towards the window, trying to see if the black-and-purple van was still following them. And sure enough, it was. The mist from earlier had now vanished, leaving the driver of the vehicle in clear sight. (Y/N) rubbed her eyes.

Either it was a guy in a really well made costume, or an actual skeleton. With glowing purple eyes, and a golden heart attached to a nice looking suit.

The 'skeleton's eyes focused onto (Y/N)'s for a split second, before going back to the main focus.

Lewis had never seen her before. With gorgeous shining (H/C) hair, and those stunning (E/C) eyes, it would be pretty hard to ignore such an amazing person like this girl. He was intrigued; Who even was she, and why was she with Arthur? There had to be a reason.

Was she a replacement for him? Might be. But he had to know for sure. He had to know.

Meanwhile, Arthur was freaking out on the inside. How the hell did this guy look so similar to Lewis?!

It didn't matter right now though. They needed to get out of there, now.

Still looking at the mirror, (Y/N) focused her vision onto the purple glare of flame emerging from the mysterious persons hand. It grew bigger by the second, the flame forming into what seemed to be a giant fireball. The persons eyes narrowed, before releasing the projectile right at their van.

That wasn't good.

"Arthur look ou-"

Arthur didn't have time to react. By the time he turned around, it was too late. The fireball had already hit the back of the van, making him lose control of the vehicle.

The van spun out of their grasp, spinning round and round until they crashed. Multiple parts of the orange paint had been scraped off, leaving the van a little more bare than before.

(Y/N) groaned at the pain, her body aching from the uncomfortable position she had landed in.

She looked towards the driver seat, expecting Arthur to be in the same boat as her. But he wasn't there. Only a patch of his puffy orange jacket remained on the leather seat.

Her breath quickened, the thoughts inside her mind assuming the worst. She pushed the side door open, before speedily getting it, ignoring the painful screams her body yelled at her.

"Arthur!" (Y/N) cried out, not noticing the purple haired skeleton step out of his van. "Arthur where are you?!"

A hand suddenly grabbed at the back of her (F/C) sweater, making (Y/N) look down in surprise at the strangers sleeves. Black and white with gloves.

(Y/N) roughly jerked on the strangers suit, trying to get him to release. He didn't. He simply gave her one emotionless look, before tossing her inside the back of the black-and-purple van.

It all went dark.

But the only thing on (Y/N)'s mind during those few moments, were those two glowing purple eyes, staring right down at her.

(A/N): Yes yes I know, barely any yandere. Boo.

But I'm splitting this up into three parts. So trust me, you'll see a lot more yandere from Lewis soon.
