The next day, Klaus slowly walks into his and Christy's room and sees Christy packing up a camping bag.

[Christy Outfit]

"Christy?" Klaus said.

Christy glances at him. "Hey."

"Where are you going?" Klaus asked.

"Zenith, Thalia, Max and I are taking the kids camping at Mount Orasani. There's a campground there." Christy said.

"Yeah, Luna and Trinity talked about the camping trip." Klaus said. "Do you have everything you need?"

"I do." Christy said. "I have some snacks, and Hagarth got some of those food rations, remember those?"

"Yeah, I do." Klaus said.

"I'll bring Luna and Trinity back here this evening." Christy said, gently putting her camping bag on her shoulder and walks away.

"I love you." Klaus said.

Christy stopped walking and turns to look at Klaus. He looks at her, hoping that she will say it back.

But due to Christy's anger with him, she gently nods at him and walks away.

- Third POV -

In the ballroom, Klaus sits on the staircase, on his phone with Theseus.

"Does The Golden Fleece work on humans, Theseus?" Klaus asked.

"I think so, Sire Klaus." Theseus replied. "Why do you ask?"

"Just curious is all." Klaus said. "Thank you, Theseus."

"You are welcome." Theseus said.

And Klaus hangs up his phone.

Minutes after, Klaus and Freya has recovered Will Kinney's corpse and is crouched down. They gently lays him in the middle of a salt circle boundary spell.

"Are you sure this will work, Klaus?" Freya asked.

"Ivy was revived with the Golden Fleece, so, this has to work, even though, there is a 50% chance." Klaus said.

"Alright." Freya said. She gently lays the Golden Fleece atop Will Kinney's corpse.

Klaus and Freya gets up and slowly backs away.

The Golden Fleece glows on Will Kinney's corpse, healing him from his stomach stab wound.

With a gasp, Will Kinney sits up straight and with the clothes he died in. He looks at Klaus and Freya, who has shocked looks on their faces.

"Where am I?" Will Kinney asked. "What happened?"

Klaus and Freya exchange looks at each other.

Later that day, now, in the courtyard, a resurrected Will Kinney sits on a sofa chair with a blanket wrapped around his shoulders.

"What do you remember?" Freya asked.

"Um, Klaus visited me and he stabbed me with a knife." Will Kinney told her. "Did I die?"

"You did, but briefly." Freya said.

"Then, how am I alive? I'm not a vampire, am I?" Will Kinney asked.

"No, you're not." Klaus said and sits down on the coffee table and compels Will, looking him in his eyes. "You were in an accident that cost you your life, you briefly flatlined, but you were revived by the paramedics. You will continue taking vervain after this and will continue your life as a Detective at the New Orleans Police station. Do you understand?"

"I understand." Will Kinney said under the compulsion.

Klaus and Will Kinney exchange looks at each other.

"Where's Christy? Is she around?" Will asked.

"She's out for the moment but she will return this evening. You could stay here if you like." Klaus said.

"Sure." Will said.

"I will have the housekeeper attend whatever you like." Klaus said.

"Food and water would be good." Will said.

"Alright." Freya said.

In the courtyard, Will sits at the table, eating a plate of food and a glass of vervain iced water.

From the second floor balcony railing, Klaus and Elijah observes him.

"What generousity you did, Niklaus, reviving Detective Will with the Golden Fleece." Elijah said to his brother. "But deep down, you hope that this will ease the tension between you and Christy."

"Maybe." Klaus said, with some slight hopes. "Maybe not."

HOME ISLAND OF MOUNT ORASANI -- CAMPGROUND

That afternoon, on the campground, the kids group; Luna and Trinity, Nikole, Damien and Irene and Marion sits on foldable chairs, along with Zenith, Thalia, Max and Christy sits on foldable chairs, eating plastic plates of cooked salmon.

They are sitting around a bonfire with a cooking pot over the fire.

"This is really good." Marion said. "The salmon is great, Dad."

"Glad you like it, Mar." Max said to his daughter.

"How about some s'mores for dessert?" Christy asked.

"Awesome." Nikole said.

"I brought my Polaroid so, I'm taking pictures." Christy said.

"Okay, that's cool." Irene said.

"I'm gonna get the s'mores." Thalia said.

"Can we help, Mom?" Damien asked.

"Sure." Thalia said.

Thalia, Damien and Irene gets up and walks over to the picnic table.

"Mom? Are you and Dad okay?" Luna whispered.

Christy looks at her oldest daughter. "No, we're not okay."

"Did Dad do something bad?" Trinity asked.

"Yeah, he did. And even though, your father and I are separated, it doesn't mean we stop loving each other. Your father will never stop loving me, and I will never stop loving him. We will work things out eventually. I want you girls to have fun camping, I don't want you girls to worry about your father and me, okay?" Christy said.

"Yes, ma'am." Luna said.

"Yes, ma'am." Trinity said.

Afterwards, Zenith, Thalia, Max and Christy, and the kids; Luna and Trinity, Nikole, Damien and Irene and Marion are eating their s'mores.

"Oh my gosh, these s'mores are so good, Thalia." Christy complimented her childhood best friend with a small smile.

"Thank you." Thalia said.

"Hey, Mar. Have you been keeping up with your sword and shield training?" Christy asked.

"Yeah, I have." Marion replied. "I learned from my Dad and at the Camp Orasani."

"Yeah, that's my girl." Max said.

Max and Marion gently fist bump each other.

"Do you still sleep with your plushie unicorn?" Christy asked with a playful smile.

Everyone playfully chuckles.

"I do. I love my plush unicorn and my unicorn necklace too." Marion said with a playful chuckle.

And they all continue enjoying their camp trip.

Later that evening, Christy slowly walks back into the courtyard where she sees Detective Will sits at the table.

"Will?" Christy said, shocked.

Will looks at Christy. "Christy? Hi."

Christy looks shocked at Will as he gets up and walks up to her. "What are you doing here?"

"I wanted to come by and see you, so, Klaus let me stay until you got here." Will tells her.

Christy and Will shares a one-arm hug. She looks at Klaus, who looks at her from the ballroom and slowly walks back inside.

Will and Christy gently pulls away from the hug and exchange looks at each other.

"Will? I'll talk to you later. Call you a taxi and go home, okay?" Christy asked.

"Yeah, sure." Will replied and walks away, walking out of the compound.

Shortly after...

Klaus is pacing back and forth. Christy walks into the ballroom. Klaus stopped pacing and looks at her. She walks up to her husband, Klaus, and slaps him.

"You son of a bitch." Christy said, almost tearing up, but composures herself.

Klaus looks at Christy with a calm expression on his face.

"You used the Golden Fleece, didn't you?" Christy asked. "Like you did with Ivy?"

"Yes." Klaus said.

"Why? Did you really think that reviving him will change things between us?" Christy asked.

"Maybe, maybe not." Klaus told her. "I didn't know that it was gonna work on Will with him being human, so, I took a 50% chance, and to my shock, it worked."

Christy calms herself down and looks at Klaus. "Does Will know about what happened to him?"

"No, I compelled him." Klaus told her. "I told him that he was in an accident that caused him to lose his life and that the paramedics revived him at the hospital." He gently folds his arms. "He thought he was a vampire though." He added.

"That's not funny, Niklaus." Christy said with a serious look on her face, referring to the "vampire" part.

"I'm not laughing." Klaus said with a serious, yet, calm look on his face.

Christy slowly walks over to the sofa and sits down. "Does Vincent know about Will?"

"Not yet." Klaus tells her.

Christy looks away from him. Klaus gently unfolds his arm and sits down next to her on the sofa.

"Christy? I know you think that I revived Kinney as a way for you to forgive me for what I did." Klaus said.

"Yeah, no shit because I figured that out." Christy said to him.

Klaus and Christy exchange dejected looks at each other.

"You are the very last person I would ever want to hurt or disappoint." Klaus said.

"I know." Christy said and sighs to herself. "You can come back to Mount Orasani."

Klaus looks relieved.

"But that doesn't let you off, you're still in trouble with me and it's gonna take a bit more than reviving Kinney to get me to reconcile with you." Christy said.

"I know, but considering you are talking to me at least, it's some progress." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other. She pecks a kiss on his forehead.

"I love you too, Klaus. Always and Forever." Christy said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other. She gets up and walks away, but stops and turns to look at him.

"I'm gonna send you an envelope with some Polaroids of the camping trip." Christy said.

"I'll be waiting for them." Klaus said.

Klaus and Christy exchange small smiles at each other and she slowly walks away and she golden-dust teleported away.

Elijah slowly walks into the ballroom. He and Klaus exchange looks at each other.

"I assume that you and Christy have made some progress towards reconciliation." Elijah said.

"Yes, it's progress." Klaus said.
