The petals of cherry blossoms came falling down from the swaying trees caused by the wind in front of the gates of Kamome Academy, in which there was a girl named [Name] [Surname] who studied there as a First Year in Highschool. [Name] immediately spotted her best friend Yashiro, who was changing her shoes by the school entrance. "Yashiro! Good morning!" She happily greeted the cream haired girl.
"Good Morning, [Name]-chan." Yashiro smiled as she closed her shoe locker. [Name]'s face changed into a slight frown that Yashiro quickly recognized. "Is there something the matter?"
"It's Souho." [Name] shows the text messages to Yashiro, seeing that her messages were labelled as sent made her best friend look at her in worry. It was also stated that it has been a week since he last messaged her. Yashiro continued to backread their conversation, the cold messages made her wince—how dare he treat [Name] like this?
Shirasagi Souho is a school mate of [Name]'s, whom she met by chance and eventually the two blossomed into this non label relationship—just a thing since they both like one another, but they cannot commit to a real relationship due to schoolwork and their meetings become rarer on each day. "This fucker ghosted me." [Name] groaned in frustration.
"He probably ghosted you because maybe he's not ready for commitment, and it's common since you two are not even a real thing, both of you are just two people who like each other." Yashiro explained while the two of them headed to the classroom. [Name] felt like she was slapped by an invisible hand after that reality check.
[Name] stopped halfway which Yashiro also stopped walking. [Name] lets out a bitter chuckle from her lips. "I have no right to be mad because we don't even have a label, he's not my boyfriend, Yashiro." Truth to be told, [Name] is very very angry on how Souho disrespected her like this, he didn't even check her up if she was okay, let alone even texted her for a week, it was obvious he was ghosting her.
'So this is how it feels like being played...' [Name] sighed, stepping into the classroom and headed straight for her desk to hang her bag to the side of her table. 'I can't believe I got ghosted by some run-of-the-mill guy.'
"Don't worry, [Name]!" Yashiro grabbed her hands while her eyes lit up with joy, [Name]'s eyes widened at the sudden action. "You'll find someone who can treat you better than that guy!" [Name] smiled at Yashiro, she was glad that she wants what's best for her and what she deserves, though she can never shake it off that Souho just ghosted her like that.
Well, you know what they say—it only starts off happy. You'll feel loved, then they will leave you. If only he would've said that he was leaving instead of not saying a word. [Name] thought it was funny since she expected this little world of theirs will not last, and it did not. "Have you heard?"
[Name] sighed, she may like rumors but sometimes it gets tiring when it's the literal talk of the class that would cause issues. "There are seven wonders of the school." [Name] quietly scoffed when she overheard the two girls talking about the supernatural side of the academy.
'Everyone knows that.' [Name] thought. Literally everybody knows that there are seven wonders in the school unless you're a new student or you're never the type to believe someone. [Name] only knew that there are seven wonders of the school, not the whole seven wonders.
"The seventh wonder is Hanako-san of the Toilet."
[Name] let's out a plfft sound. 'No shit? Hanako-san of the Toilet?' Her head perked up in interest as she began to eavesdrop the conversation between the two girls. Besides, who wouldn't want to hear about a ghost lurking into the toilets? No, that's kind of gross but that's not the whole thing.
"To summon her, you must go to the third floor bathroom and go to the third stall." The girl excitedly explained to her friend, probably would end up chickening up—it's like telling someone to touch grass when you don't even take a whiff of the fresh air outside. "Then say 'Hanako-san, Hanako-san, are you there?' she will come out of the stall and grant your wish, but she will take something important from you as an exchange for your wish."
'What important stuff? My human rights or something?'
"Hanako-san, huh?" [Name] rests her chin on top of her palm while looking at the girls who were gossiping about the Hanako rumor. Yashiro coincidentally walked in and caught a glimpse of [Name] getting curious about trying out to see if it's true.
"Are you going to try and summon her?" Yashiro questioned.
"Toilet ghost grants you wishes after knocking on the door three times, seems legit." [Name] smirked while putting a pointer finger under her chin to think. "Well, it's worth a try. If it doesn't work, then end of the story—if it does then it works."
"When do you plan to summon her?"
"I think later during club time." [Name] is a member of the school's Astronomy Club, which she joined a year ago to add up her grades if she takes an extracurricular activity since she has been flunking during her last year of Junior High due to issues. "Think about it, it's not like I'm the main character who successfully summons Hanako-san and shit like that."
"I wish you good luck [Name]." Yashiro smiled sweetly at her. [Name]'s cheeks grew red at the sight of her smile so she looked away, embarrassed. Though there is a problem that she needed to think about which is her wish when she managed to summon Hanako-san.

"Tsurumaki-san, can you tell Emi-senpai that I needed to run some errands? I'll try to come back as possible." [Name] asked for a favor to her eccentric and cheerful clubmate, Tsurumaki Kokoro who is currently reading a book about constellations.
"Okay, [Name]." She said. [Name] quickly gave her thanks and left shortly to made her way to the third floor girl's bathroom to summon the infamous Hanako-san of the toilet that everyone seems to talk about. She arrived at the bathroom, slowly making her way to the third stall while clasping her hands.
[Name] stood in front of the third stall, raising her hand to knock but then her thoughts prevent her from doing so. 'Are we really doing this for real?' She asked herself. "Am I going to summon Hanako-san?" [Name] bursted out of laughter at the doubt that she's feeling. "Pfft—I shouldn't be scared at this ghost, besides I got ghosted recently and that shit didn't scare me." She boastly remarked before knocking on the door.
One.
Two.
Three.
"Hanako-san, Hanako-san, are you there?" [Name] asked. No answer, no reply, like the way Souho is conveying between their conversations in their chats. "Did I do it right? There better not be a person shitting behind a stall or I'm making a fool out of myself." She bent down to look under the stall to see if there's someone in there like a dumbass instead of pushing the door.
An eerie feeling began to evolve around the atmosphere of the bathroom, [Name] quickly stood up on her feet as she felt goosebumps rise on her skin. It felt like something—no, someone was watching her. [Name] watched as the door slowly creaked open and her heart starts to race in fear. "I'm here~"
[Name] gently kicked the door open with her foot, or was it something else that may have opened the door for her, anyways the stall was opened only to reveal nothing and nobody but a toilet that is thankfully clean and fresh. "That was kinda extra." She commented, disappointed that the rumor is just a huge cap. Before she could even move, she felt a hand touching her shoulder.
"Or so you thought~"
[Name] slowly turned around to face a floating ghost boy with dark choppy hair, amber eyes that glistened with interest and he's wearing an old uniform that is worn by old students fifty years ago. The said Hanako has two ghost orbs floating on either side. 'Hanako-san is a girl right? Then why the hell is he a dude?!'
"Who are you?"
The ghost boy could only chuckle, floating down to sit on top of the toilet. "I'm the seventh of the seven wonders of the school, Hanako-san of the Bathroom." He said introducing himself. [Name] wasn't even bothered by this even though she was supposed to be scared. "Pleasure to meet you." Hanako smirked as he lowered his cap.
[Name] stood there unfazed, so it made Hanako confused as to why she's not screaming. "Are you scared of me?" Hanako asked.
"Why would I be scared if I was ghosted in my past relationship?" [Name] asked with a smile on her face—she totally did not prepare to say that punchline since it fits the situation.
