here are the facts about Ghosted | Hanako-kun x Reader :D

1. Ghosted wasn't supposed to be a Tbhk fanfic in the first place, on the first drafts it was an epistolary crackfic for a Beomgyu ff, then I decided to make it as a Killua epistolary fic as an angsty epilogue of It takes two years to love you where Killua was supposed to break their promise and ghosts the reader :>

2. I confirmed this to make a Tbhk fic after three days of watching the anime during online classes 😂😂😂.

3. There was supposed to be a twist where the ending is where Amane and Y/n got together.... in the Fake World Arc.... then Hanako reaches over to the canvas.... to caress Y/n's cheek while she was sleeping...

4. This story was supposed to have a sequel where Y/n turns into an apparition who governs the Astronomy Clubroom, but idk how to pinpoint the plot.

"Have you heard? There's a legit new rumor about a new wonder named Astre-san of the Astronomy club. If you ever feel lost and wanting to escape reality, you must simply go to the window, it must be done at night where you can see many stars dotted across the night sky so that you can summon her. Then look at the starry sky and say "Astre-san, Astre-san, shall we runaway?" you would see her grabbing your arm as she takes you to the magic island."

5. Hina was supposed to be alive as a ghost but I decided she will be Y/n's cause of grief throughout the story...

6. I am this close of naming this book Tomorrow by Together because there are a lot of txt references in this book cuz your author is a MOA but I decided to stick with Ghosted which fits the ghosting concept :>

7. This book was made because of my anger towards the person who ghosted me. The more chapters I write, the more I can ease my anger towards him but I can't help but include his stupidest moments when he ghosted me.

8. A day before this book was published, a friend of mine has a girlfriend and then suddenly he became worried since she haven't chatted for like hours and he's speculating that he had ghosted her, and I assured him that she's not ghosting him. Then that friend asked me what if the ghost and the ghosted became friends, so I kinda thought about it until an idea came inside my mind to use that concept as a plot for Ghosted :>

9. It literally took me three months to make this book which was a rollercoaster ride for me, like imagine having online class and ya had to sneak in chapters xD

10. I changed the chapter titles so it would be easier to choose what chapter you wanted to read.

11. My inspiration of making this book is just my favorite kpop boy group TXT *jazz hands*

12. This is the ONLY story that I totally used a hundred percent of my brain and totally brainstormed this. My writing from three years ago compared to now is different, like I used my fingers instead of slamming my head to my keyboard and pray it makes sense.

13. The character I had difficulties making is Souho Shirasagi, like you can't identify his attitude in this story and all you guys knew about him is that he ghosted the reader. Souho is just like Sister Krone from The Promised Neverland, they ain't nice but in the same time they ain't bad, he's kinda like that broken bridge but it leads to somewhere good. 

14. The Arc I had difficulties in making is the Hell of Mirrors arc, I can't really fit Y/n in the situation so that's why the arc has only two chapters.

15. I kinda thought about where Y/n wakes up in school after she died, then Amane will come as a new student but I decided to just meh crumple the thought :>

16. The ending is supposedly to be a satisfying ending but at the same time it's not satisfying. The ending I really had thought on where Amane didn't bring back his memories and Y/n just accepted it all and just loved him, but Hanako will always have a place in her heart.

17. The arc I enjoyed making was the Fake World Arc, especially the part where Hanako and Y/n fell to the clouds and they confessed each other but I love torturing my readers so I decided to slide in "But as always, promises are meant to be broken." imagine my grinning face while writing the whole thing.

18. At the Fake World Arc chapters, you can see italicized lines at the end of each chapters, those are stanzas that came from my friend's poem about the moon and stars and then I red it again and it fits the concept.

19. Kudos to the MOA readers who understand the references and half of the book.

20. Hina was supposed to be one of the ghosts in Kamome Gakuen and wished to meet Y/n one last time but Tsukasa will kill her infront of Y/n and her hate for him will grow stronger than it is.

21. Souho wasn't even gonna be named as Souho, I planned out names for him like Yuuta, Saito, or Daisuke.

22. Tsurumaki and Hazawa were characters from Bandori Girl's Band Party.

23. Choi Yeonji and Yejun are characters whose name was inspired from my ult bias in TXT Choi Yeonjun. 

24. Y/n wasn't even gonna have parents in the story but I decided to add them and make them minor characters instead. Also the prophecy started from Y/n's grandmother, whose name is unknown and goes to Kamome but Hanako was already an apparition when she was 15, she made a pact to an unknown wonder from her school, then it passed down to Y/n's mother, whose name revealed to be Yana, she didn't go to Kamome but she made a pact with Jin-san of the Library who's currently known as Hachirou L/n, was also 15 when she did that. Then currently passed down to Y/n, who made a pact with Hanako-san of the Toilet, who's currently known as Yugi Amane. 

25. If the cycle can be broken, it would be Y/n's daughter or her granddaughter.

26. All of the unsolved things in the story would have a side story in the next book.

27. Y/n's personality came from the author's real life personality, but without the lovelife cuz she has none of them.

28. Some scenes were inspired by some kdramas. You can point them if you can.

What happened to Hanako?

-Hanako sacrificed his memories and his position as a wonder to extend Y/n's life. The universe rewrote his existence compatible to Y/n's

How did Hanako came back to Y/n as Yugi Amane?

-The sacrifice made the Life Maker to rewrite his existence, though she can't bring back his memories since it applies to his rumor where Hanako takes something special from the summoner in order to grant his wish to extend Y/n's life.

What would happen if Y/n did die?

-If Kou didn't stop Y/n from that moment then she could have died, but she will come back as a new wonder who governs the Astronomy clubroom (since it was said that she tried to jump out of the window during graduation). The grudge between her and Souho will be served as her atonement to go to Heaven.

Did Hanako loved Y/n?

-Hanako truly and really loves Y/n, that's why he made the sacrifice so that she can live longer, cuz love makes sacrifices *dabs*

Did Y/n loved Hanako?

-Y/n realizes her feelings in the Fake World Arc, and all in all she loves him very much.

Why is Y/n's hate towards Tsukasa is so strong?

-Y/n was mad and envious at Tsukasa since he's the younger twin of Amane and still alive as a ghost, which is unfair cuz she wanted Hina to come back as a ghost too. Though she didn't know much about him but he made a pretty much bad impression towards her.

How come Hanako, Tsukasa and Mitsuba turned back to human but the rest of the wonders didn't?

-They were Earth Bound spirits inside the school, probably they have to wait for a hundred years to be completely attached to the earth.

What happened after the Fake World Arc? Why did it time skip so fast?

-I would gladly not time skipping it to a year later if the Grim Reaper Arc or the manga was finished. But after the Fake World Arc, Y/n was sent back to the real world, destroyed Shijima's Yorishiro, then the exams and they encountered the sixth wonder. Probably after the Grim Reaper Arc, they have to defeat Tsukasa then Y/n learns about Hanako and bablam we have tea and conflicts and aNgSt

Are there any sequels?

-Like I stated on the facts, there's supposed to be a sequel but I don't know how to pinpoint the plot.

How did Hanako sacrificed himself to extend Y/n's life?

-On the night before Y/n's graduation, Hanako went to the Life Maker's boundary, the Life Maker is one of the superior wonders of the universe and she has the power to rewrite, restart and recreate life in exchange of someone's memories, depending on the wish.

Did Hanako really kissed Y/n on the rooftop?

-Yes. I just described the feeling but didn't show the action so that you will focus on the kissing scene at the Fake World Arc. I mean rushing things would be a bit boring right?

What was the Bad Luck tag's purpose?

-The bad luck tag was not introduced well in the story so the purpose of the tag is that you should stick it to a random person quickly before the effect of bad luck runs on you. To minimize the curse, one must put the tags together making them into a positive unbreakable bond, kinda like soulmates. I didn't want Y/n to choke on a mermaid scale since there are a lot of Y/ns that choked on a mermaid scale, so it's kinda overwhelming for some reason, so I decided to use a different method for soul bonding, also did you know that the first episode of tbhk I pointed out a lot of The Little Mermaid references since mermaids symbolizes unrequited love and rejection but the point is this story that the reader is ghosted and that's why I didn't let this Y/n choke on a mermaid scale. Why choke on a mermaid scale if you can choke on something else ;>

How did Hanako regain his memories with Y/n?

-By relying on their bond. When the bond is too strong it's almost unbreakable, the universe knew that they were bound to be together. Trusting your heart to remember such love is much more reliable.

What is the purpose of this story?

-As much as we wanted to believe that when we get ghosted an apparition boy would appear and swoon around you making you feel like you're in serendipity and forgetting the pain of what was wrong, no it doesn't work that way lmao, but if it does then I'm probably dating Hanako by now. Life doesn't work that way though but I can assure you that when you get ghosted there are moments of breaking down, anxieties, doubts, and pain especially when you used to be friends with someone for four years until you get ghosted and replaced by a burnt ugly pufferfish with attitude, and in the end you will feel epiphany that you should love yourself instead and you would find euphoria without needing Utopia, just like they say, there's always a rainbow after the rain.

Where's the Young Exorcist Arc?

-Gone, lost and perished. I mean I can't fit Y/n to the arc since it involves around Hanako and the Minamoto brothers.

-Ghost and Self-Love

Summary?

-A girl who got ghosted in an unlabeled relationship came upon a ghost boy haunting a girl's bathroom and the two of them created a bond. The ghost and the ghosted went through supernatural adventures and along the way they manage to became head over heels inlove with each other until Hanako sacrifices himself just to save Y/n from an early death but a miracle came over that Hanako came back as Yugi Amane with forgotten memories of being an apparition, and so the two of them fell for each other again which caused Amane to remember Y/n on how he loved her. Then the two of them stand under the stars fulfilling their promise of being together by tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and forever.

On the I got tagged chapter, what did the spoiler meant? even though it's just an English translation of Magic Island?

What's the moral lesson(s) of the story?

-The moral lesson of the story is to stan TXT :> jk unless you wanna stan them, they're super cool. There are seven moral lesson in this story for us to stick around after reading this:

1. Don't Ghost. Ghosting doesn't solve things right and it will hold a larger grudge towards it. If you want to break up with someone then you should tell them, they deserve to know what's going on. Also if there's something wrong between you guys, you should talk about it and try to make things right once again.

2. Accept and Love Yourself. If they can't love you then love yourself instead, accept things the way they are and in the meantime things will get better as days go by.

3. Follow your heart. Like Mrs. L/n says if the brain forgets the heart remembers. Amane remembered Y/n by relying on their bond and their love.

4. Live life to the fullest. Life is like playing Bang Dream Girl's Band Party, you're getting the perfect notes until you miss a note and your phone flips upside down and messes up your game, but atleast you enjoyed playing it even though it gives you mental breakdown...

5. Everything can't always be perfect and sometimes we can't change things.

6. Enjoy the rollercoaster ride. There are twists in life, you can cry, you can laugh, there are ups and downs but that's how life is, a rollercoaster.

7. Learn to make sacrifices. Like Hanako did for Y/n to live, he sacrificed himself because he loves her, and all sacrifices are worth it. You can sacrifice the person who ghosted you for a date to your fav anime character, see it's an absolute win.
