For as long as Eden could remember, Reginald kept a close eye on her. Maybe it was because she was ten minutes younger than her siblings or maybe because she displayed many other gifts when she was younger. When Eden thought back to her younger self and childhood, she always felt like there was something missing but when she thought hard about it, it always gave her a headache.

Eden groans and opens her eyes squinting at the sunlight that was peaking through the blinds. Klaus was sweating beside her, his eyes squeezing shut and she could feel his emotions.

"I don't know, but it's driving me crazy! The bitch won't shut up!" Klaus yells

"Hey! Watch your mouth" The man says and Eden worriedly glances at her brother

"Withdrawal" Eden mumbles in realization

She of course knew why her brother did drugs, he wanted to block out the voices and without the drugs he could hear them. She didn't like his bad habit and would rather him be sober and learn how to control his powers but it's a hard journey and she's determined to help him.

"Klaus" Eden mumbles and Klaus glances at his sister

"Just breathe" Eden whispers and closes her eyes sending a calming feeling over her brother

"Maybe we're going at this the wrong way" Cha-cha mumbles

"Torturing works best when you know who you're torturing, hand me his coat."

"Wait, wait, wait, wait" Klaus mumbles

"What are you doing?" Klaus asks and Eden feels a bit dizzy

"What do we have here?" Cha-can asks pulling out a bag of pills and chocolate

"Let me see that" The man says and gestures for the bag of pills

"Hey! Be careful with that!" Klaus exclaims and Eden squeezes her eyes shut.

She focuses on her wound and tries to mentally close the wound shut with her powers and stop it from bleeding so much. She couldn't fully close the wound but she could keep herself from loosing to much blood.

"That's my asthma medication" Klaus exclaims

The man immediately throws the pills on the ground and stomps on them until they crush.

"Hold on! We can have a conversation" Klaus says and Eden turns her head towards Klaus

The man ignores Klaus and stomps on more of the pills making Klaus stomp.

"Listen! I can.... I can get you cash" Klaus whispers

"Amputee hookers, whatever" Klaus tries to convince them

"Hey, just please, just listen" Klaus mumbles with wide eyes, staring at the chocolate

"Not until they're high as kites" Klaus whispers and Eden smirks

"This could all be yours for the low, low price of telling us everything." Cha-cha tempts him with the chocolate

"Klaus" Eden warns

"Okay fine" he whispers in defeat and Eden glares at him

"Don't you dare Klaus!" Eden yells and the man kicks at her chair

"Shut up!" The man yells but Eden just weakly glares at him

"Okay.. I don't know where Five is... I wasn't lying about that. But I can tell you that he hasn't been making much sense since he can't back." Klaus tells them

"Elaborate" The man gestures

"Uh- he's just.. he's been acting like a lunatic. He's been sitting in this van in front of a lab or something, and looking for the owner of an eyeball." Klaus says and Eden sighs in defeat

"That makes no sense" the man says aloud

"Hold on, just hold on, tell us more about this eye, and why is it so important?" Cha-cha asks and Eden throws her head back

"He said it had something to do with the end of times, or something." Klaus stutters and Eden glares at the two people in front of them

Right after that came out of Klaus's mouth they both left. Eden sighs and turns her head towards Klaus who looks worse than what he did before.

To the crime scene*

"It's creepy, huh?" He asks patch

"That's the understatement of the year" she says and glances at the arm

"Did you find anything?" She curiously asks

"Well, the fire inspectors says that the speed of the blaze indicates that an acceleration was used. Oh and uh.. we.. found this." The man shows Patch a burnt plastic dog ear

"Get that over to the lab immediately" Patch says and she glances around the scene, her eyes catching onto something

"I'll be right back" she tells him and walks towards the van

On the van was a hotel card and Patch glances towards it before looking up at the glass.

"Your brother and sister say hi" Patch mumbles and her eyes widen in realization

"My little sister and brother have been missing since yesterday" Diego glumly says and stares down at the coffee

"Son of a bitch" Patch mumbles

DIEGO AND LUTHER walk into the library and nod at each other before splitting up. They each got a side of the library to search for Five and end up at the top level.

"Anything?" Luther asks

"No" Diego says and stares out of the window

"You wanna know why I left?" Diego asks

"What? What are you talking about?" Luther asks

"Why I left the academy" Diego says and turns towards Luther

"Yeah, cause you couldn't handle me being number one" Luther says with an eye roll

"No because that's what you do when you're 17. You move out, become your own person, grow up" Diego says

"You're a real grown up" Luther sarcastically says

"At least I make my own decisions" Diego says

"You've never had to hold down a job, pay bills. Have you ever even been with a girl?" Diego asks making Luthers eyes widen

"I-" Luther stutters

"I don't know what you're talking about-" Luther says

"Look, you wanna blame me, blame us for leaving... that's okay." Diego reassures Luther

"But maybe you're asking yourself the wrong questions. Maybe it's not about why we left, maybe it's about why you stayed" Diego says and Luther walks up to him with a glare

"I stayed because the world needed me" Luther says

"You stayed because you couldn't let go of the way things used to be" Diego says

"The academy, dad, with Allison" Diego says

"Our baby sister even grew up, she went to college, got her own apartment, and is the owner of a successful boutique" Diego finishes and Luther stays silent

"Dads dead, mom too.." Diego says and his face status to crumble

"A-and E-Ede-" he was cut off by Luther who shook his head

"No! Don't say that!" Luther yells and Diego purses his lip

"We're orphans again, Dude"

"Do you ever stop talking?" Luther asks and Diego turns around to stare at something with furrowed eyebrows. Diego walks off with a confused Luther behind him until they get to a corner where a sleeping Five was.

"Is he-um..?" Luther trails off

"Drunk as a skunk" Diego smirks

Luther picks the drink boy up who held onto the mannequin, leaving the library and walking down the dark alleyway.

"Well, we can't go back to the house, it's not secure. Those psychopaths could come back at any moment" Luther says

"My place is closer" Diego says

"No one will look for him there"

Five burps and his eyes try to open with Luther glaring at him.

"If you vomit on me.."

"You know what's funny?" Five asks

"I'm going through puberty again!" Five giggles

" I drank that whole bottle, didn't I?" He slurs

"That's what you do when the world you love goes bye- bye" He says

"What are you guys talking about?" He asks looking at Diego

"Two masked intrudes attacked the academy last night. They came looking for you so I need you to focus, what do they want?" Diego asks and Five sighs

"Hazel and Cha-Cha" Five mutters

"Who?" Diego asks and turns around to glance at Five

"You know, I hate code names" Luther mutters

"The best of the best" Five says

"Except for me, of course" he slurs

"The best of what?"Luther asks the drunk boy who giggled

"You know, Delores always said she when I drink. She said it made surly-" Five was cut off by Diego

"Hey!"

"I need you to focus! What do this hazel and cha-cha want?" Diego asks making Five smile

"we just want to protect you" Diego softly says and Five scoffs

"I don't need your protection, Diego." He laughs

"Do you have any idea how many people I've killed?" He asks

"No" Diego says and stares at him

"I'm the four frickin horsemen" Five laughs

"The apocalypse is comin-" he vomits over Luther shoulder making both of them grimace

Five immediately passes out and grips his finger that held a familiar band.

"Eden" he mumbles before passing out completely

Back to Eden*

"I never noticed you were wearing a ring" Cha-cha says and stands in front of Eden who glances up at her with a glare, her hands curling into fists behind the chair.

"You know he wore one to, every single day and never took it off" Cha-cha says and goes behind Eden, grabbing her hand and whistling.

"Well isn't that some rock" cha-cha says and Eden grits her teeth

"I bet he's going to be so heartbroken when he finds your dead body that he'll beg us to kill him" Cha-cha sneers and goes back to sit down with Eden glaring knives at her

Klaus starts to mumble and Eden suspects he's talking to someone from the other side.

"Hi what's your name?" He whispers

"Oh! That's a lovely name." Klaus compliments and a small smile spreads across Edens face.

"And can you tell me what happened?" Klaus asks

"What happened is if you don't shut up, imma cut your tongue out with a grapefruit spoon" Cha-cha threatens

"Zoya Popova" Klaus says

"What did he say?" The man asks

"Zoya Popova?" Cha-cha questions

"Old Russian broad, short, with a limp" Klaus describes with a laugh

"Oh, she's really pissed at you guys" he laughs and whistles

After a moment of silence Klaus started to look a bit overwhelmed and Eden tried to calm him down but she couldn't focus because of this pulsing pain in the back of her head.

"Which one are you? Cha-cha or Hazel?" Klaus asks and Eden glances up

"Hazel" the man mutters

"Jan Mueller. Remember him?" Klaus asks

"Swiss Alps. Him and his wife were coming back from a ski trip." Klaus says and Hazel stares down at Klaus with a frown

"I remember. Forward, reverse!" Cha-cha exclaims

"Yeah, that's it! Yeah! And his wife.. escaped down an alleyway. He says to say thank you" Klaus says making Cha-cha look towards Hazel

"What's he talking about?"

"I don't know" Hazel says and avoids eye contact making Eden snort

"Liar" she sings making him glare at her

"He was so grateful to you, Hazel, for sparing his wife" Klaus says and Cha-cha glares

"Bathroom, now!" Cha-cha yells and Eden smirks making sure to give Klaus a high-five once they get out of these robes, if they ever did.

"Good one Klaus" Eden mumbles and Klaus turns his head towards his sister, frowning.

This was the worst state he's ever seen her in, not even Fives disappearance did she look this bad. Her once tan was a deathly shade of white, her lips loosing their red tint, her eyes were glazed over and it looks like she was trying to force her eyes to stay open, bruises littered her body, blood was running down her forehead from being hit, blood stained her shirt and a small puddle of blood started to form underneath her.

"Eden? Are you alright?"'Klaus asks in concern and Eden glances at her brother with a weak smile

"Yeah I'm fine" Eden whispers before tape was put over both of their mouths and Hazel went into the bathroom

Klaus turns his chair and scoots towards the window with Eden watching him. Eden glances towards the bathroom hearing them yelling at each other than back to Klaus. Edens eyes widen when she sees a shadow pass by the window and Klaus starts yelling even though it was muffled. Klaus shakes his head and starts banging his head roughly on the table making Eden worry. He continues to thump his head while Eden herself tried to keep her eyes open and not fall asleep.

Klaus whimpers when the door opens and Eden weakly glances up to see Patch in the doorway. Her eyes widen when they see Eden who was bleeding out all over the floor and a beat up man who she assumed was Diego's brother.

"Diego's brother?" She whisper and Klaus nods

"I'm detective Patch" She says and quietly cuts Klaus free before doing the same to Eden.

Edens gaze went to the bathroom door that creaked open and her eyes widen.

"Yeah we need an ambulance at this h-" Patch was cut off by Edens voice.

"Klaus! Patch get out of here!" Eden yells as Hazel shoots at Patch who shoots back.

"Police! Drop the gun, or you're going down!" Patch yells and points her gun as Klaus falls to the ground, crawling somewhere.

Hazel drops his gun but Eden was to weak to tell Patch there was another one. Her eyesight was going blurry and her body felt so weak and cold. She just wants to close her eyes and go to sleep but she wouldn't allow herself to fall asleep without getting her and Patch out of here.

"I'm coming out, don't shoot" Hazel says

"Hands behind your head, asshole" Patch says and slowly starts to walk towards him

"Okay just don't shoot" Hazel says and puts his hands behind his head

With whatever strength was left in her and the help of adrenaline Eden pushes Patch out of the way, a gasp leaving her when a bullet went straight through her back. What was one more bullet? Eden thought to herself as she fell to the ground, choking on her own blood.

"Come on!" Cha-cha yells when police sirens are heard and Hazel gives one last glance to the teenager who was choking on her own blood before leaving.
