Next morning Neil went to avni's hospital, he was so scared.

Neil prov

Neil collided with someone. That someone was none other than chuhi didu

The team of doctors were treating avni more than a hour. Neil can't understand the doctors were coming out and going in if Neil would ask someone how is she they won't answer it. Which sacred Neil more and more.

When Rhea called him and said avni's reports

Neil: Rhea what happening? Answer me how is avni!

Ahaan: Mr khanna how they show on web series and tv brain operation are not that easy they are way more complicated than you think. There's  lot difference in reel and real life. And her tumor can't be treated with a operation if you do it she will sleep in coma.

Neil: what do you mean.?

Bharath: Mr khanna her legs are already paralyzed.

Neil eyes were full of tears

Neil: what is the possibility of her surviving?

Bharath; um only 5% if we perform the operation but she will sleep in coma because the tumor is in the very sensitive part of her brain and any small mistake can cause a major problem to her for rest of life.

Neil was so broken.. Each words they were saying was making his heart bleed he can't take it anymore he went to out of the cabin and started to cry badly like a baby

Neil: why God why!  I wanted to marry her live with her forever but this cruel destiny.  

Neil cried his whole heart out and slowly took steps towards avni's room 
He was sniffing, he was gulping hard, he was afraid to face her afraid to say her afraid to lose her..

There avni saw Neil.

Avni: Neil  avni whispered.

Neil went towards her and sat trying not to cry 

Neil: avni life so unpredictable when we had time to spend together the whole scenario was blur by misunderstanding and when we don't have time all the things are crystal clear. Avni I am really sorry for all the mistakes I done.

Avni: Neil it's not the time to ask sorry for your mistakes. I have forgiven you a long ago.
Avni smiled Neil also smiled with tears.

Than Dr dev came

Avni: sir how much time do I have? Till my perfume fragrance lasts in my body. Avni asked with a little hope to live a little longer.

Dev sadly nodded in NO  and gave  the couple a space.

Tears were rolling down of their cheeks

Avni: Neil see na I have a little time and I can't even walk because my legs paralyzed  avni said while smiling with tears  Neil chuckled with tears.

Neil: can we just rewind the time and go back where we were happy and.. No stress no tension was there.. Only avni and Neil no other 

Avni: Neil some truth are really hard to believe but you can't escape the reality, if  you close your eyes the world can become blank for  few moments but you need to open your eyes see the reality. Avni said with coughing slightly..

Than a little fairy entered the room by holding Rhea with  her small fingers.

Nia: mumma what are doing on bed? Mumma are you unwell?

Neil was confused why this girl is addressing avni as her mumma

Nia: Daddy!!! Nia screamed and hugged neil's waist 

Avni: Neil you know the college fest at night we went to your apartment and..  I was pregnant I came to know this after a week of our break up rhea was one who helped me in this all yes she knows as her daddy as I said her about you..

Neil's eyes we're again wet he took Nia in his arms and kissed her whole face.

Nia: Daddy Nia is angry with you. You didn't came meet me.. She complains with a cute pout just like avni used to complain him

Nia: now daddy, mumma will stay together! Nia screamed in excitement unknown to that fact how her innocent statement will hurt her parents.

Avni: Nia mumma will be not staying with you all mumma has some work with the stars so mumma will stay with stars. Nia remember one thing please do whatever daddy say don't disobey daddy otherwise mumma will be sad and I hope Nia will not make mumma sad. Pinki promise?

Nia: pinki promise. They said tangling  their little fingers together.

Than rhea took Nia away and but when  Nia reached the door she turned back and ran to her mumma and hugged her tightly she was crying don't the know the reason but she was crying and than she left with rhea.

Avni: neil will you miss me? Avni said in a cracking tone

no said neil but he nodded his head in yes  he was crying like anything.

Avni: Neil I have a wish.

Neil: yes my queen say I will fulfill it anyhow.

Avni: when I die please dig my ashes under your pink blossom tree at your farmhouse.. Kyu jab mujhe koi milne aaye toh mein unn par phool bane ke barse paru..

Neil cried more and more listening her last wish..

Neil: you knew nah you're suffering from this? 

Avni nodded in yes

Avni: iss janam mein jo kiya so kiya par agele janam mein avni sirf Neil ki and Neil sirf avni ka..

Neil kissed her lips passionately avni was responding it than he hugged her and hide his head in her crook of her neck she hugged him tighter and than she left his waist..  She's gone forever leaving me alone in this world

She left to the heaven and keeping him on  the earth with her memories nothing else... He cried not believing the fact the she left him.  He doesn't want to believe it that his love l left him..  His avni left him, maybe she be smiling at her husband from the clouds..
