She had an older sibling, and that was none other than Hideyoshi, her older brother. he was a demon slayer, and a hashira. every time he would visit Kiyatai and his parents, he would always bring her a piece of jewelry, mostly gold rings, necklaces or hairpins. but when her family was slaughtered by muzan, she was the only one able to escape. her brother was on a mission in the city, so he had no idea. After escaping, she managed to live on her own, she took after herself and was doing just fine. and now, after all these years, she got word that her brother was murdered by uppermoon 3. so her final goal was to become a demon slayer, and avenge her family. she made gold breathing in honor of her brother, so his story would live on.

about 500+ years ago in the timeline, many believed that the blue spider lily had never existed. they searched and searched, but were unsuccessful for many years. but one day, one of her ancestors accidentally discovered one, They were shocked, but they knew how dangerous it was. so they tried to destroy it as quickly as possible. but unfortunately, they had nowhere to dispose of it, so it left them with no choice but to consume it, leaving them to pray that it wouldn't poison and kill them. They hoped they left no evidence behind.

Years later, it was rumored for one special descendant to be born, who had the spider lily running through their veins. The only way to tell if a mother was bearing the Special child, was if a blue spider lily formed on the mothers stomach. and surprisingly, Kirameki discovered the forming mark on her stomach the day she found out she was with a child.and months later, her child was born. and it was none other than Zehira koizumi. Many people considered the gift she had was a blessing, while others considered it as a curse, yet she didn't care what they thought. she continued to love and care for her daughter. she raised her and her youngest twins for 8-4 years before she passed away due to the sickness she had, which involved the spider lily.

So, When her daughter was born, Kirameki named her child "Zehira" which means "Protected" In Japanese, Because she knew Zehira was destined to become a demon slayer, and she knew that she was the key to defeating muzan kibutsuji. But overall, the worst part was she knew her precious daughter would be hunted down for the rest of her life, the way Tanjiro was. So she named her Zehira, so that way, every demon slayer around her would know to protect her no matter what.

Now, Zehira is a demon slayer, and she holds the fall breathing created by her ancestors. She has been protected all her life by those who surrounded her. she and her friend Tanjiro kamado have been destined to murder muzan once and for all.

Shiro was an underground demon slayer, he didn't show himself to anyone other than his master. No one knew exactly who he was, what his interests were, or what his breathing style was, but they figured it out pretty quickly.

During a fight with former uppermoon 2, he used the forbidden breathing form. He defeated the demon in the end, but passed away instantly after.

And now, Shiro protects Zehira in the after life, just because he's dead, doesn't mean he's useless, Zehira doesn't know who Shiro is at all, but the man still continues to shield her from any danger.
