in the heat of a petty argument, kaede and (y/c) had made a bet. both of them were confident that they would win it, so they ended up setting the stakes high- embarrassingly high. the rules were that the loser of the bet had to wear a maid outfit picked by the winner, and they had to 'serve' the winner for a pre-determined amount of time. (you decide for how long!)

but however confident kaede was about coming out on top, it was all for nothing. she lost the bet and, after a couple of days of convincing herself that it would be fine, here she was, in the bathroom off to the side of (y/c)'s room, looking at the outfit and her bright pink face in the mirror.

" n - now that i'm actually wearing this ... did you even ask me for my dress size first before you bought this ? this is way too short , " kaede complained, her voice muffled, since the door was still shut. (y/c) dismissed the complaint, encouraging the pianist to come out if she was done.

they heard a sigh come from the other side of the door, but nevertheless, it opened, and kaede hesitantly stepped out. now that she was actually showing it to somebody else, kaede's blush turned from a pink to a red color very quickly.
