"You got this, my dear Sydney!" Primrose cheered, moving her body to the beat of the song playing from the boombox. "Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo!"

"Alright, focus, Syd. I want you to knock down those pins.." Stanley pointed to the pins at the end of the bowling range. "With your mind!"

When that didn't work, Stanley tried a pyramid of empty soda and beer cans, and then unpopped popcorn. "I want you to make the kernels pop, okay? Come on! I wanna hear 'em pop!"

Primrose sighed, stopping in her tracks when she heard no popping sounds.  "Maybe she can't do it on command.. It could be random... or controlled by emotion!"

Primrose frowned, watching as Stanley sat down defeated and leaned against the bowling ball rack. She sighed, sitting down beside him and leaning her head on his shoulder. "It's all okay, my handsome Stanley. We'll figure it out."

Stanley nodded, resting his head on hers and folding his hands together to rest on his knee. "Okay.. So how does it normally happen? Like, after Ricky's party? Like, what- what was your mindset?"

"I didn't have a mindset." Sydney huffed, rolling her eyes.

Primrose hummed, "What were your emotions? I could tell you weren't happy."

"Right, but were you just having fun, and then you just blew down some trees.. or-" Stanley's voice trailed off, waiting for Primrose or Sydney to finish.

"Or was it an accident? We all have accidents, my dear Sydney. Yours.. just happened to... knock down nature. Don't worry, she won't knock you down back. I can feel it." Primrose explained, reaching into her pocket and pulling out her coin. She began to mindlessly flip it, mumbling either heads or tails after each flip.

"I, um.. I kinda kissed someone at the party." Sydney said slowly, an awkward tension filling the room as she waited for Primrose and Stanley to react.

"Oh.. When? Like, be-before or after Prim and I found Harold 2.0?" Stanley swallowed, looking down at his hands in his lap. Primrose frowned, closing her fist around the coin and sipping her hand into Stanley's. She pulled it towards her face and planted a kiss against the soft skin of his hand.

Stanley blushed, the corner of his lips turning into a smile as he glanced over at her. "So, right, um, this person you kissed, and I'm not gonna ask who, because I'm above it and neither of us care.. Does he dress cooler than either of us?"

"No one can dress cooler than you, Stan." Sydney laughed, "Or Primrose.."

"That's true.. We have amazing style." Primrose giggled, nodding in agreement.

"I actually kissed someone who didn't wanna be kissed." She said slowly, her voice becoming shaky. "And I felt like an idiot. It almost always comes out when I'm angry.. or embarrassed or scared."

Stanley nodded slowly, raising his head from Primrose's and standing from the ground, pulling Primrose up with him. "Okay, come on."

"He has an idea!" Primrose cheered, slipping her hand from his and seating herself on the wooden bench beside where he stood.

"I think I know why they didn't kiss you back." Stanley pursed his lips, "Don't you, Prim?"

"Because she's a bad kisser? Because she's not.." Primrose blinked innocently, pulling the coin from her pocket. "Heads.. it's heads."

Stanley shook his head, tearing his eyes from Primrose to look at Sydney. "Because you're incredibly ugly. Repulsive, actually, and I'm not even counting the zits."

Sydney laughed, looking down at her thighs. "You know, I-I see what you're doing, Stan."

"And you wanna know something that's even more embarrassing than being ugly?" Stanley leaned forward, crossing his arms. "Flunking Biology."

Primrose scoffed, "Biology?"

"Biology. Which you are most definitely gonna do. I mean, Martin Ganza passed biology.. and he thinks cyborgs faked the moon landing."

"Okay, so I'm ugly and I'm dumb.. Wait, is that all you got?" Sydney laughed, "Okay, Primrose. Try me."

Primrose paused, catching the coin. "The Glorbanogs are gonna come and eat you first and you won't see it coming and then, because you're not very good at gym, you won't be able to defend yourself. Which means you're gonna die horribly. Heads."

Sydney sighed, "Nevermind. Stan, you again."

"You wanna know the scary thing? You're never gonna figure this out. You'll never know what the hell's going on inside you." Stanley lowered his voice, changing his body language and demeanor.

Primrose frowned, looking up at him, "Um-"

"Or what the hell's wrong with you, and that's gonna eat you up inside." Stanley continued to dig into Sydney's insecurities.

"I don't think this is a good idea." Primrose shook her head quickly, noticing the bowling balls begin to subtly shake. "Maybe you should stop."

"You'll never have answers, and that's gonna haunt you for as long as you live, and that's gonna suck." Stanley glanced at the bowling balls behind her. "Yeah, it will. But nothing will ever suck as much as your shitty family."

"You should stop.." Primrose warned, watching as tears began to slip from her eyes and slide down her cheeks.

The two bowling balls, one of the ones Primrose had been polishing began levitating in the air. "For starters, let's talk about your dad. Yeah? I hear, he didn't even leave a note.. and do you wanna know something? You'll never know why he killed himself."

Primrose let out a yelp, covering her face with her arms as the two bowling balls suddenly shot forward, embedding themselves in the wall behind the pair. Stanley looked at her, an excited look on his face as he pulled Primrose from the chair. "Holy shit! That was awesome!"

He walked forward to get a high five from Sydney, causing the girl to angrily shove him back. "Fuck you!"

"S- What? Syd, I-I didn't mean any oc that! I-I just.. I was just trying.. I mean.. It worked!" He gestured to the wall behind him.

"I could've killed you! Both of you!" Sydney scoffed, pain spreading from her heart throughout her body. "We're through! I'm done."

Primrose watcher as Sydney walked away angrily, wiping tears from her face as she left.

Primrose stood, her gaze set on him and her arms crossed. "Why'd you bring up her dad? That.. I think that was too far.. You need to apologize."

"What? I-" Stanley groaned, swiping his hand across the counter, causing the cans to go clattering to the floor. "Ugh, now I gotta clean those up."

Primrose sighed, slowly walking over to where he stood. "I'll help you, my handsome Stanley. If you promise to apologize to her."

"I-I will." Stanley nodded, "How bad do you think I fucked up?"

Primrose shrugged, picking up three cans and putting them onto the counter. "If I was her.. Aphrodite wouldn't be the only one I'd sick on you."

Stanley chucked, tossing her a can and watching her put it on the counter. "Than... Thanks for helping me.. You really don't have to do any of this, you know."

"I know. But I want to."
