Guru Patik led them into a temple. There were paintings lined on the walls. Paintings that depicted a monster engulfed in flames. Its eyes were flaming red. Its ire was strong. They could feel it even in the paintings. The paintings depicted a world in flame and where the sky is as black as night. The earth was being scorched. It didn't rain water. It rained fire. Fire so strong that even the benders could not control it. People were screaming and the trees carried fire torches. 

"What kind of horrible monster would do this?" Asami said starring at the painting. 

"A monster made entirely of fire. It was once a human but was consumed by so much anger she turned into that thing." Guru Patik said pointing.

"Wait, she?" Bolin asked. 

"Yes she. Her name was Su Yin she was once a great fire bender." Guru Patik took them to another painting. 

It depicted a girl. A girl whose hair was as red as a rose. Her skin was as white as snow. She was surrounded by a fire. The fire stretched and wrapped around her like vines. 

"What happened to her?" Korra asked. 

"Anger she got so angry with the world. The fire took her. She turned into a horrible beast. The Beast of Fue." He said.

"Fue! It means fire!" Bolin yelled. 

"Yeah, I think we already figured it out." Korra said. 

"And now the Dread Doctors are planning to reawaken the beast." Guru Patik said. 

"What do you mean reawaken?" Bolin asked shaking. 

"The Avatar stopped her, but her soul was so powerful it wasn't destroyed it hid in a mortal soul waiting for her time. Her soul has been passed down for generations."

"And now she's in Mako or at least they assume." Asami said. 

"We have to find him. Do you know where he is?" Bolin asked. 

"I do not, but this does." He handed Bolin a leaf. 

"What's this for?" 

"It will glow and fly toward the location of the Dread Doctor's labatory. You must get there soon. The longer Mako is in there the longer he will forget who he is." Guru Patik said.

"He will forget about us?" Bolin said. 

"Yes, so you must hurry." Guru Patik said. 

"Let's go." Korra said. 

They were about to walk out when Guru Patik stopped them. 

"Remember this once the beast starts to remember the teenager will cease to exist." He said.
