Lorelei was relaxing at the Salvatore house. She was reading a book as Damon read the newspaper and Stefan watched the newly turned vampire, Vicki call her brother. When she was done she looked at Stefan

"I don't understand why I have to stay. Why can't I go home?" Vicki asked

"Because you will kill someone" Lorelei bluntly stated. Stefan gave her a glare

"You know, you're partially to blame for this Lori. You were home with Damon" Stefan stated

"What can I say? I was seduced" Lorelei spoke as she continued reading

"I told you little brother. Women can't resist me" Damon said with a smirk. Lorelei took a knife and threw it at Damon, stabbing him

"Ow, you bitch" Damon stated annoyed as he yanked out the knife

"That's not what you were saying yesterday" Lorelei spoke. Stefan groaned in disgust

"Okay, please stop. I don't want to hear about this" Stefan said

"You know, there's nothing about that Logan guy I killed in here. Not a word. Someone's covering it up" Damon spoke as he played with some watch

"What is that?" Vicki asked

"This is a very special, very old compass. What was Logan Fell doing with it? Aren't you curious?" Damon asked

"Well, if you're so worried that somebody's onto you, leave town" Stefan said

"Why would I do that? I'm having too much fun here, and plus we should all be worried" Damon said with a smirk

"Hey, I'm hungry. Do you have anything to eat?" Vicki asked. Stefan stood up and gave Vicki a glass of blood

"Here" Stefan said

"What is it?" Vicki asked

"It's what you're craving" Stefan responded

"Heh. Don't lie to the girl. It's so not what you're craving, but it'll do in a pinch. Right, Stef?" Damon asked

"What is it?" Vicki asked

"Yeah, what is it? Is it skunk? St. Bernard? Bambi?" Damon taunted

"Stop being a dick, Damon" Lorelei told him

"You sure seemed to love my d-" Damon was cut off as he grunted in pain. Lorelei had thrown another knife into Damon's shoulder

"Stop talking Salvawhore" Lorelei said

"Rude" Damon said as he rolled his eyes. The two brothers began to bicker and Lorelei tuned them out as she left. She went to her bed and laid down. She heard footsteps enter her room

"Oh Lorelei" Damon sang. Lorelei turned to look at him. He had a smirk on his face

"Can I help you, Damon?" She asked

"Ooh, so cold" Damon responded as he approached her

"You've yet to answer my question" She said. He placed both of his hands beside her on the bed as he got real close to her face

"You're hurting my feelings" He told her with fake sadness in his eyes. She looked at him and put a hand on his face before she went to lean in. She could hear his heartbeat start to speed up. Just before their lips touched she stopped. She could see him expecting it. She smirked

"I only slept with you once and now you're begging for my touch?" She asked. He looked at her and then glared as he backed up

"I'm not begging for your touch. Don't think so highly of yourself" Damon said. Her smirk only grew as she got up and approached him

"Yet when I touch you, your heart seems to beat faster. Don't tell me you've already fallen for me" She spoke with a smile before she walked out of the room. Damon stared at her figure, as she left him alone and confused. She was walking downstairs when she heard the doorbell ring. She opened the door and saw her niece Elena

"Hi, Elena. Can I help you?" She asked

"Is Stefan here?" Elena asked as Damon walked up to the front door

"Yep" Damon said as Elena glared at the man

"Where is he?" Elena asked

"He's upstairs" Lorelei responded

"Do people not say good morning anymore?" Damon asked Elena. She gave him another glare

"How can you be so arrogant and glib after everything that you've done?" Elena asked

"The fuck does that mean?" Lorelei asked

"Use a dictionary dear" Damon said with a smirk. Lorelei flipped him off

"And how can you be so brave and stupid to call a vampire arrogant and glib?" Damon asked the young Gilbert

"If you wanted me dead, I'd be dead" Elena said

"Yes, you would" Damon said

"But I'm not" She responded

"Yet" Damon replied. Lorelei grabbed a nearby pencil and stabbed Damon in the back with it. He groaned out in pain

"We talked about this" Lorelei said annoyed. Damon yanked the pencil out of his back as he glared at Lorelei

"Come on in Elena" Lorelei said. Elena flashed her a smile before walking in

Lorelei was at the Halloween party. She was dressed up as Jason Voorhees. She walked around and saw Elena and her younger brother Jeremy. She walked up to them with a fake knife in her hand

"Boo!" She yelled causing Elena to jump back. Lorelei giggled before removing her mask

"Oh, Lori it's just you" Elena said relieved. Lorelei noticed she was in a nurse's outfit. She looked cute in it

"Who's this?" Jeremy asked. Elena froze unsure of how to respond. She hadn't told Jeremy this was their aunt who was actually a vampire. She hadn't told him about any of the supernatural at all

"I'm Lori. Damon's fiance" She said making it seem believable

"Oh ok" Jeremy said. Lorelei followed the two

"Hey, you don't mind if I hang out with you. I don't really know anyone in town yet, and I don't want to look akward" Lorelei said. Elena smiled. Even though Elena didn't really know the woman, she felt like she could trust her, and there was something about her that reminded her of Grayson. She actually enjoyed being near the woman

"Of course" She said which Lorelei smile. She enjoyed this very much. To be able to bond with her niece and nephew. They walked inside and Elena met with a blonde man. Lorelei had seen him at the Grill. He worked there

"You went with last year's costume too" The man said

"I didn't know I was coming till an hour ago" Elena spoke. The young man looked at the figure beside Elena

"Who's this?" He asked

"Oh this is my friend Lori. She's new to town" Elena said. Lorelei lifted up her mask and held out her hand

"Hi, I'm Lori" She said with a smile. The man shook her hand

"I'm Matt. Welcome to town, though it's kinda boring here" He said. She smiled. She then noticed some tension between Elena and Matt. She could only assume they were exes who remained friends. Jeremy had disappeared. The two continued talking until Elena began freaking out

"Where'd he go? I gotta find him" Elena stated leaving Matt confused. Lorelei followed after Elena

"I'll help you look" Lorelei told her niece. Elena nodded as a thanks. The two kept looking around but had no luck. Lorelei would've been able to track Jeremy, but there were so many people she couldn't. They ran into Stefan and Vicki

"Thank God" Elena said

"What's the matter?" Stefan asked

"I lost track of Jeremy. I was worried" She said. Matt had walked over

"What's going on?" He asked

"Hey. Everything's fine" Stefan spoke

"I told you to quit bothering me" Vicki spoke as she looked at Stefan

"What the hell are you talk-" Lorelei was cut off

"Matt, he won't leave me alone" Vicki told her brother. Matt being a good brother got defensive of his sister

"You need to back off" He told Stefan

"Matt, it's okay" Elena tried to explain

"No, it's not okay. What the hell's your problem?" Matt asked as he got in Stefan's face. Lorelei pushed Matt back

"Don't make a scene, man" She told him

"Stefan. She's gone" Elena spoke up as she ran to find Vicki. Stefan went to follow her. Matt tried to stop him but Lorelei smacked his hand away before she grabbed him by the collar of his shirt

"Quit interfering. He's only trying to help" Lorelei told the blonde before rushing after Stefan. Lorelei had lost both Stefan and Elena. She was using her hearing to see if she could find either of them, or Jeremy

"Vicki? Vicki! Vicki, what the hell?!" Jeremy's voice rang out. Lorelei rushed to the source. She ran outside to see Elena already there. Elena had a wooden board in her hands. Vicki was approaching Elena. Elena hit Vicki with the board but it didn't do much. Vicki threw Elena into the air. She landed in a pile of trash. Lorelei took off her mask and revealed her own fangs

"Vicki, you need to relax. Don't make me hurt you" Lorelei told her girl. Vicki tried to attack Lorelei but Stefan slammed her into a bus. He was trying to restrain her but failed, as she threw him off of her. Vicki went to run but Lorelei grabbed her by the hair, and slammed her back into the bus. She moved her hand to Vicki's neck and squeezed

"You need to relax" She told the girl. Vicki tried to escape but couldn't. Although Stefan was much older, he didn't drink human blood so he was weak. But Lorelei was older than Vicki and drank human blood. Vicki was no match in a battle of strength. Vicki couldn't breathe

"Stop! You're hurting her!" Jeremy yelled before he pushed Lorelei, causing her to loosen her grip on Vicki. Vicki got free and immediately attacked Elena. She bit Elena in the neck, which made Elena let out a blood curling scream. Stefan immediately stabbed Vicki with a wooden stake right through the heart causing Vicki to collapse and die

"Vicki! Vicki. Vicki!" Jeremy yelled. Lorelei held him back as he tried to run to the deceased vampire. He began to cry as he stared at her

"Get him out of here" Elena demanded. Lorelei handed Jeremy off to Stefan

"I'll stay with her" Lorelei told him. Stefan nodded and left with Jeremy. Elena fell to her knees and cried. Lorelei felt her heart break at her niece's state. She bit her wrist letting her blood ooze out before walking over to Elena

"Drink this" She told her niece. Elena looked at her like she was crazy

"What?! No!" She said

"It'll heal you" Lorelei explain. Elena looked up at her aunt before drink the red liquid coming out of Lorelei's wrist. Elena's wound began to heal

"What the?" She asked herself

"Cool, right?" Lorelei asked with a smile. A couple minutes later, Damon had joined the two Gilbert's

"You should go. I got this" Damon said. Elena stood up angrily

"You did this. This is your fault" Elena said upset

"You confuse me for someone with remorse" Damon spoke. Elena tried to push Damon but it didn't work. So then, she tried to slap Damon, only he caught her hand

"None of this matters to me. None of it" Damon stated as Elena got out of his old

"People die around you. How could it not matter? It matters, and you know it" Elena said before she slapped Damon. Lorelei just stared

"You need to leave" Damon repeated. Elena gave up and started walking off

"Always gotta play the bad guy" Lorelei spoke before following her niece. She wanted to make sure she got home. They made it to Elena's car and once she shut the door she began crying. Lorelei brought the girl towards her and let her cry into her shoulder. Elena gripped Lorelei's shirt as she cried. Eventually the two made it to Elena's house where they were met with Stefan waiting outside

"Where is he?" Elena asked

"Inside" He told her. She immediately went in, leaving Stefan and Lorelei alone

"I'm gonna head home, Stefan. It's been a long day" Lorelei told him

"I'm gonna stay here" He told her. She nodded before leaving
