Yeonjun looked around the room as he started to take off his jacket.

The room was painted with deep grey color. A bed with two nightstands, a painting on the wall. A bouquet of roses on a white-golden lined vase on a corner. They seemed somehow lifeless...The room was warm, filled with rosy scent.

The raven boy spotted the bathroom and went in to take a shower. The uniform was long forgotten on the cold tiles of the bathroom. Yeonjun turned the shower on and waited for the water to go warm.

Warm water flowed down his body as his mind relaxed. He thought about the revelation his long cherished idol made.

Beomgyu was his younger brother?

He had been that youngest son of the ruler of the Kim empire all along?

The son who never came in front of cameras?

He had been keeping this as a secret since forever?

For what?

Why?

Yeonjun couldn't find the answers to his questions.

After the shower, he tied a towel around his waist and went out. As he was drying his damp hair, he heard a knock on the door.

'Come in...' Yeonjun yelled drying his hair. He turned towards the door.

'Yeonjun here's your- HOLY COW-' Beomgyu squeezed his eyes shut at the scene in front of him. A half naked Yeonjun. A towel tied tightly around his waist. His chest wet. Water dripping down from his well toned abs.

Yeonjun raised an eyebrow at him as he walked closer to the younger.

'What's wrong?' He asked. His voice laced with curiosity.

Seeing the older get closer and closer, Beomgyu shoved the clothes to his face and rushed out of there without any words.

Yeonjun looked down and realized why the younger had acted that way. An amused chuckle left from his lips. He wore the clothes and went out of the room to the living area where the younger was sitting, his head buried in his phone. A soft relaxing song playing in the background.

♪ I used to float,

now I just fall down.

 ♪ I used to know,

but I'm not sure now,

What was I made for?

Yeonjun sat beside the younger who didn't notice the older since he was too busy scrolling on his phone.

Minutes passed and neither of them said a word. The atmosphere around them felt heavy for Yeonjun as the other was oblivious to his presence. He turned his head towards Beomgyu, outlining his side-profile. The younger was attractive...but of course Yeonjun wasn't gonna say it out loud.

'Quit staring Choi.'

The deep voice of Beomgyu pulled him back to earth.

'Huh? I uh..' The black haired blinked a few times to register what the other was saying.

'I said,' The younger lifted his gaze up and landed it on the older, 'Quit staring. You were staring at me.'

Yeonjun shook his head. 'Hah. In your dreams loser. I was just watching a......a fly that was erm....flying above your head.' He shrugged it off and leaned back on the couch.

Instinctively Beomgyu looked above his head and saw nothing. 'Where?' Not seeing anything, He looked back at Yeonjun with his eyebrows quirked.

'Here.' The jet black haired flicked his forehead with his finger. "Fool" he mouthed.

The 18-year-old rubbed the now slight red spot with a frown. His annoyed chocolate eyes met the olders mischievous coal black orbs.

'Dude you're literally in my territory right now, yet you still had the audacity to mess with me.' He squinted his eyes and threw a sofa cushion towards Yeonjun, who dodged it right before it was about to hit his handsome face.

'You got poor aim kiddo.' Yeonjun barked out a laugh at Beomgyus annoyed expression, finding it amusing.

Seeing the brown haired roll his eyes and get back to his phone made Yeonjun want to tease him more.

'Is Mr.nerd gonna cry now?~' The coal-black haired tilted his head, a mischievous grin adorning his features.

'I don't cry..' Beomgyu spoke without looking up from his phone. His voice cold and indifferent, '....only weak people cry.'

'What are you? A Tsundere or something....' The older Choi side eyed the other, fishing out his phone from his pocket.

It was true that, Yeonjun had never seen Beomgyu cry. He had known him since middle school, yet he never saw the younger even shed one drop of tear. Never means never.

'Do you even know what Tsundere means? Or did you just blurt it out, out of nowhere?' The younger Choi raised an eyebrow, his eyes still glued to his phone.

'Hey! I know what it means. I know the meaning!' A frown appeared on the olders face as he scrolled on his phone.

Only a hum was heard from the 18-year-old in return.

'You're boring...' the 19-year-old puffed his one cheek.

'You look like a chipmunk right now.' It took all of the youngers willpower to not to poke the puffed out cheek of him.

'Oh shut up. I do not.' As Beomgyu looked up from his smartphone, he was met with the sight of a scowling Yeonjun. Seeing the expression on his classmates face, made the corners of Beomgyus mouth quirk up a little bit as he looked back to his phone.

Yeonjuns eyes seemed to rose up from his phone and land on the younger.

He was smiling?

He smiled....

But before he could say something, the smile on the younger lips vanished as he heared him clear his throat and continue to scroll on his phone. Back to his cold expression. It was rare to see him smile to be honest.

After half an hour, Beomgyu put down his phone, yawned and arched his back. After stretching, he rested his head against the soft couch, gazing up at the ceiling. He could feel Yeonjuns stare on him, piercing right through him.

'What?' He mumbled, 'Why are you always staring at me?'

The black haired blinked a few times, trying to come up with another excuse for his behavior, yet nothing came up to his mind. He opened his mouth to say something but no words came out.

Beomgyu was on his bed, minding his own business when the other knocked on the door.

'Come in.' he hissed, annoyed at the sudden interruption.

The mop of dark black hair walked in and sat at the edge of the bed.

'Can I use your phone? Mines dead.' Yeonjun asked, his eyes solely focused on the auburn boy.

'Oh..okay.' the younger sighed as he gestured the other the phone.

Before he could even reach out, Beomgyu held his phone back and raised an eyebrow, 'Why do you need it though?'

'To..call my dad... I need to tell him I won't be back in a few hours since it's raining hard, so I'm spending the night here.' He sighed as gestured to the younger once again.

Beomgyu looked skeptical at Yeonjun but he was not wrong...rain was heavy, and it would be hard to drive or walk in this weather. He then reluctantly handed him the phone, 'Your dad?..'

'Yeah...he's probably wondering where I went without letting him or mom know where I'm going.' He nodded and dialed his dads number. He waited patiently for his dad to pick up. After a few rings his dad did answer,

'Yah, Yeonjun-ah.. You're not home? Are you out? It's rainy out. Where are you?!'

The sudden high pitch of his dads voice from the other line made Yeonjun flinch. 'Relax, Dad. I am fine with a friend.' Yeonjun said nonchalantly, glancing at Beomgyu, who was giving him a "I swear to god. I will kill you." look from his peripheral vision.

'And where's that friend?'  Yeonjuns dad, Choi Jae-ho  asked, he sounded a little suspicious.

'A friend from school. And I don't have my phone charger on me, so it died.' The 19-year-old replied casually, not sparing the other behind him a glance.

'And you're gonna stay the night there?' Jae-ho asked as he glanced out of the window, it was raining heavily, even for a seasoned driver it would be hard to go through the rain without an accident.

'Yeah...' The jet black haired replied and looked out the window, it was raining so hard it was like cats and dogs out there.

'Yah, Be careful. It's rainy outside.' Mr. Choi warned him and a tsk left Yeonjuns lips, annoyed by his father's nagging.

'Will do, dad. Now shut up. I'm going.'  he mumbled and hung up the call, dropping the phone back on Beomgyus bed.

'I still can't believe you can talk to your dad like that.'  The chocolate haired commented quietly.

'I don't wanna hear that from the person whose father is the director of Lotus.'  A scoff left his lips, rolling his eyes.

'I am his youngest son but I don't speak to him like that....' Beomgyu scrunched up his nose.

Cute.....no shut the fuck up!!

'That's because your parent's don't really care about you.'  Yeonjun stated, as he looked up at the brunette with a smug look.

Beomgyus blood boiled at he others tone and the way he smirked made him wanna punch him. But he did not wanna get into a fight with the his so-called-enemy, especially after he had saved him, so he bit his lip and clenched his first tightly at the olders comment. He brought his attention back on his phone to calm down.

'Can I ask you something??' The older suddenly shot making Beomgyu flinch.

'Urgh what is it now?' The brunette whipped his head at the other.

'Why are you so cold to everyone?' Yeonjun narrowed his eyes, waiting for the younger to say something.

'Why are you so annoying and always the center of attention??' the 18-year-old asked back, furrowing his eyebrows.

'It's just how my nature is..' The raven haired answered, '..I don't annoy everyone...do I?' His eyebrows knitted together.

'You do.' Beomgyu scoffed as he snatched his phone back, leaning against the headboard of his bed.

'Hey I-'

'I swear to god, one more word from that motor mouth of yours, I'm gonna stuff tissues in them until you choke!!' The younger deadpanned, visibly irritated.

'You're joking right?' Yeonjun asked with his eyebrows raised with amusement.

'No I'm not. I'm serious.' But all he could see was dead seriousness on the youngers features.

'Whatever.....what about the project??' He rolled his eyes and crossed his arms.
'We got tomorrow to do it...I'm gonna sleep. Now get the heck outta my room.'
'So damn rude....' The raven boy mumbled getting up from the soft bed.

'I'll pretend I didn't hear that...'
