݁ ۪   ░ pollen allergy  ━━ ezra's had a pollen allergy for as long as he can remember ❪ so basically since he was very young ❫. it happens when your immune system overreacts to pollen from trees, grasses, or weeds. it thinks the pollen is harmful and releases chemicals like histamine, causing symptoms like sneezing, a stuffy nose, itchy eyes, and coughing. it's usually worse during certain seasons, depending on the type of pollen. treatment can include antihistamines, nasal sprays, and allergy shots.
