Walking down the boring, ugly coloured walls of Seattle Grace was something Atlas found himself doing all the time. He was a doctor, of course he would be walking down the halls to get from patient to patient. Despite Atlas only having been here for awhile, he couldn't help but find himself lost. And he thought he would have known the way around the hospital, but he didn't. So that's how's the attending landed right outside a patient room — a stolen patients room.

"Borrowed from psych. Okay the prelims on this thing is totally unprecedented." Christina said, oblivious to the attending standing right behind her.

"And we found it." Izzie adds, smiling.

"You did what?" Atlas says, the three interns slowly turning around to face the attending.

Christina doesn't pay Atlas any part of mine, she knows that she's one of his favourite interns — only because she has ambition and a dying love for cardio.

"Found. Stole. Hijacked. Whatever. Okay, Meredith, Atlas behind this door is the coolest medical mystery I have ever seen."

Atlas had no problems be called by his first name, hell he wouldn't care if you called him by his middle name. He always thought that being called by your last name meant you were in deep shit... so he got everyone (he liked) to call him by his first name.

Atlas follows them to a different hallway where they go and stand outside a patients room.

"Now you can either walk away guilt free..."

Meredith and Atlas hum, signaling for her to continue. Atlas knew this could get him into trouble. He knew it. But was he going to run of quite yet? Nope, he was gonna watch this all play out.

"Or walk through this door, risk your place in the program which could possibly lead to spending the rest of your life serving fries in bad clothing."

Atlas grimaces, not liking the idea that he would lose his job and spend the rest of his life serving fries in bad clothing — he would actually chose to work out of an ice cream truck than serve fries.

"So are you in?" Atlas can tell Izzie is excited as she rocks back and forth in her heals as she talks.

"Hell yeah." Meredith exclaims.

Izzie knocks on the door and everyone enters, the patient is hidden from view by a curtain.

"Mr. Herman." Christina calls out.

"Oh no please call me Shane." Shane is sitting on the hospital bed, making his way across slowly with his back to the girls. "I gotta hit the can, again! Seems like I gotta go every 30 seconds these days."

"It's just a guy." Meredith whispers.

"Wait for it." Cristina builds the anticipation.

"Wait."

"I sure am glad to be off that psych floor." Shane tells the doctors.

"What's so special?" Meredith murmurs.

"Wait for it."

Atlas notices Shane is having a hard time standing up. Atlas and Meredith look at him confused. Then he starts walking towards them to the bathroom.

"I'm not nuts. I'm just pregnant." Shane announces.

Atlas finally noticed Shane's very swollen, pregnant like stomach. His mouth opens and closes a few times.

"Oh, you all are in trouble." Atlas snaps once the patient enters the bathroom.

Shane has a pregnancy test and dips it into the urine jar. Bailey and Atlas enter the room just as this is all going down.

"Now, what is going on in here?" Bailey asks — even though she knew. Atlas thought she liked seeing the terror on the interns faces.

"Doctor. Bailey, Doctor Lee." Christina nods her head to the attending and resident that now stood steps away from them. If Atlas was an intern in this moment, he would be running for the hills.

"Just a moment please." Christina addresses the patient.

"Look at his abdomen." Atlas points out slowly and quietly, fearing that Bailey would snap and kick his ass out of a third floor window.

Raj, a psych doctor rushes over to them. "It's a male hysterical pregnancy. It's a psych case." — He slaps Shane's stomach — "And it's mine!"

"It's not hysterical! I am pregnant." Shane the patient argues.

Izzie is distracted by the pregnancy test stick Shane used, which Atlas notices.

"See? Psych!"

"No his belly is distended. There's no signs of ascites and I clearly feel a mass with deep palpation. Surgical." Christina snaps at the psych doctor.

"Guys." Izzie says softly.

"Told you I could prove it." Shane smiles as he sees the pregnancy test.

"Psych." Raj.

"Surgical." Christina.

"Eh, come on now. You're doctors. Act like it." Bailey groans, this not having been anything she had in mind when Atlas walked up to her and describing an fake scenario, that was the the same as what was actually happening.

Izzie picks up the pregnancy stick.

"Guys." Izzies vouch gets louder.

"Psych!" Raj.

"Surgical!" Christina.

"Psych!" Raj.

"Surgical!" Christina.

"Psych!" Raj.

"Surgical!" Christina.

Izzie takes a deep breath in shouting.

"Guys! Shane took a pregnancy test and it's positive." Everyone looks at Izzie.

"He's definitely a surgical patient now." Bailey stares in awe at the pregnancy test.

Atlas had this smile that brightened up a room. It drew people in, made them want to know who the brightly smiled man was. And maybe that's why someone wasted no time in strolling up to Atlas once he entered the hospital. "Hi!" Someone jumped right in-front of Atlas, startling and stopping the  attending — who was late for work once again.

"Hi? Can I help you?" Atlas asks the man infront of him.

"Yeah, uh, I'm Weiss." The man — Weiss — introduces himself.

"I'm Atlas." The brown haired man shakes Weiss's hands.

"Nice to meet you Atlas, now I need to see Derek Shepherd. Can you help me with that?"

"Of course, let's go find him."

The two make their way through the hospital, and towards the nurses station Atlas had paged Derek too. Weiss and Atlas turned the corner and caught sight of Derek.

"Derek!" Weiss shouts, leaving Atlas's side and embracing his friend in a hug.

Atlas sends a friendly smile towards the neurosurgeon before leaving.

Everyone new Atlas was gay. He showed it, and his brother told it. Atlas didn't mind that Oliver practically told everyone himself was gay. He was a proud open man who was attracted to males. Maybe because he was gay, was why Christina came to him for fashion advice.

Cristina is trying on different dresses Atls would have drooled over if he was a girl.
Christina is wearing a red dress over her scrubs. ( Atlas isn't sure how she managed to get the dress on over her scrubs. ) Atlas holds up a light purple dress and pale white flowery designed one.

"Ah they're both really nice." Ozzie comments from the doorway.

"I know. I bought them. But which one is right?" Christina holds the white one over head and stands in front of a full length mirror to see how it looks.

"For what? You're gonna look hot in either one." The room chuckles at cheery interns reaction.

"Well clearly. That's not the point."

"O-oh?"

Meredith and George enter the locker room Atlas had been dragged too. George's whistles at Christina.

"Wow you look hot."

"Yeah. Burke and I are gonna talk about how hot I am over dinner. This date is such a mistake." Cristina starts taking off the red dress.

"But it's easy to get nervous on dates. It's especially hard if you're out of practice so you just got be mellow..."

"Yeah I know how to date George. I'm not you." Atlas so desperately wants to ask George if he needs ice for that burn.

Cristina is now putting on the purple dress, the one Atlas had told her would look nice on her.

"Go wrestle something." Christina snarls.

"I couldn't cut off my ovaries and breasts just because I might have cancer." Izzie says to Alex, the two having a small and short conversation.

Cristina yanks up the dress fully and walks up to Atlas so he can zip her up.

"Think of it like a hand. If someone told you you'd die if you didn't chop off your hand you'd do it." Christina counters.

"Yes." Atlas and Oliver quietly say in sync.

"Except when you chop off a hand you don't kill your sex drive, have silicone breasts, get hot flushes and lose your ability to bear children." Izzie argues once again.

Cristina pulls of her scrub pants.

"If it were me I wouldn't even have the test. I mean what's the point? We're all gonna die anyway right?" Everyone stares at the teacher. "It's the 'Hello Kitty' band-aid on my forehead. It's freaking me out." Atlas laughs.

"I say slice 'em and dice 'em. Whatever. They're body parts." Alex replies cockily.

Cristina moves back to the mirror and starts putting on some black heels, Atlas grins wildly at the outfit he had chosen for her.
