Mark Sloan, Callie Torres, Arizona Robbins and Eliza Lee-Sunny were going on a trip before the babies arrived. Callie and Arizona would stay at a b&b, Mark and Eliza would stay at the b&b right next door.

It was the perfect retreat to have some time before the babies arrived, and the two pregnant women believed that maybe Mark and Arizona would stop the bickering and possibly like each other to some level.

Mark and Eliza were sitting in the front seat, well Callie and Arizona were in the front.

"Mark, I can't get my slippers on." El complained, eyes filling with tears because of the hormones she was feeling.

"Oh hun, here let me help." Mark unbuckled Eliza's seatbelt, trusting that Arizona could drive safely for a few minutes. He helped her shift and turn so her feet were on his lap where he could give them a quick massage. He slipped her dog slippers on with the big ears, the ones Atlas had gotten her for Christmas one year. "There we go, all better?"

"All better." Eliza nodded, shifting so she could buckle back up. Mark was watching her, hand out against her arm as if he was keeping her steady.

Eliza didn't buckle up, having moved slightly so she could pick up the phone the Arizona had thrown back. Callie was leaning over the middle of the seat when he grabbed her phone, thanking El and smiling.

And then Arizona asked Callie to marry her. In front of Mark and Eliza!

The car came to a screeching stop, and luckily, Eliza had managed to buckle up just before Arizona gasped.

"Atlas..." Derek stepped into the operating room where Atlas was rocking a surgery. He was almost done, finishing up the last little bits before he could close.

"Hey Der. What's up?" Atlas looked up from the patient, he was smiling underneath his mask.

Derek shook his head softly. "It can wait, no worries. Almost done?"

Atlas nodded. "Half an hour?"

"I'll wait." And Derek did.

The surgery was one, a successful one too. Atlas turned towards his husband, lips curled upwards. "What's up?"

"There's been an accident. Mark, Callie, Arizona and El." Derek had volunteered to tell Atlas the news, and he wish he was selfish and didn't. It hurts his heart to see the pain in his husbands eyes now.

"W-what? Are they okay? Is El okay?" Atlas didn't move, he just looked towards his husband for an answer.

"All we know is that there's been an accident."

Atlas took off towards the ER, knowing that everyone would be gathered outside the sliding doors. He was right, everyone was standing there gowned and ready to take action.

"Any news?" Atlas asked in a panic as he came to a stop in the group.

"Nothing." Webber said, lips turned downwards in a frown.

"Atly." Oliver tugged on his brothers arm, getting his attention. Oliver wasn't gowned, still clad in his scrubs though. "We should call mom."

Atlas wasn't budging. He felt like he could help. "I can help. I just need a gown."

"You can't be a doctor on this case." Richard shook his head, his face turning stern, yet his voice was full of sympathy.

"What about Callie or Arizona? I can work on them, help them." Atlas pleaded only for Richard to shake his head.

"I'm sorry, Sunny."

Atlas finally walked away with his brother, phone in hand. He was giving up that battle, because deep down, he's sit with his brother and mom in the waiting room for hours.

The eldest Lee-Sunny son took a breath, his brother leaning aging his shoulder as they sat in the waiting room. "Hey mom. There's been an accident, I think you should head on over."

It was less than ten minutes before Lilla showed up, a pair of jeans and a hoodie pulled on. Her hair was messy, like she had panicked and somehow made it much more messy than it was before. "I'm here. Where is she? Where's Ellie?"

"They just took her into the room. She's unconscious, they wouldn't tell us anything else." Oliver spoke up, getting up from the chair he had been sitting in and threw himself at his mom. He was crying, tears streaming down his face as he snuffled and buried his head into her shoulder.

Atlas watched from the side, his phone pulled up to his ear once again. "Hi, yes. I'd like to speak to Addison Montgomery. It's urgent."

"Atlas? Is everything okay?" Addison asked through the phone, she could here the odd sniffle and the sound of shuffling.

Atlas rubbed his eyes with the palm of his hand. "How soon can you get here?"

"I can get on a plane now. I'll be there soon, okay?" Addison questioned, already staring to move around her office and grab things.

"Thank you. Thank you so much." Atlas was glad that she didn't ask questions, and that she just agreed to hop on a plance.

"Mark?" Atlas peered into the empty emergency room where Eliza once had been. She's been moved to another room where she'll be watched. Besides some of the nasty bumps and bruises, there wasn't much to do. She hasn't woken up yet, and the doctors on her case believe that it's because of the stress.

"I - I unbuckled her. I could have unbuckled to help her put her slippers on. What if she wasn't buckled quickly enough? What if I did this." Mark cried, tears in his own eyes as he leaned against Atlas.

"You couldn't have done this, Marky. Things like this, they just happen." Atlas wrapped his arm around Mark, pulling him closer and hugging him. "Addison is here to help with both the babies."

"Addison is here?" Mark turned towards Atlas, lifting his head of the warm shoulder.

"She's here to help. We want what's best." Atlas started to stand up from where he and Mark had been sitting on the floor, he brought Mark up with him. "Let's go see them, how about that."

Mark nodded and followed behind Atlas who lead him towards the icu room where Callie was. That's where Addison was first.

"How's Callie?" Mark frowned, stepping into Callie's icu room where he spotted the bloody bruised Callie. His heart broke.

"Stable for now. We're gonna keep an eye on her and make sure that nothing changes." Addison turned around, wrapping her arms around Mark before she pulled away. "The contractions haven't stopped and the baby wasn't given anything to help it's lungs develop."

"Is there anything you can do?" Atlas softly asked, his hand reaching for Callies.

"We're gonna do everything that we can, but it's possible that an emergency c-section will happen." Addison informed the two. "But Doctor Kepner is gonna watch Callie and us three are going to go check on Eliza."

Addison handed April the chart before she lead Atlas and Mark towards Eliza's room where she was still lying unconscious. All the doctors had come to a conclusion that she's unconscious because of the stress that she had endured — from the crash and making sure her baby was okay, from being the first one to get out and see Callie all bloodied, from being the one to dial an ambulance, to her passing out against Mark.

"She hadn't woken up yet?" Mark crouched bedside the bed, taking Eliza's hand in his and placing another hand on her forehead where he moved hair away from her face.

"She hasn't yet. The baby is doing well, we haven't seen much movement from the little one, but the heartbeat is strong." Addison looked at the chart. "We can do another ultrasound if you'd like, show you the baby and so you can hear the heartbeat."

Mark nodded quickly, wanting to hear his child's heartbeat to know that the baby was okay.

Addison got things ready and then placed the thing against Eliza's stomach that showed an image on screen. Atlas and Mark, along with Addison could hear a healthy, strong fetal heartbeat.

"See, the baby's got a strong heartbeat."

"Oh thank god." Mark sighed.

Less than twenty four hours later, a premature baby girl was delivered. Addison delivered Callie's baby, and the rest of the surgeons helped make sure that Callie had the best care she could get.
