Oliver along with his interns walk into a patients room.
"Henry Lamott, age 42, is scheduled with Doctor. Shepherd for a spinal implant to control the pain of his herniated disc, is allergic to all pain medication." Christina presents the patient to everyone, it having been her first day back since her surgery.
Oliver watches as Henry—the patient—fiddles with the tv remote and turns the television on. Then the sound of giggles, moans and music fill the room, causing Oliver to snap his head towards the screen of the tv.
"Is that..."
"Porn." Henry's wife, Marie says, looking at Christina—who she had cut off.
"Porn? As in porn?!" Miranda Bailey looks up from her chart, not at all happy with the situation. Because why would she be happy that the patient was watching porn?
Alex excitedly looks towards the screen and asks what they are watching.
"Karev, go stand in the hall." Bailey scoffs at the annoyance Alex shows off.
"I'm sure you're really nice people and what you do in the privacy of your own home -- look, we can't have porn in here. This is a hospital." Bailey informs the patient and his wife.
"It's for my pain." The man says before looking back up at the tv screen. "My doc says it releases endorphins in the brain, and it helps keep my pain at a manageable level."
"Really?" George says over the sound of woman laughing, the intern just staring at the screen in awe.
Oliver's the only who who hadn't looked back at the tv screen twice. Not that he didn't want to because he did. But instead of looking back up to the screen he focused on the chart he had so casually taken from Bailey.
"George... hall!"
"Yeah." The intern sighs.
"What is this?" One of the female interns ask, Atlas doesn't bother to look up to see who it is.
"Nasty, naughty nurses... um, 4." The wife replies.
"That does not look comfortable." Christina says as her, Meredith and Izzie all tilt their heads at an angle to watch the screen.
Oliver makes the mistake of looking up, "Trust me, it's not." He and Meredith say in sync, causing everyone to look between the two with their mouths open
"Get in the hall." Bailey snaps, her finger pointing between each intern, her glare resting on Oliver and Meredith.

Atlas was trying hard to avoid Derek, something that the neurosurgeon noticed.
"Hey." Derek said as he approached Atlas.
"No." Atlas didn't look over at Derek.
"No?"
"No, you don't get to talk to me. Because you have a wife and I need you to go back to her and try." Atlas smiles sadly.
"What do you mean?" Derek asks confused, he never thought for one seconds that Atlas would willingly tell him to be with Addison.
"She's your wife. You've spent something years with her. That's a certain amount of birthdays, Christmas's, valentines days. Everything. You can't just leave without trying." Atlas explains before walking away.

Oliver was never riding in an elevator again — okay, he would, but right in this moment, he was telling himself he wouldn't. Somehow he had gotten caught in an elevator with Alex Karev and George O'Malley. And just to Oliver's luck, the elevator stopped.
A thud and screech fill the interns and patients ears.
"Dude, we're not moving." Alex says.
"Really? Ya think?" George sasses, which causes Oliver to give George a high five for the snarky-ness and sarcasm.
"If elevator should stop, do not become alarmed." George is reading the elevator panel in panic as Oliver sits in the corner of the elevator reading his book — well his sisters book, but don't tell anyone he had taken it.
"Press the button marked 'alarm' to summon assistance."Alex reads, which makes Oliver want to laugh out loud at the fact Alex can read, because some days be didn't believe it.
"If they don't want us to be alarmed, then why call the button "alarm?"
"That didn't work the last five times you did it."
"Get it through your head. We've lost power."
"We're stuck here." Oliver glances up at the other two interns.
"You okay?" George gently places a hand on the groaning patients shoulder before moving around to the other side of the gurney.
"His pressure's falling." Oliver points out.
"Guys, there's a lot more of his blood in the pleurovac." George whispers to the other two interns.
"We need to get him to the O.R." Alex whispers back, shocking Oliver at how nice and call he was now.
"Okay, you're whispering. Don't whisper. I mean, look, I don't wanna complain here, but I got a bullet in my chest, And whispering isn't a sign that I'm going to be a-okay, you know?"
"It's bad right?" Pete the patient asks Oliver who's standing there quietly.
"Someone's gonna get us out of here. Don't worry."

George is removing a clot from Pete's chest — all well the three interns are still stuck in the elevator. George tells Burke about his progress. Burke gives further instructions and Oliver is instructed to place his hand in the patients chest, which excites him, but freaks him out.
Well Oliver is using his finger to plug the hole in the heart, George is placing clamps around, trying to help the situation.
"I-I feel the heart getting stronger."
There's a pause before Burke looks back into the elevator. "O'Malley, Lee, you just flew solo."

Atlas and Miranda were walking down the hallways of Seattle Grace, the female dressed up fancy for a date with her husband.
"Your avoiding shepherd." Bailey points out.
"Yeah, I am." Atlas sighs sadly, he didn't want to avoid Derek, but it was just so much easier.
"Why?"
"Because—because im pretty freaking sure im falling in love with him. Like spend the rest of my life with him, falling in love with him." Atlas admits, he couldn't help but feel like a weight had been lifted of his shoulders.
"Oh, Atlas." The resident sighs sadly.
The two friends walk side by side until they reach the lobby. Miranda goes her own way, out to her husband, whom Atlas waves widely at. And Atlas goes home, where the only thing on his mind is the fact that he told Miranda Bailey, that he was falling in love with Derek Shepherd.
