Atlas was fairly proud of his brother and his intern group. Why? Because they had figured out that Atlas is high-school crushing on Derek Shepherd and couldn't say no to the man with perfect hair.

Meredith and Christina had gone and grabbed Oliver, who then grabbed Derek and pulled themselves towards the on call room they saw Atlas enter.

Oliver opened the door and sees his older brother passes out on the bed. "He's asleep."

Derek and Christina stand there awkwardly as Meredith and Oliver discuss the kiss they shared earlier that morning.

Without a word being said, Christina enters the on call room and stands a few feet away from the bunk bed Atlas is sleeping on. "Dr. Lee—Sunny?"

Atlas let's out a groan as a way of saying "yeah."

"Dr Lee—Sunny, um, I know you're busy, but our John Doe needs an aortic repair." Christina tells the attending—who's probably not paying any attention.

"I'm sleeping." Atlas pushes his head further into the pillow.

"I know—"

"Get Burke, I'm sleeping." Atlas cuts the female off.

"Please?" Christina calls out as she walks closer to the door.

"No. I'm sleeping. Good try though, Yang." Atlas dismisses the intern.

Christina sighed heavily and exited the on call room. Once the door closed Christina turned to the three that were still standing outside the door. "He's sleeping, he wouldn't listen to me talk."

Everyone turned to Derek. "Y-you want me to go in? And convince him to do the surgery you guys need?"

"Well yeah." Christina nodded her head.

"Um, okay..."

"Promise you'll try Derek!" Oliver said just before Derek had opened the door.

Derek ignored the intern and opened the door and stepped inside the room. Atlas's head lifted off the pillow to look at who had come in, and to his surprise it was Derek not another intern.

"Hey, came back for some more cuddles?" Atlas teased the neurosurgeon, referring to the night the two had gone to Atlas's home after meeting and having a few drinks.

Derek stayed quiet, as much as he wanted to actually cuddle with Atlas, he had three interns on his ass.

"Ugh, tell me about the case." Atlas groaned as he sat up.

"I actually don't know much, they—your brother—had dragged me here." Derek admitted which caused Atlas's to forget all about going back to sleep so he could go beat his brothers ass.

Derek let his eyes wander over Atlas naked chest, which Atlas noticed. "You like what you see?" Atlas smirked as he watched Dereks cheeks get red.

"N-no?"

"You sure about that?"

"No..."

The two shared a look and Atlas badly wanted to grab Dereks face and kiss him, but as much as he wanted to he didn't believe Derek was ready, and he wasn't going to rush him.

Atlas opened the door fast and all the interns heads snapped towards the cardio attending.

Atlas's eyes narrowed on his younger brother. "You dragged my — you dragged Derek along with you." His glare  was scary.

"Well... yeah. The patient, he's kinda still around? We gave him two units PRBCs and put him on pressers, by the way." Oliver told his older brother.

Atlas gave him a look that told him they would talk about whatever this was later.

"On whose orders?" Atlas looked between each intern, waiting for a response.

"Mine." Meredith says, looking up from the floor.

"Y-you gave a brain-dead John Doe a blood transfusion without consulting anyone. And now you want me to repair his heart." Atlas said, trying to wrap his head around the situation.

"Well, yes."  Cristina told Atlas, like it was the most common thing in the world.

"You all enjoy crossing the line, don't you?"

Atlas is performing the surgery, with Alex assisting.

"Excellent work, sir, excellent." Alex sucks up.

"Don't suck up to me. But yes, it's flawless even. It's a shame he's brain dead, if he wasn't, he'd be on his feet in a few days." Atlas rolls his eyes and the intern—who his brother had claimed was an asshole.

"I'm amazed at what skill your hands have, it's—"

"Did I not just say "don't suck up" Karev? You won't get on my good graces that way. Earn it." Atlas cuts Alex off.

The interns, beside Eliza are all sitting and watching the surgery, Christinas on the edge of her seat as she looks down at the surgery she wished she could be performing. "I seriously hate that guy." She says referring to Karev.

"Alex is vermin. That surgery is ours." Meredith adds.

"At least Sunny is doing the surgery. I don't care about Alex. Oliver? You did good." Izzie tells the doe eyed intern sitting beside her.

"I'm going to have to dodge my brother for the rest of my life. He could kill me and make it look like an accident. I won't get to live to see his wedding."

Oliver watches as his older brother looks up from his patient. Oliver raises his hand and waves widely, like he just hadn't been talking about Atlas murdering him for bringing Derek to help convince them.

Meredith's standing in the intern locker room, doing whatever she needed to do before she left for home.

Alex comes barreling into the locker room. "God, I smell good. You know what it is?" He asks, turning towards Meredith. "It's the smell of open heart surgery." Alex breaths in deeply.

"It's awesome. It is awesome. You gotta smell me!" Alex says as he comes up behind Meredith and leans on her.

"I don't want to smell you." The dirty blond snarls.

"Oh, yes you do."

Meredith turns around and grabbing him, pushing him against the lockers by his shirt, "You have got to be kidding me! Okay. I have more important things to deal with than you. I have roommates, and boy problems, and family problems." Alex yawns and glances around as Meredith talks.

"You want to act like a little frat boy bitch, that's fine. You want to take credit for your saves, and everybody else's? That's fine too. Just stay out of my face." Meredith grabs Alex by the chin, making him look at her. "And for the record, you smell like crap."

Meredith turns and sees Oliver standing there, she pays him no attention and goes back to her locker.

Oliver looks around, signalling for sometime to tell him what happened.

"She attacked me." Alex turns towards the other male intern.

Meredith hears and moves to attack him.

"Mer, Meredith, Meredith!" Oliver yells as he grabs her arms and she lets him push her back. Oliver turns to Alex. "You know, you might want to leave. Before I change my mind and let her beat you to a pulp with her tiny ineffectual fists. Or I beat you to to a pulp with my non tiny fists."

Oliver pushes Alex out the door and closes it while Alex pulls a face at Meredith. Oliver sighs and runs a hand down his face. Meredith looks at Oliver.

"Have a good night, Mer." Oliver places a comforting hand on her shoulder before leaving.
