"We're going paddle boating!!"

Felix clapped his hands and cheered, tugging on his girlfriend's arm.

"Wait, you need sunscreen!" Hyunjin motioned his sister over, holding a white bottle aloft in the air.

"Ugh, you're so annoying." Alaska rolled her eyes, but snatched it from him. "Wait for me Lix, don't go alone!!"

"I hope they have cute animal-themed boats," Mya gushed, glancing back and forth between the water, which stood a few yards away from them, and Jeongin, who was next to her.

"That is kinda cute, isn't it?" Jeongin agreed as he squinted his eyes at the dock. "It looks like they might have duck and bunny boats!"

"Bunnies??" Mya gasped, jumping up and down, trying to see. "I call the bunny!!"

"They're kind of cute," you nodded, moving your sunglasses from the top of your head onto your nose.

"You look cute," Changbin grinned at you, and you tried your best to hide your blush. Thank god your sunglasses mostly covered your face.

After the two of you had woken up that morning, you'd lounged around in bed for another hour, before heading out to breakfast. The only three who were properly up and about had been Alaska, Felix, and Renee, and none of them said anything about you leaving a different cabin, together. While you were certain they knew, you didn't really care. Apparently, Changbin read your mind, because you went back to acting exactly as you had before last night, which was a huge relief.

It was an uncharacteristically bright, sunny fall day here in Seoul. So, you and the crew decided it would be the perfect opportunity to take a trip about half an hour away from the cabin, and go to the lake. The lodge staff had recommended this particular spot, because it was known to have some of the best activities and views. They also offered a doggy daycare for all the campers, so, after a serious phone call with Se-Ri, you reluctantly left Junjie and Jiao, along with the other dogs, in the care of the lodge doggy daycare. There was a ton of fun stuff that the dogs wouldn't be able to do, like paddle boating, hot tubs, saunas, and fire pits, which were for rent. Naturally, you were doing all of the above.

Finally, when the whole group was done applying sunscreen, throwing on hats, and fixing their hair and makeup, you all made your way down to the dock, where you would buy tickets for the paddle boats.

"I don't want to ride on the paddle boat!" Hyunjin huffed. "I'm gonna go to the sauna. Does anyone want to join me?"

"Ooh, I do!" Han exclaimed.

"It's so hot out, are you sure?" Robin asked her partner skeptically. "We're gonna have so much fun out on the lake!"

"You might overheat in there and pass out," Chan added. "And Hyunjin might go crazy from your complaining."

Hyunjin wrinkled his nose. "That's true. Are you sure you want to go with me?"

Han nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, yes I definitely do! And I promise I won't complain!"

After much debate, and Riley leaning on him to just allow it, Chan agreed that Han should go with Hyunjin to the sauna, but drink lots of water and leave if he got too warm.

So, as the two of them split off and headed towards the woods where the sauna and hot tub were located, the other fourteen of you traipsed down to the docks, and paid for your paddle boat tickets.

Felix was immediately busy helping Alaska buckle her lifejacket, which was required for anyone to ride in the paddle boats. Jeongin volunteered to help Mya, despite her protests, which was a very boyfriend thing for him to do. Riley and Chan laughed with each other, as they put theirs on together. JJ, Robin, and Renee all helped each other, while, true to form, Tessa and Minho almost pushed each other into the water as they joked about the other drowning.

"You need help?" Changbin was strapping you in before you could respond.

Of course, with your long arms, you would have been fine, but you certainly didn't mind his assistance. It was just another excuse to be close to him.

"I'll always need your help, if it means you stand there and look at me like that." You grinned over at him, and he swiftly pecked your cheek in response.
"Okay, who wants to ride with who?" you called when everyone was ready, deciding to take over as leader for the day. "There are two-person and four-person boats."

"The Golden Trio are gonna ride together!" Alaska declared, yanking her two friends over next to her.

"Golden Trio supremacy!" Mya cheered.

"Hell yeah, I need girl time!" Riley nodded furiously.

"Hua, you wanna join us?" Alaska wiggled her eyebrows at you knowingly.

Oh boy. You sighed inwardly. You had a bad feeling about this.

"Sure, okay." You smiled at her, shaking your head just a fraction. You were probably in for a grilling session, if Alaska - let alone Riley and Mya - had anything to say about it.

"What about a boys boat?" Changbin flexed his arm muscles in an overly bro-ish manner, and you swore all the girl's eyes bugged out of their heads at the view. Yeah, you knew. He was hot.

"I'm down!" Jeongin volunteered.

Chan and Seungmin agreed to be part of the boys boat as well. Felix and Minho decided that they would ride together, so the other girls could go in another four-person boat.

"I think Minho is just scared that I would capsize the boat and he would fall in," Tessa snickered as she moved to stand next to Renee, Robin, and JJ.

"Would you do that?" Renee nervously asked her friend.

"Girl, I wouldn't do that to you." Tessa waggled her finger at her. "I bet you would look like a sad puppy, and make me feel bad."

"Do we all have to pedal?" Robin complained. "I don't want to do any work."

"Girl, that's part of the fun!" you laughed. "You put in the work while you ride around the lake."

"Can I just steer?" Robin asked.

"No, if you're gonna get the fun part, you also have to pedal." Tessa shook her head. "Or you could join your boyfriend in the sauna."

"Is someone bitter that they don't have a boyfriend?" JJ teased, a hand on her hip.

"Yeah, I want a boyfriend!" Tessa huffed. "Not Han, but... I hate being bitchless! Look at me, this should not be bitchless."

"You're not bitchless," Minho cut in. "You're the bitch. Get it?"

All the girls rolled their eyes.

"Okay, okay, that was a bad joke," Minho laughed at himself, before leading Felix over to one of the two-person yellow duck boats. "I like this one, let's go, our time is already running down!"

The rest of you piled into your boats, with Changbin's group taking the blue duck, Tessa's group taking the purple bunny, and your group, after Mya's begging and Riley's grumbling, taking the pink bunny.

"This is already sooo fun!" Mya gushed as she took the seat next to you. The two of you had the steering wheel.

Riley and Alaska took seats on the other side, facing the opposite way, and you started steering the four of you away from shore.

"Oh my gosh, we should have brought cocktails!" Alaska gasped, spying the cupholders in the center of the boat. "Is it illegal to paddle and drink?"

"I don't think so, maybe we'll have to do that another day," you joked. "I bet JJ would be down to make us margs or something. We do have drinks in the cooler back on shore."

"A strawberry lemonade is the only thing that could make this day better," Mya sighed, pushing her pink sunglasses up her face so she could see the water.

"Maybe we can play beer pong tonight when we get home?" Riley suggested.

"We have to plan our Halloween costumes first," you reminded them. "After, I'd be down. But I refuse to play with Seungmin ever again, he's too good. Why did I not know he was a beast at beer pong??"

Alaska shrugged. "Dunno, but it's totally not fair. Minho is really good too. I just try to be on the same team as them. But if I'm not, I end up getting really drunk, and that's just as fun."

"Speaking of getting drunk, did Chan ever bring up that whole 'you getting drunk and throwing up on him' incident again, after he asked you out??" you asked Riley, as you steered the boat under a small bridge. Ducks were swimming alongside you, periodically dipping their heads underwater to search for food. Mya reached her hand out to try and touch one.

Riley snorted in response. "Yeah, he couldn't wait to mention it, actually. He looves to remind me that he's the guy who fell for the girl who threw up on him at the club. As if that makes him a great guy, because he picked the girl who can't keep her shit together. Like he wasn't having a breakdown just because I was dancing with one of his friends!!"

Alaska shook her head. "Men, they're so territorial, it's embarrassing. I still can't believe Felix was actually jealous of Minho. As if that man isn't obsessed with someone else."

"He was kind of stupid for that," you agreed. "You and Minho together makes me feel sick."

"He just needs to ask Tessa out already!" Mya exclaimed. "Why hasn't he? She was just saying how badly she wants to be in a relationship."

You shrugged. "As much as they like to pretend, I don't know if either of them knows for certain that the other likes them. They act as if they hate each other, but they're really nervous that the other is being serious. Whenever Tessa gets drunk, she goes wild, then starts ugly crying that Minho hates her, and she's going to be alone forever."

"Tessa, an emotional drunk?" Alaska mused. "I didn't see that one coming. I thought she was an angry drunk."

"Oh, she is," you assured her. "But she has phases. When the alcohol is wearing off, she gets all teary and JJ and I have to console her."

"I feel that," Mya mused. "Well, not the getting drunk part, but the teary part. I want a guy to ask me out!"

"Girl, why don't you just talk to him??" Riley demanded. "Jeongin acts like you're dating, are we sure you're not??"

"He's definitely giving boyfriend vibes," Alaska giggled. "Always trying to do things for you, acting like your knight and shining armor. And he likes to be touching you. Is that his love language??"

"Is Jeongin a cuddler??" you queried. "I totally need to know, since you're rooming with him and all."

"Ugh, all thanks to you," Mya groaned. "I love rooming with Tessa, but it was so awkward deciding what our room arrangements were going to be! Obviously, Tessa and Minho didn't want to sleep together, so it was pretty easy, but you could tell we were thinking about the possibility. What if Jeongin had wanted to room with me?? And I don't even want to think about cuddling with him, I will die."

"You should have, it would give Tessa and Minho the chance to work out all their... tension," Alaska snickered. "And honestly, it might get you and Jeongin to figure out what's going on, too."

"Can one of you guys ask him for me?" Mya pleaded. "I don't want to find out firsthand that he doesn't actually want to be my boyfriend!"

"Girl, we saw that kiss he planted on you back in Jeju." You shook your head knowingly. "He wants you, biblically."

"Please??" Mya folded her hands together and begged. "I will do anything."

You groaned, but nodded. "Fine, I'll talk to him. But if he says that he likes you, you better make a move on him, or I will never be your wingwoman ever again."

Mya nodded, leaning over and hugging you tightly. "Thank you Hua!!" she cried. "If Jeongin says he wants me, I will full-on jump into his arms! You know I would!"

Alaska and Riley shook their heads. "Yeah, we know," they both said in unison.

You laughed at your friend, as you took the boat even further into the water. You had rented the boats for two hours, which was more than enough time to explore.

"By the way..." Alaska began, and judging by the tone of her voice, you were not prepared for where the conversation was going.

"Laska, don't," you warned her, feeling your face warm.

Of course, she ignored you. "If we're changing the subject to jumping into a man's arms, or, as you said earlier, wanting someone biblically..."

"What are we talking about?" Riley questioned, glancing at you quizzically. "It better not be me, I haven't slept with anyone yet."

Alaska shook her head, shooting you a knowing smile. You avoided her gaze, keeping your head straight forward. "Oh, Hua knows exactly what we're talking about."

Mya and Riley wheeled to face you, both pairs of eyes wide with curiosity.

"Hua???" Mya gasped.

"Is there something you want to tell us??" Riley demanded.

"Ugh, I hate you Alaska," you groaned, but you knew it was about time you told someone. In fact, now that you thought about it, JJ and even Hyunjin probably already knew what you two were up to, seeing as you hadn't come back to your shared cabin last night.

Damn, maybe you should have thought that through more. But, for the first time, you'd slept with someone, and it had been unplanned. And, for the first time, you didn't regret it. And honestly, you wanted to tell your friends.

"Okay okay, fine." You couldn't help but smile, and Mya squealed at your facial expression. "Changbin and I slept together."

All three other girls screamed so loud you had to cover your ears, but you laughed anyway.

"Holy crap, I knew it!!" Alaska crowed, rubbing her hands together. "I need details! Does anyone else know? How did it happen? How was he??"

"I've always thought Changbin would be incredible in bed," Riley pondered.

"Was he a gentleman, or did he pin you down?" Mya asked, a little too eagerly.

You raised your eyebrows at her in surprise, but decided you'd unpack her excitement later. "Well, it was after we were coming home from dinner! He was really uncomfortable at the fancy restaurant I chose, so we ditched without even eating. Then, I pulled the car over and we a leaf pile... he was so insecure, I just wanted to show him what a great guy he is, and that we can have fun together."

"Did you have sex in the leaf pile??" Alaska gasped. "Wouldn't that be itchy?"

"Did you get dirt... down there?" Mya wrinkled her nose. "That's gross!"

"No way you'd let that be your guys' first time!" Riley frowned skeptically. "You're too much of a germaphobe for that."

"Hey, not fair!" you protested. "We did get a little... rowdy, but it was actually him who wanted to wait until we got back to the campsite. He was definitely a gentleman in that regard."

"Oh my gosh, he wanted to wait until he could get you into a real bed??" Mya sighed dreamily. "That's so romantic oh my gosh!"

Riley raised her eyebrows disbelievingly. "What, because he didn't want to do her on top of a compost pile? Soo romantic."

"Hey, don't take a bed for granted!" Alaska argued. "Sometimes, Felix doesn't even wait for that! He'll just-"

"Girl, we do not need to hear about how horny Felix is again." Mya shook her head at her friend. "This is about Hua! And I need a rating from 1-10, how good was that man??"

"Oh, an easy ten," you said, way too quickly. "I mean, is 12 an option??"

"He was that good???" Alaska bounced up and down in her seat, getting too distracted to keep pedaling.

All of you decided to stop moving for a few seconds, so Riley and Alaska could turn around in their seats and talk properly, without crashing into the shore. You could see the other girls' boat drifting closer, and you wondered if you would be getting interrupted by them soon.

"He was amazing," you reiterated, deciding to throw your nerves out, and confide in your friends. While your friends were, to differing extents, open about their love lives (or lack thereof), you were on the more private side. You liked to listen to them rather than share. But today... today, you had something worth talking about.

"He was the perfect mix between romantic and impatient, and I've never been with a guy who just... affects me like that, you know??" You fanned yourself, and Mya hit your arm repeatedly in excitement. "It was also the first time that a guy didn't kick me out of bed immediately after a casual thing."

"So, it was just casual?" Riley asked. "You're not gonna sleep with him again?"

You shrugged, contemplating. "I'm not really sure, Bin and I didn't really talk about it," you admitted. "But I think we would be down to do it again, and maybe..."

"Maybe what??" Mya persisted.

"Maybe as more than just something casual," you admitted, cheeks warming. "At least, I think he feels that way, too."

"Oh girl, he totally does," Alaska assured you. "As we've said a billion times before, that man is whipped for you. He is the simp king."

"I wonder if he's telling the guys about your night," Mya giggled. Trying to imitate Changbin's voice, she said, "Dude, it was so hot! I barely lasted two minutes, it was sooo mind blowing!"

"What is that voice??" you laughed, poking her. "And for the record, he definitely lasted longer than two minutes."

"Ugh, you are soo lucky," Mya groaned wistfully, staring at you with wide eyes.

You laughed at her, shaking your head. "For what, getting a man who doesn't finish immediately?"

She giggled, but shook her head. "No, for finding a man who's absolutely obsessed with you, while also being an incredible guy. Duh."

You rolled your eyes, but squeezed Mya's wrist at her words. You supposed she was right. You were lucky.
