chapter 06:
                       saltburn premiere

Liliya sat in a chair she was in the process of getting ready waiting for vogue to arrive "Liliya hey!" She heard them enter the room

"hey vogue! i was just getting ready for the premiere of saltburn" she gestured for them to come in as a number of cameramen with filming equipment, along with the makeup artists and stylists entered the room

"this is my team, they help me get ready for special events like this" Liliya mentioned explaining what each of them do

Liliya sat down waiting for them to finish and for the next two hours, talked with her team and occasionally the cameramen who asked her questions

"So Liliya, your recently announced that your dropping a single soon" The cameraman mentioned "Yes it's titled 'logical'" She added

"When is it coming out" He asked as Liliya smiled "I didn't announce a release date, im probably gonna release it soon?"

"That's nice, so its gonna be a surprise release?" He asked "In a way, yes" She replied quickly as her team wrapped up her hair and makeup

Liliya was still in a robe "Liliya you have to put the dress on, we have an twenty minutes before the SUV arrives" Her team advised her as Liliya walked to her room to put the dress on

Liliya walked out in a long sparkly dress "Absolutely stunning!" Her stylist told her - as Liliya opened the door to show her brother "You look amazing lil's" He smiled

"Madison Hu is here" Chris whispered she had invited Madison to attend as her plus one

"okay, okay. we're ready!" Liliya wrapped up the vogue video and thanked the viewers for watching as the cameras followed them into their large SUV

"It was a pleasure having you vogue" Liliya said getting up from her seat "The pleasure was all our's" The cameraman responded as Liliya waved goodbye before closing the door as the vehicle started moving

the ride was much faster they were in line to get off at the red carpet for about twenty minutes, time flew by faster than she would've liked. before she knew it, they all exited the SUV the sounds of cameras clicking surrounded her

Liliya walked the carpet, she had the attention of everybody as she posed in front of the blinding cameras. Turning to show her side profile and her back angle, smiling in some and keeping a model face in some. Liliya called out for Madison and to join her on the carpet as they smiled

"Im going to find the rest of the cast, is that alright with you?" She asked "Yeah im gonna catch up with people, ill see you later" Madison told her

"Liliya!" She heard her name being yelled as she walked down the red carpet "Liliya you look gorgeous" She heard from behind her, she instantly realized it was Archie Madekwe "Thank you Archie, you look amazing" He hugged her tightly before kissing her cheek

"Always causing drama you two" Jacobs spoke from beside them "You do look gorgeous tho, can't say the same about Archie" Jacob smiled as they all started laughing

"Liliya, Archie, Jacob over here" The paparazzi yelled, Liliya stood in the middle of both boys as they posed "Where's the rest of the cast?" Liliya questioned "Over there" They made their way towards them

"Finally you guys made it" Emerald Fennell welcomed them "Everyone get in for the picture" The paparazzi yelled as Liliya stood next to Jacob who wrapped an arm around her waist

"Oh my, Liliya i haven't seen you in forever" Barry said from beside her "I know I've been looking for you" She gave him a quick huge

Liliya spent the next hour on the red carpet doing interviews and taking pictures with each cast member "We should head inside" Emerald the director announced as everyone walked inside the theater

Emerald gave a quick speech giving thanks to each of them for being apart of the movie, soon enough the movie started playing

Everyone clapped as the movie came to an end, "Thank you guys" She smiled before walking down the stairs "Lili" Archie caught up to her "Are you coming to the after party" He asked

"Of course, ill see you there i just have to change" She explained before leaving and heading towards the car "Dude you did amazing" Madison congratulated her "Thank you" Liliya adjusted her dress as the car started moving

"The vampire scene is making me see you different tho" Madison smiled as Liliya laughed
"Oh yeah im heading to the after party, do you wanna go we can always drop you off"

"No its fine ill go with you"

The car came to a stop as Liliya got out quickly "Im just going to change ill be right back" She ranted heading inside, she had picked out the dress before hand

She changed into the red dress before fixing her making "Shit" She mumbled hurrying back inside the car

"Almost there" The driver advised, "do you think this dress looks weird" She questioned adjusting it "No it looks nice on you"

The car came to a sudden halt signaling that they had arrived "Ms.Briney text me if you need me to pick you up" The driver told her before driving off

They entered the house that was filled with celebrities who attended the premiere "Look who made it!" Jacob yelled with a bottle in his hand

"I was thinking you bailed on us" Archie approached "Never" She laughed as she took the bottle from Archies hand "Careful" He warned as she took a sip out of it before coughing

"I warned you!" He laughed "You didn't tell me it was pure vodka" She wiped her mouth "I mean what did you expect it to be" She shrugged

"I'll get myself a drink ill be back" Liliya walked to the kitchen picking up a cup filling it with vodka and cranberry juice "Told you ill be back"

"Jacob take a photo of us" Liliya said spotting Jacob with his camera "Madison get in the picture" Archie stood in between both the girls "Send it to me" She smiled

"Liliya what is in this drink" Madison gagged "it's not even that bad" She took the cup back before sitting on the couch "So you and louis" She sighed in the mention of his name "It's complicated but we aren't together" She explained

"It was obvious you two broke up after what deuxmoi posted" Archie mentioned "See im not the only one that keeps up with deuxmoi!" Jacob bugged in "Seriously what is up with you guys and deuxmoi" She laughed

Liliya spent the whole night drinking and laughing with her friends "Hey guys what time is it?" She asked as she refilled her drink again "Like three" Madison mumbled "Oh shit"

"It's not even that late, dont be dramatic!" Archie was tipsy they all were "Chris is gonna kill me" She laughed pulling her phone out before calling her brother "Where are you?" Was the first thing he asked

"The after party" She slurred "Your drunk?" He questioned "I'll be there in a second" Chris sighed over the soon before she hung up

"I guess im leaving" She finished her drink "Chris ruined the vibe" They joked, as she leaned her head back on the couch "We need a saltburn group chat" Archie mumbled "I already made it!" Jacob said quickly

"Liliya?" She heard someone say from behind her "Chris hey man" Jacob greeted him "It's been awhile" Archie added "Yeah, i would catch up but i have to take the home"

"I'll text you guys" Liliya told them as she walked to the car "Thank you, ill try to catch up with you guys one of these days" Chris said before he closed the door of the house

"Liliya come on" Madison helped her in the car "I think he's mad" Liliya whispering referring to Chris who was currently driving "He's not he's just looking out for you"
