Theadora James is an American actress under Paradigm and represented by SAG-AFTRA. She is best known for her roles as Charlotte Jacobs in Grey's Anatomy, Betty Wheeler in Stranger Things, Maxine Pierce in Outer Banks, and Gabriella Walker in Yellowjackets.
