"She told me to tell you, code red" Ajax stood in front of his desk. Sighing deeply as he looked at Wednesday "we've talked about that for years, never thought it'd get to the point we needed it".
Wednesday frowned for a second "what does it mean?" Ajax pulled open his closet door. "It's nothing good that's for sure, assuming her mind was taken over by whoever the hell wants her dead. I remember she told me about it happening once when she was little, her brother or maybe cousin tried taking control of her for power. Of course code red was used and the matter was resolved. It should've kept her mind safe forever. Guess this person is smart if they bypassed code red".
He sighed deeply as he grabbed a box from underneath his floorboards. "Or her mind wasn't on high alert, likely because of you. Not in a bad way of course, she's sorta mushy whenever you're around, her guard drops a lot".
He smiled sadly as he handed Wednesday the box "it's best to put it in her bloodstream, or just stab her in a main artery or the heart".
Wednesday opened the box looking at the syringe the odd red liquid made her lift it upwards and look at it. "What is it exactly? What happens if I miss?".
"It's gonna make her temporary die, make sure her mind resets basically, a shield in a sense will enter her mind again and it should be stronger then the last one since she's powerful. Also don't miss! We only have one of those left and if we screw up, then well I imagine she'll be trapped forever. It's rather painful and scary. So don't miss".
Wednesday nodded as she put the syringe back into the box, she looked at Ajax "trust me I won't miss"

"It's almost time" Erna was strapped onto a table, the bright light above her making her wince every time she would glare at it. The needles that were stuck in her skin left behind a dull ache.
She couldn't focus on anything except the voice that would enter the room every so often. "You're doing so well, by tomorrow you'll be ready for phase two of our plan".
She didn't let her mind drift away into the darkness, she knew if she did she'd wake up with more agony. She lost track of the time, she didn't know if it was day or night anymore. It was all fuzzy and disoriented whenever she tried to manage it.
She thought about Wednesday a lot, more times then she could count. It was a sense of calmness whenever she would think about the girl.
She let out a heap of breaths as she leaned back into the cold table. She shivered when the mask was placed over her face. "Now don't move too much, it'll only make this part hurt you more".
She heard the pop of something turning on, the smoke entered into her lungs making her panic. After a second it turned into liquid, the pure blackness of it making her scream.
She felt it slithering into her noses and lips, forcing itself down her throat entering her body. She couldn't focus on anything except the pain.
"Don't move!" it burned like fire was piercing itself into her skin. Her eyes widen as she screamed the table beneath her bent as her eyes turned red.
Her bones snapped as she pulled the mask off her face. Her fingers snapping back into place as she smashed the woman's head with her fist.
She hunched over coughing as she let out weak breaths. The woman laid on the floor groaning as Erna ran towards the doorway.
She groaned as she pushed it open her body aching as she slipped out into the world. She didn't think much aside from reminding herself where she needed to go, she knew Ajax would be waiting.
She wiped her face with her sleeve as she approached the school gates. She could see the lights on in many windows. Although the one at the very top was dark, Wednesdays room.
She felt a shiver run up her spine "Erna?" she turned around fast "Wednesday? What are you doing out here, is Ajax with you?".
Wednesday walked forward slowly "it's just me, why are you out here?". Erna blinked letting out a sigh "it's a rather long story, you'd probably get bored and it's not really important".
Wednesday slipped the syringe out of her sleeve, she moved slowly, making sure Erna didn't notice. "Ajax was looking for you" Erna hummed "I'll go and find him, he's probably looking for his hat".
Wednesday slammed her hand forward but cried out when Erna grabbed her wrist. "Stupid girl, did you really think I wouldn't know what you're doing".
The syringe fell out of her grasp and she heard the loud crack of it being stepped on. "No!" Erna smirked "you really shouldn't have wasted your opportunity like that, now it's too late. It's gone forever and Erna is gone".
She cried out when a syringe slammed into her neck "it's a good thing I have the real one bitch!" Ajax pushed the liquid into Ernas veins making the girl scream as she stumbled backward.
Wednesday looked at him "you gave me a fake" he smirked "figured go with the surprise attack, I wasn't gonna waste the only dose we have". Ernas eyes shut and Ajax lifted her off the ground "the next part isn't gonna be very pretty for her. Now we just wait, she'll wake up eventually".
Wednesday looked at the syringe on the ground "what is this stuff?" Ajax smiled lightly "Enid put glitter glue in it, kinda surprised you didn't notice".
He walked into the school "hey I got your text man, what's up?". Ajax looked at the staircase "oh Xavier, that bed in your room still empty?".
The boy frowned deeply as he spotted Erna in Ajax's grasp. "Is she alright? He jumped off the steps in alert as Ajax sighed.
"She will be, just needs some rest. Preferably away from any prying eyes, so is your room available?". Wednesday moved toward the duo "enough talking, we don't have time for this. Put her in my room".
"Wednesday..." Ajax stopped speaking when she glared at him harshly. "Right sorry! Uh we'll put her in your room, I'll see you around Xavier".
"Right, just test if you still need anything" Xavier disappeared down the steps and Ajax carried Erna towards Wednesdays room.
"She'll likely be out for a few hours at most, I think it's best I stay here with her just in case she freaks out or something". Erna eyes opened making Ajax jump as her fingers wrapped around his throat.
"Nice try but you've failed" Ajax screamed when he was thrown across the room. Erna stood up off the bed smacking wednesday head into the wall.
The girl fell towards the ground and Ernas eyes darkened "time for phase two".
