Sunoo held the drink in his hand, gently sipping from it. It had a delicious taste, he couldn't thank Niki enough. He needed something sweet to help him stay awake somehow with a bit of caffeine mixed in it.

He wondered why Niki bought him one though. He doesn't remember requesting a beverage, and as well doesn't remember hinting he's thirsty. Maybe it was just out of wanting to do something good for him, ever since they met they haven't been really kind to each other, it was mostly Niki's fault though. But Sunoo suspected that Niki wouldn't do that, that's too sweet for his liking.

He placed the drink on his small desk, getting startled when a figure placed his hands on the desk with loud force.

"God, you scared me!" Sunoo placed his hand on his chest, seeing Taki smiling in front of him.

"I, for one, don't meddle in a romance. But this one seems too serious to ignore." Sunoo raised his eyebrow, a disturbing thought lingering around his thought. Oh, he only hoped it's not true.

"I believe sir Nishimura has feelings for someone in the office."

Sunoo gulped, not knowing how to react to what he hoped Taki wouldn't say, but he did. Feelings for someone? Who else could there be? He rarely sees Niki with anyone in the office other than Taki. Is it a secret someone? Is it someone he is acquainted with?

"O-Oh, really?" Sunoo awkwardly asked, quickly taking a sip on his drink. He looked away, not wanting Taki to see his shaking pupils.

Bingo.

Taki curved up a smile, clearly seeing Sunoo jealous. His face said it all. But he'll give it to the one in front of him, maybe he wants to keep it a secret. Taki's crush radar never fails.

"Yeah, I saw him giggling in his office. He was smiling like an idiot." Taki spoke, making Sunoo's fist slowly clench. Oh yes, Taki was completely aware of what he was doing and he believes this tactic can get his ship back together. He's not only this for himself but for his dear friends.

Smiling?! Seriously?! It's just been 4 years!

"I-I'm sure that person is very good looking-"

"Oh they are, very. Even more good-looking than you, Sunoo."

"Excuse me?" Sunoo quickly turned his head, making Taki shut his lips. The pink-haired one didn't like that Niki was liking someone else, and he definitely did not like this mysterious person being more good-looking than him. Surely no one could top his visuals, correct?

"I'm gonna go." Sunoo huffed in his head, but kept it inside and grabbed his things, standing up from his small office desk and checking his phone to see if he has any more 'errands' to do.

And by errands, he means checking on who this person exactly is.

"Sir Taki-"

"Not right now, please!"

Taki rushed to Niki's office, arriving there with heavy panting.

"Who pulled your horses?" Niki asked, flipping through the file book in his hand.

"Hello?"

Someone knocked on the door, revealing a fellow teammate of Taki's. She had beautiful long hair, a pretty grey dress, and an ethereal-looking face. Niki raised his eyebrow, wondering if this was Taki's girlfriend.

"Who's this?" Niki asked.

"Your new fake girlfriend."

Niki widened his eyes and in a very weird way, stood up with his tongue on his inner cheek.

"Excuse us for a second." Niki smiled at the young woman, pulling Taki by his hair to the other end of the room.

"What exactly are you trying to do?" Niki crossed his arms as the younger panicked.

"Well you see, I kinda lied to Sunoo about something very big."

"Which is?"

...

"I told him you liked someone."

Niki widened his eyes, kicking Taki's knees and checking if the woman was listening.

"You're so stupid, why would you lie about that?! I don't like anyone here!"

"I know I know! But the thing is, Sunoo seemed mad when I told him. Like he was..jealous."

He was what now.

Niki's eyes flickered, gulping at what Taki just said. Sunoo? Jealous? Of Niki liking someone else? Pfft, no way, that's not true. Taki is simply just lying, it was his habit to annoy Niki after all.

"Y-You don't know that for sure, Taki. And no, I'm not going to pretend to like an innocent girl!"

"Woman, not girl, you toxic man. And second, yes you are gonna pretend you like her. You were the one who said make Sunoo jealous!"

"But this isn't what I meant-" Taki placed his hands on Niki's shoulders, looking at him right in the eyes as if his life depended on it.

"This is your one chance, Niki. To see if Sunoo still likes you or not. Take it or leave it."

Niki's mouth went agape, lost of words. Like literally. He wanted to slap Taki till he went across the galaxy. Because of him, he would not just pretend he likes someone he doesn't know, but as well lie to Sunoo. This isn't what he had in mind by saying revenge.

But Taki was right. He did want Sunoo to be jealous. And it was practically a great way to do so. He's just nervous about acting like he likes this girl when clearly, he just met her.

"I-I guess.." Niki muttered, making Taki softly clap his hands from excitement. He can't believe he's part of a romance drama now.

"Niki, this is Hana. She's a part of my team in sales management, she's new here as well. Hana, this is Niki, our CEO."

Hana went up to Niki as she clasped her hands in his, shaking it. Niki found it abrupt but managed to put on an awkward smile.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, sir Nishimura. I just want to let you know though, I'm only agreeing to this plan because sir Taki here promised me compensation."

"Oh, did he now?" Niki smirked, eye siding with Taki. The younger shook his head, not wanting Niki to get any evil ideas.

"I'll make sure he gives you double, this is a very serious plan." Taki mentally smashed his head on a wall, glaring at the older.

The room door suddenly opened, all them three looking to see Sunoo by the entrance.

Sunoo's eyes averted to Niki holding hands with a female.

Holding hands?! Is this for real?!

Sunoo looked at Hana up and down with judgemental eyes, keeping a sneaky glare.

"Uh, Sunoo, this is Hana. She's new here. Hana, this is Sunoo, sir Nishimura's secretary." Sunoo nodded at how Taki introduced them both, going up to her and taking the hand Niki was once holding on his instead.

"Hi, welcome." Sunoo put on a fake smile, but his eyes said everything.

"Hello, Sunoo! It's very nice to meet you! I heard you're doing great as sir Nishimura's secretary, isn't that right, Niki?" She spoke his name, making Niki, Taki, and even Sunoo's eyes widen.

First name basis?!

Sunoo watched as she placed a hand near Niki's chest, making Sunoo's fist clench again. He doesn't know if he could hold this anger.

So this Hana girl is Niki's type now?!

Get your filthy hands off him, woman.

And Taki said she was good-looking.

"Well, we have a lot to do. My team and I are gonna discuss the resort's Christmas season design, so we must be in the meeting right now. It's very nice to meet you, Sunoo." Hana smiled one last time before dragging Niki out of the room. There really was a meeting for the Christmas season design, but she didn't have to drag him and it made Sunoo furious.

"Look at how they're holding hands, aren't they cute together?" Taki spoke, turning his head to Sunoo who was dead silent and had furrowed eyebrows.

"There's no way I'm losing to her."
