vera and walker had been planning since yesterday when they ran into each other. walker was already packed for the plane, but they would hang out earlier in the day so it wouldn't harm the flight.

they decided to meet at the hollywood stars cause its the most well known spot in california ( at least they thought so )

vera stood there with her phone in hand incase she had to call. obviously he showed up shortly which made her happy.

"hi." she said with a smile. walker grinned and nodded before replying back.

"hello." he said, widening his eyes slightly while saying his words. vera tried not to laugh at his attempt.

"let's get going- wait where are we going?" vera replied back before stopping in place after the realization. they never planned to go anywhere.

walker laughed at her expression. he shrugged still with the smug look on his face. "well we can just walk- if you'd like to." he quickly corrected his words, not wanting her to seem forced.

"sure, scobell." she said with still the small smile on her face. walker looked at her when she said his last name with a grin.

"you stole my line. calling you your last name is my thing!" he accused starting to walk, looking down at her steps then his.

"no. i'm simply just using what i'd like to." she answered with her small smile turning into a grin. their bicker was like they'd known each other forever, even though they met two days ago.

they bickered and walked for a bit, before a beautiful waterfall cane by next to them. "that's so pretty." vera said looking to the right of her to see the waterfall.

walker could see that the waterfall was beautiful, but took the chance to look at her instead. skimming through every little detail.

when she looked back, he quickly looked away with a small flsuh on his cheeks. "so- uh do you ever think about what would happen if your name got implanted over there?" she asked trying to make some more conversation.

"i have thought about it, but i dont wanna get my hopes a bit too up." he said, feeling very serious with the topic even if it wasn't sensitive. it made vera take a note about him for safekeeping.

"understandable." she said with a small grin. she liked the tiny things about him, even if they met not as long ago.

"what about you?" he started, tilting his head slightly. vera furrowed her eyebrows, looking towards him again.

"what about me?" walker glanced at her with a small spark in his eyes. walker rolled his eyes with a grin.

"everything. we should at least know more about each other if we want to become friends." he said as if it was obvious. to vera it was, but she constantly ignored it. but with him she feels like she could talk and not be ignored.

she hummed still with that small playful- yet confused smile. "i dont know." she said with a shrug. walker looked at her with a small wrinkle between his two eyebrows.

"you do know, dont you?" he asked his teasing smile dropping slightly, but trying to keep their good mood going.

"maybe." she said glancing up with a smirk. walker shook his head, his tongue pointing into his cheek. it was handsome- attractive even.

"fine, don't tell me!" he said putting his hands up. vera looked at him. a playful look as she pushed him.

"i wasn't planning on it." she said with a laugh, tapping his nose with a small 'boop' . walker rolled his eyes with the smile on his lips.

"get away!" he said playing with her hair for a second. her hair fiddled in his hand for a bit. vera rolled her eyes, trying to act annoyed but failed miserably when he pinches her cheek.
