"and.. perfect!" gracie said, setting down some candy hearts that she surprisingly got at target. apparently they were selling them earlier this year?

audrey sat on the couch, texting some of gracies friends to come. vera sat next to audrey, slightly peaking over her shoulder to see who she was texting.

walker poked her side with a grin. her eyes went to him with a smile. "yes..?" she said, walker glanced at her and tilted his head.

"are you excited?" he said getting slightly closer to her. it was in a teasing tone, of course. vera rolled her eyes immediately. he knew the answer obviously!

"who wouldn't be?" she said with a laugh. walker looked at her hair that was now in braids despite the chaos that she went through two days ago.

her hair was in two braids and were in hearts at the end just for the occasion. "you look pretty." he said to her, playing with the ends of the braid gently.

"despite yesterday, i feel pretty because you said it. thank youu!" she said cheerfully. walker watched her, one side of his grin growing.

"anything for you." he said still staring at her. before they could say anything else to each other, olivia and louis walked through the door.

"liv!" gracie said happily, walking over to her with a smile and hugging her. olivia had gracies merch on. the star tanktop to be exact. louis, standing there watching them.

"and louis!" audrey continued after gracie. she still sat there though. once the two girls finally ended their embrace, two more singers walked through the door.

"hey, you're hugging without me?" tate said pushing them apart jokingly. olivia laughed as gracie let tate join the hug.

vera and walker looked towards each other. clearly, there was a whole reunion going on between the three girls. that was not their place, they feared.

"here is my sister, vera, and her boyfriend." gracie said with a mischievous look on her face. audrey winked at her, signalling.

"oh- i know that guy! he, he was on my for you page once. in an edit maybe?" tate said trying to remember what it was that she saw him in. walker nodded, his lips in a thin line together. his face was a small pink as they watched him.

"wow having minors on your for you page is a bad thing, tate." gracie said teasingly, going to sit on the couch. tate opened her mouth then closed it.

"it's not my fault! it's.. it's the chinese data guys fault!" she defended herself, dragging the kid laroi to the couch.

"lay on the horn to prove that it haunts me." vera said, acting like she was defeated. olivia laughed at her remark.

"speaking of songs.. when are you putting out your first song, v?" olivia asked, drinking a sip of her water. vera looked up at the ceiling as she thought. walker played with her hair still, easing his and vera's nerves.

"uh.." she said, biting her bottom lip slightly after. "we don't have an exact date-" vera continued her sentence, trying to not sound complex.

"so you wrote a song?" tate said surprisingly, her mouth slightly in a gap. vera looked at tate before starting to nod. "shut up!" tate continued. gracie started clapping for her little sister sarcastically.

"im gonna literally kill you gracie." vera threatened. gracies eyes widened. she pointed towards herself.

"what'd i do?" gracie asked quickly, already starting to defend herself. the two sisters bickered back and forth. their guests watched with slight laughs coming from the girls.

before they could say anything else, the song was about to start making everyone go quiet. when charlton was about to say something, she quickly put her fingers on his lips to stop him from saying anything.

the instrumental started briefly before the singing started. apparently, it was in a third person perspective as it went on. at least that's what vera noticed for now.

walker watched, leaning back into the couch. the lyrics and scene describing sounded very similar to whenever him and vera did something.

"this is so cute what the hell!" olivia said, covering her mouth slightly. louis laughed at her as he continued to listen. gracie watched for the different reactions.

as soon as the song stops everybody was silent for a second before everybody started saying their opinions on the song. "is this fucking play about us?" vera muttered to walker making him laugh.

"maybe." he said with a shrug, looking at her as he glanced at her necklace then back up at her. it had just said her initial, but he's noticed that shes wore it since the day they met.

audrey cleared her throat as she stood next to gracie. tate was still talking to gracie. "girl, who is this man??" she asked with a laugh. 

"that's the catch-" gracie started before audrey started saying some stuff. vera and walker looked at each other, making unknown faces at each other.

"gracie has an announcement to make!" audrey announced, her voice slightly echoing throughout their apartment.

"this song is about walker and vera!" gracie said, doing jazz hands. veras eyes widened as audrey started laughing.

"what!" vera exclaimed as walker was too shocked to say a thing even if he guessed it for himself.
