kenzie was still annoyed by what milo did, but she was also glad. she got on a black top, then a brown and white jacket to go over it. as well as a small black purse. her hair in a neat ponytail.

hopefully nothing else would happen in her hectic life. walking behind her house, already seeing him in a white hoodie .

"thanks for meeting with me." milo said, clenching his jaw a bit. kenzie was a bit confused why he did it, but whatever.

"I could've defended myself, you know?" kenzie says, putting her hands up expressing. it was a habit of hers.

"you couldn't have. rudy was too strong." milo says now pointing at her. he cared for her, he really did, but she needed to stop acting dumb.

kenzie scoffed, before seeing a white flash in the corner of her eye. "i could've, but you jumped in before-"

"I don't blame myself for jumping in. especially if it was for you!" milo says with a now frustrated expression. kenzie opened her mouth before closing it again. the confession was one she never suspected to hear.

she looked away. she couldn't tell what she was feeling. agony, confusion? whatever it was, she was not gonna show it in front of the flashes and especially him.

"whatever. I'm not dealing with you." kenzie rolled her eyes, pushing him back to get out of her way. the flashes in that moment were big.

milo tried to call for her, he really did. it just wasn't the right moment to do so. he looked at the cameraman, then back at the confused girl who was storming away.

he looked up before clenching his jaw. the ding from his phone, made him get his phone out.
