IT WAS THE evening, kenzie was waiting for it to see her best friends obviously. it's been a long time since they've gotten together anyway.

there was one thing she feared. what if gracie was mad at her, because of the album, and milo?

honestly, she shouldn't even think of that, but she couldn't help it.

surely not?

kenzie was backing up out of her driveway, when suddenly someone pulled into her driveway, hitting her car. she groaned.

"what the fuck universe?" kenzie muttered, pulling back into her driveway, parking, and getting out of the car.

oh she recognized that car.

milo jacob manheim.

god, this day just got worse on the sight of him. how exactly is this making up for what he did?

"kenzie!" milo immediately exclaimed. kenzie clenched her jaw, clearly mad. "i am so sorry, I didn't mean to-"

"you hit my car, and you expect me to forgive you after everything?" kenzie asked, glaring at him with a furrow in her eyebrows.

milo shook his head, closing his eyes. "no- no, I didn't mean to, i wasn't paying attention." milo explained. kenzie wasn't buying any of it.

"here, this should cover it." milo says, handing her three hundred dollars, their hands touching in the making.

kenzie went to look at the damage. it wasn't much, just two dents that she could see.

"whatever, just get out of my driveway stranger." kenzie says, getting into her car, speeding out of her driveway, she doesn't care if she hits him on the way out.

she could already see gracies messages on her phone, certainly worried about where she's at after the whole situation with milo. she will not tell this story, especially with gracie already there.

kenzie got to gracies place, already seeing elaines, sabrinas, and olivia all there. audrey should be there since she lives with gracie.

once kenzie walked into the house, she already saw the three sitting on a blanket in the living room.

"kenzie!!" sabrina exclaimed, excited to see her. kenzie grinned, going up to her, hugging her.

"finally, we're all together." kenzie says once she sat down, when she said that she specifically looked at sabrina and olivia.

sabrina laughed. "girl, you haven't even announced tour yet, shut up." sabrina said with a grin.

gracie gasps teasingly. "that is so wrong!" gracie said sarcastically with a smile, making kenzie know that she's teasing.

the girls laughed. "so, elaine, any new jobs?" olivia asked, putting her chin in her hands. elaine shrugged with a smile.

"well I'm set to go work on a ballerina movie soon." elaine said with a wider smile. gracie grinned.

"miss jobs left and right!" gracie supported with a smirk, high giving elaine.

"why are you not writing a depressing song right now about milo right now, gracie?" kenzie asked curiously. gracie usually writes sad songs, but a break up it's worse.

"well, I guess me and milo weren't.. that close?" gracie questioned herself, shrugging immediately. "I don't know. he was moving away so quickly in our relationship."

sabrina frowned. "but let's celebrate we're all here, so let's go make some cookies!" sabrina exclaimed, taking elaines hand and rushing to the kitchen.

by the end of the night they were all tired. they didn't even clean up the dirty kitchen. kenzie just needed to make a post and be done with it.
