Epilogue.
One month later...
"Mark! Bouquet from Jisung!" Mina announces, entering his office, holding the bouquet of red roses that Jisung left in the reception area.
Mark smiles widely upon hearing it. He stands up from his swivel chair and walks towards her. "Thank you." She nods and smiles before leaving his office.
He goes back to his chair and places the bouquet on the table. He sees a chocolate bar with an envelope beside it. He laughs softly and takes the envelope. "It's not a small post-it note anymore."
He opens the envelope and grabs the paper inside. He excitedly unfolds it, ready to read what Jisung wrote for him.
hey, minhyung ♡
red roses mean true love, passion and romance. let's include admiration as well. I dedicate these flowers as beautiful as you are because you're my passion and I admire you so much.
there's no day I don't think about you. you're always in my head every single day and night. I'm sorry if this comes off as weird and creepy. I mean it in a positive way.
as I've always tell you, I am willing to wait for your 'yes' whatever and how long it takes. I learned to be patient as I was waiting for you when you left to Canada, and now, I'm going to do the same. I'm holding onto the fact that you like me too. please don't break my heart again, it hurts so much.
I hope you're doing well today and have a great day. take care of yourself always. I'll see you later. I love you ♡
xoxo,
sungie.
He wipes his tears off his face as he realizes he's already crying while reading the letter. "Ugh, you're making me cry, Sungie." He sniffs and smiles slightly before putting the letter back in the envelope.
He places it back in the bouquet and grabs the chocolate bar. He starts to rip off the plastic and takes a bite on the chocolate bar.

Clock ticking, legs moving, and fingers fidgetting. Mark bites his lower lip, staring at the lock screen of his phone, clicking and clicking on it so the screen won't fade to black.
When the clock turns 17:00, he grins. He puts his phone back in his pocket and grabs his bag. He also takes the bouquey with him as he decided to bring it to his apartment.
"Bye, guys! See you tomorrow." Mark tells the other dentists before he walks towards the exit.
When he steps outside the clinic, he smiles widely as he sees Jisung running towards him.
"Mark hyung!" Jisung pants heavily when he arrives in front of Mark. "I left the school as soon as the bell rung... and ran towards here. I'm tired."
"Why did you run?" Mark laughs. "Let's go home?"
"Yeah, let's go home." Jisung holds Mark's hands and squeezes gently.
They walk towards the bus stop and there, they saw their friends Donghyuck and Renjun bickering.
Mark rolls his eyes, "Why are you two always bicker? Are you boyfriends or just friends?"
The two look at them almost at the same time and Renjun sighs while Donghyuck laughs.
"We're boyfriends. This is how we express our love for each other." Donghyuck grins and Renjun slaps his arm.
"You have a very unique way of expressing love for each other, I see." Jisung raises an eyebrow.
"Kidding aside, we have a date today and he keeps insisting to pay for our meal, that's why we're arguing." Donghyuck says.
"Why don't you let him?" Mark asks.
"Yeah, love, why don't you just let me? You've been paying for our meal whenever you go out. It makes me feel bad." Renjun tells his boyfriend, pouting beside him.
Donghyuck cooes at him and ruffles his hair. "No." he giggles. "Unless you move in with me, then I'll let you pay for whatever meal we're buying everytime we date." he smiles.
Renjun huffs, "Fine."
"Fine? You'll move in with me?" Donghyuck raises an eyebrow.
"No. You pay for our meal."
"Yeah, I knew you don't want to move in with me." Donghyuck pouts.
"I wanted to ask why but we have to go because the bus is here. See you soon." Mark says, grabbing Jisung's hand.
"Bye!"
Donghyuck and Renjun don't ride the bus Mark and Jisung took because they're waiting for a certain bus that would take them to their destination.
Mark and Jisung take the seats at the back, just like the first time they encountered each other on a different bus.
They settle with Mark paying their fare to the conductor. Jisung smiles and leans his head on the older's shoulder.
~~~
They stop at the intersection where they would separate to go to their respective homes. They get off the bus while holding hands, Jisung rubbing his eyes gently using his free hand as he just woke up.
"Minhyung, are you going to walk me home?" He asks as they turn to the left.
Mark nods. "Jisung, I have something to tell you."
Jisung hums, "What is it?"
"Yes." Mark says, earning a confused expression from Jisung.
"Yes?"
"Yes. I'm your boyfriend now."
Jisung blinks, his mouth's open widely. "W-what?"
Mark chuckles, "I'm your boyfriend now, Jisung."
"Shit." Jisung smiles widely and hugs the older. Mark hugs him back, laughing. "Shit, Minhyung. I can't believe! Please, tell me I'm not dreaming."
Mark pulls away and smiles widely as Jisung does, "You're not dreaming, Jisung. This is real." He gives the younger a short peck on the lips.
Jisung suddenly screams of happiness, jumping and jumping. "I'm so happy! I'm so happy! That means, can I finally introduce you to my mom as my boyfriend?"
"Sure." And Jisung screams again, causing Mark to laugh, slightly embarrassed as people start to stare at them weirdly.
Jisung stops and looks at Mark, still smiling from ear to ear. "I love you, Minhyung."
Mark takes the younger's hand into his and intertwines their fingers together. "I love you too, Jisung."
