Seiyuu Academy ❪ hangul: 세이유 아카데미, kanji: 声優 アカデミー ❫ is a South Korean-Japanese multimedia project. Originally starting out as a reality survival show broadcasted on Mnet and Mnet Japan, the original creators later announced their intention to branch out to other medias in the near future.

The franchise's premise is to unite the school and idol training experiences in one. With the original show being mainly targeted at established adult actors and idols based in South Korea, Seiyuu Academy was intended to give unpopular acts in the industry a chance to demonstrate their worth while further enhancing their preexisting skills and guiding them towards becoming voice actors, entering the Japanese market to create original productions through their affiliated studios, Harmonia Studios and MARUMARU.

▎ ❶ ﹕ Initial notes.

This is not going to be as cohesive as my other books in the Seiyuu Academy universe, and definitely not one I plan to update frequently... But stay with me for this one!

As of now, this book is mostly for Fragments of Youth and Kids Training Camp, the latter being a Seiyuu Academy spin-off focused on idols who originally debuted way too young and are unpacking the trauma that comes with it, together. Isn't it beautiful? 🌹

I might post other things here later on, but for now, this is it! Have a good read~

▎ ❷ ﹕ Warnings and Other Disclaimers.

Useless disclaimer, but just in case: this is a work of fiction not meant to accurately depict the idol industry, nor do I associate the characters' personalities and personal lives with their faceclaims; although I strive to be as realistic as possible, I also want to have fun and for this reason I might be implementing elements that wouldn't make sense in real life.

Triggering topics will be properly tagged at the beginning of each part. Please, feel free to let me know if I missed any! I'm only human and bound to make mistakes, but I don't bite if they're politely pointed out to me. Thank you!

▎ ❸ ﹕ Credits.

The layout of this book was created by me without any specific inspiration in mind, though if you consider it similar to yours or anyone else's I'd appreciate for you to point it out politely so we can sort things out! I don't allow full replicas of my layout, but you can ask to reprise smaller elements if you wish―with credits, that is.

The graphics are all self-made on Paint.net and ezgif.com, no pre-made filters or PSDs applied to the pictures as I prefer to manage color settings manually instead. I kept them rather simple for my own sake! As for my inspirations, the first graphic takes inspiration from Neiya's scrapbook style, though the final result is almost completely different; still, it came to me while looking at her graphics for Yalla, so...!

Any line distribution video featured in the book is made by the lovely Rune: it goes without saying you shouldn't take them and use them for your own works under any condition, as they're custom-made for me. Other contributions will be credited accordingly under the chapters where you can find them.
