"That was hot" the girl alluringly panted. Tracing his jawline with coquettish touches, probably coaxing him for another round as he laid beside her.
But Jungkook never led people or women on. He knew it was just a carnal transaction of lust at his part. And he always made it clear before he let women perch the nest of his bed. Especially when the night stood as one.
"I think you should leave now" he said, helping her put her clothes on. He didn't kick her out. She knew he won't let her stay the night. He told her that beforehand. It was a transaction of lust. Not emotions. And he reserved the latter for his cherished ones only.
Yet his Adonis figure was worth the walk of shame for these women.
They would willingly throw themselves at him. Throwing their modesty out of the window, just so they could lie between his delectable thighs and have his ink embellished tatted arms trace their lines.
He was their aphrodisiac. And they would do anything to inhale him.
Few hours ago...
"Kook you always get the hot ones. This ain't fair." Moonho whined after his best friend bogarted the attention of the fair sex at the bar named Dionysus which they frequented to.
The bar being the courtesy of his hyung, Jin. Jin as the name may imply was all about gin and juice. Being enamoured by the art of fermentation since his teen years, Jungkook's high school senior now owned a bar that sold these self curated potations by the man himself.
"Hyung even you know I don't do nothing. It's not my fault they're interested in me." Jungkook giggled giving his bunny smile which was antithetical to the salacious siren eyes that drew these women to him like moths to flame.
"Hey hey hey. I am the most handsome man here. It's only legal to be so. Go outside the bar if you wanna be the handsomest. I don't allow that here" Jin playfully chided, motioning his hands at the two men like wafting away flies off sweets.
"Now if you'll excuse me" Jungkook winked as an equally intoxicated woman pulled his collars luring him in for a smooch which he politely reciprocated.
"This is the third time I'm being left hanging while he gets to get laid" Moonho fake cried gulping the cocktail which Jin offered him from behind the bar to commiserate his wounds.
Or to say disinfect his wounds with alcohol?
Jin's words. Not mine.
"Moon-ah not to be dramatic. But you yourself fail to notice the male attention you get here. Like remember that cute dude who had the plumpest lips like a duck and he tried to kiss you? But you became too shy. You should try to reach him out. He was kinda cute."
"That dude wasn't from here hyung. He works in Japan. He rarely visits here. He only frequents his family here. But yes he was hot. His peaches. Oh my-"
"-this boy's so careless he left his keys to the shop here aish!" Moonho whined as he felt something poking his butt when he tried to sit on the bar stools where Jungkook was sitting earlier.

"Thank you for shopping at Spring Day" you beamed as you handed your first customer of the day their bouquet of fresh water lilies.
Water lilies- purity and rebirth.
Ironically today was your rebirth too. Your first official day at your mom's flower shop- Spring day.
Having just graduated university in Literature, you decided it was only befitting for you to help your mom in the family business and utilize your reverence for art in a more tangible form.
After all a bouquet of flowers was the most palpable form of eulogy. A tangible expression of appreciation and gratitude.
You always loved flowers. They represented a part of beauty you could feel even without beholding them.
They were the incense of love which could be felt by inhaling it. Without seeing or touching it.
They say beauty lies in the eyes of beholder. But you beheld their beauty through their soporific redolence.
They were a redolence of love.
Of warmth.
Of home.
It's true you couldn't see, couldn't behold all the beauty that the world had to offer. Having gradually lost your eyesight by the age of 18 you were legally blind at this point.
It was a part of hereditary genes that you were almost connate to be blind. After all, your father was also blind. And he had passed the rainbow bridge when you were merely 12 years of age.
Since then you incrementally lost your vision. After hitting puberty, your eyes matured and so did the expression of your genes.
It was a congenital trait. It started with diminishing eyesight, followed by tunnel vision and then eventually the light at the end of your ocular tunnel too, blacked out.
Now you were 24, freshly graduated from college. The most you could fathom was whether an object or person was in front of you or not. Their silhouette was recognized by your retina, giving you a sense of presence in front of the pool of your eyes.
In layman terms, your visual world was now a black canvas with glimmers of light showing just like a puppet shadow show on a white blanket. With everything being in silhouettes of monochromatic shades.
Equivalent to someone's vision when they close their eyes and they could only sense if the lights are on or off.
The metaphorical eyelids, shrouded you from the colors of the world even when your eyes were wide open.
But you didn't mind. You knew world had much more to offer than the visual beauty. Also wasn't appreciating beauty as one dimensional aspect- the visuals, a pigeon holed way to look at it?
Ironically you had no eyes yet you could see the beauty in everything. In all its flaws and flaunts.
True beauty is only skin deep. You believed.
Hence every form of pulchritude which could appeal the other four senses beguiled you.
Mellifluous notes of music, aura of aroma, softness of texture and the tantalizing taste, all thrived you.
So right now here, you sat beholding your tiny saplings of love through eyes of your heart.
"My babies always smell so sweet." you caressed the roses, as you watered them.
World may question your competence for the job of a florist knowing how you cannot see them. Yes it's true you couldn't see them. But you still had their imagery since when you had your optical powers intact.
Also their fragrance was their identity. You could name your babies by just scenting them. Incense of identity oozed from them whenever you touched them.
As for the colors- you tagged everything. Lest you get confused. So braille was handy at these times. Also even the normal embossed letters -you could read them as you still got educated normally till 18 when you lost your vision.
It was like you had the best of both worlds.
One which you had seen.
And one which you couldn't.
Having lost one of your senses had supposedly made the others stronger. Just like a person blindfolded became more sensitive to their surroundings.
"Y/N I am working in the nursery. Please look after the store and if any problem arises call Eomma on phone" your mom called out while checking her belongings before departing.
"Don't worry mom. I'll be fine. I have been helping you since young. It maybe my first day officially but I grew up with my budding babies."
"You and your literary self. Budding babies? Haha. Okay am leaving!"
You waved your mother adieu. Your family had a nursery a walk away from the flower shop where you reared your 'fleur babies' as you called them.
You were a highly functioning blind. Refusing to hold any walking stick or wear those dark glasses that drew undue attention towards you.
You were independent as well. Much to the clingy attempts of your brother and your mother growing up. You preferred doing everyday tasks on your own. Your other senses bodyguarded you like any human ever could.
Even the snakes and animals could tell of an imminent natural calamity by relying on their other senses. So why couldn't you?
Hence many customers or even people in your immediate life were unaware of your supposed destitution of vision.
"Y/N noona! Can you give me those sunflowers! We need them at school today!" your favourite kid beamed from below the shop counter. His adorable voice making you recognize him immediately.
"Yes my bub! Where's your mom?" you stated before you could hear footsteps following the mini bud who was funneling all your attention.
"Oh here she is. He is starting early today?" you inquired to his mom.
"Yeah Y/N you know how Jinseon loves his teacher. He insists on giving her a sunflower everyday. Agh this boy." his mother sighed at her son's cute tenacity.
Sunflowers- happiness, positivity and optimism
"Aww my chum is a pretty sunflower himself! Am I right Jinseonnie?" you stooped to hand him his flower while combing his luscious hair. Which must not be very long. As you could sense.
"See you tomorrow noona" the baby kissed your supple cheek as he gestured his mom to carry him in his arms. He was getting late for school.
"Bye my bub"
"Thanks Y/N-ah add it to my monthly bill hmm?" his mom reminded you. She knew you were too kind to forget the same.
"Of course Tina. Have a lovely day. You too, Jinseonnie"
As the mother son duo departed you decided to water the flowers at the display outside the shop.
The weather was specially sunny and warm today. Perfect to get some Vitamin D.
"Today seems like a lovely day, right my babies?"
