"I'm really sorry, I know this must be awkward..." Seokjin places down the two coffee cup down on the table, passing Hoseok his. "But I figured I should explain myself."

Hoseok, always being the cheerful one, smiles as he waves his hand. "This isn't a big deal at all, you really don't need to explain yourself either, it's pretty clear what's going on."

"Is it?" Seokjin sips on his coffee as he receives a nod.

"Of course. Look, you wanted to see if you had some sort of sexual attraction to guys and figure out if your feelings for Namjoon were real or purely platonic." Hoseok leans over the table and chuckles. "You don't have to feel guilty."

"Are you sure?" The eldest sighs as he wraps both his hands around the cup. "I just... Well I didn't know if you had feelings for me or if it was just—"

"I didn't." The dancer moves his eyes with his head as he tilts it back and forth which each word. "I have a bad habit of partaking in competitions that won't do me good."

"What do you mean?"

Hoseok frowns, confused that Seokjin couldn't see the obvious. "Well, I practically got in the way of Namjoon. To him, I became competition."

"Oh... You did that on purpose?" Seokjin looks almost confused if it wasn't for the obvious discomfort at that confession.

"Look, a while back when we all first met each other, I felt like I was the third wheel between Jimin and Jungkook. I was trying to find more spice in my life." He quickly shakes his finger upwards. "That is not excuse for my behavior. But I wanted to explain myself to you as well."

"As well?"

"You are here to tell me what's going on with Namjoon right?"

Seokjin is cute to smile as he looks down at his cup. "We've been going out every once in a while. Nothing official."

"I'm glad hyung, you seem a lot more cheery and less constipated when bringing up Namjoon's name," The dancer laughs and he can't help but smile at Seokjin's smile.

The truth was, he did like him. He wasn't in love with him, maybe you could call it a silly crush. Seokjin was handsome and always such a tease, what could one expect other than crushing on him?

But Hoseok wasn't ready for a relationship and if he were to have one, he wouldn't go after Seokjin. He realized during his ordeal with Jimin and Jungkook that his true love was his friendship with the two, and the thought of losing either one of them was harder than losing a family member.

"Have you two done the deed yet?"

Seokjin is quick to blush and raise his hands in defense as his friend wiggles his eyebrows. "N-No! We aren't even official! I could never think that way of him without being an item."

The two chat away as another quickly exists the shop to avoid them.

"Phew, that was close." Jungkook laughs as he grabs onto Taehyung's arm, pulling him away to another street where they may find another coffee shop.

"Why did we avoid them?" Taehyung laughs as he stares at his boyfriend.

"They seemed to be having a private conversation and plus, we're on a date." The younger slides his hand down to Taehyung's and interlocks fingers with him.

The two are walking down the sidewalk when Jungkook stops walking, making the older frown. "Is everything okay?"

The brunet smiled as he looks at his boyfriend, leaning in for a short kiss before speaking. "I just wanted to say that you make me really happy hyung, and I'm glad you are my boyfriend."

Taehyung smiles and he starts walking, leading the way for the two. "Well that makes two of us."

After a silent walk to the café and quick ordering of drinks, the two sit down at a table far off away from everyone.

"Hyung, you know..." The brunet smiles as he grabs onto his boyfriend's hand, sighing. "After all the shitty people I dated, I really had kind of given up on love."

"I'm glad you didn't."

"Well you're the reason I started believing in true love again."

Taehyung smiles, feeling flustered. "I didn't believe in love. I'm a very logical thinking person I just didn't see the appeal. But just laying my eyes on you changed that."

Jungkook caresses Taehyung's palm with his index finger. "I guess that's what soulmates do."

"Soulmates," The older scoffs at the sappiness but regardless, smiles back at his boyfriend. "Well who would have thought my soulmate would be so perfect?"
