PEOPLE WEREN'T aware enough of how dangerous the Camp's woods were at night.

With monsters, creatures and what seemed endless trees- if you went in there with no idea of what to expect you would probably be found dead.

That's why senior monitors had to keep guards, so the younger children wouldn't get lost.

Meg from Hermes did.

Calliope and Luke walked through the woods, with flashlights and their weapons, calling out Meg's name.

After an hour of searching they didn't find her, but still, they couldn't leave.

Luke looked worried for Meg. "Let's go to the cabin and continue the search tomorrow morning."

"Sounds like a plan."

The cabin had been found by Leo Valdez a while ago, it was supposedly as old as camp itself.

Callie, being a daughter of Persephone, knew how to use the forest to find a specific landmark.

And like that Luke and Callie spent a night away from the main camp, in a creepy cabin, alone.
