today was the day that mina was going to go to a studio to record her song. she wasn't planning to make a whole song, but her feelings got the best of her.

she was laying on her bed, scrolling through tiktok. she didn't have till a while to get going anyways.

she stopped when she heard hushed whispering. minas eyebrows furrowed. she adjusted her pink sweatshirt before just continuing to watch tiktok without a thought.

she heard a knock at her door, as always. "come in!" she said loudly.

the door opening it was joshua. "why are you always knocking on my door? it's actually annoy-" she got stopped when she saw aryan in the doorway.

"is this a bad time or..?" joshua questioned, trying to act innocent. aryan quickly put his hand behind his back, holding her favorite flowers.

"very." mina muttered glancing at her brother then him. "I need to get going soon. and I need to lock in!" she said with a teasing smile looking at joshua.

"surely you can take some time before you lock in?" aryan teased slightly. mina rolled her eyes acting annoyed.

"mm not that much." she answers with a shrug looking at him. aryan smiles a little when she finally does.

some of the flowers drop out of the bouquet, making aryan quickly clear his throat and try to cover them up with his body.

mina glanced at the flowers then at aryan. "okay, what is this?" mina said throwing her hands up in the air.

"which is why I ghosted you." aryan explained, now sitting on the bed next to mina. joshua was now out of sight, as well as out of mind.

"still, just because you literally liked me didn't mean you had to block me on everything!" mina said with a bit of a teasing glance.

aryan laughs . "I didn't mean to!" he said putting his hands up with surrender.

"mhm totally." she said widening her eyes a bit.  aryan shrugs with a grin. "oh shut up!"

at the light glance at the sunset outside she realized she missed her entire recording session. but it was for a good cause!

right?
