IT WAS THE 21ST NIGHT OF SEPTEMBER, in Woodsboro, California. The year was 1994 and Salem Riley along with her twin sister Tatum had just started their sophomore year of high school over a month ago.

Over the course of their freshmen year, Salem and Tatum had worked their way up the high school totem pole. Always seen hanging out with the senior cheerleaders learning the do's and don'ts of the high school social-archy and when their time came, how they would fill in their spaces when the seniors graduated. The twins were crazy good at cheer, so everyone knew it was only a matter of time.

It also helped that in their friend group, Billy Loomis and Stu Macher were working their way up the school's basketball and football teams. As they were also always seen hanging out with the high school jocks.

So when both duo's were asked to come to a party at Jason Carpenter's house after school that night, they accepted.

But it wasn't a real party until they also decided to invite their other two friends, Sidney Prescott and Randy Meeks.

Though Randy Meeks was known throughout the school as the "horror movie freak", it didn't stop Salem from inviting him because she knew at the end of the day he wasn't all that bad.

And then there was Sidney Prescott, or otherwise known as the "people's princess" or "goodie twoโ€“shoes" in some people's eyes, she was an overall nice girl that everybody liked. Although Salem knew the girl wouldn't get too wild at a party it didn't stop her from thinking the girl was a good party companion if anything ever went down. Plus they've known each other since kindergarten, and like people say "sandbox love never dies".

So that's how they all ended up at Christina Carpenter's older brother's party. Salem, Tatum and Sidney were dancing with a group of cheerleaders, while Billy and Stu were playing beer pong. And Randy... well he was watching a horror movie the Carpenter's had in their VCR, but he wasn't alone โ€“ surprisingly โ€“ because some of junior's decided to take a break from the partying and watch the movie as well.

That night Randy went from the "horror movie freak" to "freak who has taste in horror movies" it didn't give him too much high school cred, but it boosted him up a little more than the regular freshmen high schoolers.

In an intense game of beer pong, Billy and Stu were standing right beside each other shooting the little white ping pong balls into the seniors cups.

"Look at that, it looks like you need to have another drink, Carpenter." Stu teased, with a wide grin.

"Ah, come on! How are you so good at this Macher?" Jason complained, with a sigh as he picked up the red solo cup.

Stu and Billy chuckled in response.

Turning his head to look over at the crowd of girls dancing, Billy's eyes focused in on Salem's swaying body.

Following his friend's stare, Stu let out another heartily laugh.

"Come on, man. This is like your hundredth time looking at her โ€“ tonight! Why don't you just make a move already?"

"Stop talking so loud, she'll hear you." Billy scolded, with his eyebrows crinkling with worry.

"I seriously doubt that, the music in here is blasted to the max. I'm honestly shocked the police haven't come around here because someone filed a noise complaint." Stu disengaged.

"Yeah, well you talking about it doesn't make it any better. Plus can't you see, she freaking dirty dancing with Spike." Billy pointed out.

James Himbry, otherwise known as "Spike", because whenever he attended a party that didn't have alcohol, he ALWAYS spiked the punch, including the school dances. That got him in trouble with a lot of teachers, but he never got expelled because he was the high school principal's son.

"I see that, but if you look closely you can also see that Salem and Casey Becker are about to get in a cat fight โ€“ my money's on Salem by the way."

Looking to the right side of Salem and Spike, Billy could see Casey's glaring eyes on Salem's form from a mile away.

It was no secret that Casey hated the twins, but she especially hated Salem. It all started when Salem won the talent show in 5th grade, but the firm dislike continued to fester when they reached high school, because all the cheerleaders liked Salem more than her.

"I give it 30 seconds before Casey makes the first move." Stu bet, before he turned back to the ping pong table to shoot another ball.

And like Casey could hear Stu over the dancing bodies and loud music, she shoved Salem back with a force that almost had the girl spill her drink on her shirt โ€“ almost.

Letting out a scoff, Salem turned to look at the other blonde beside her.

"Wow, I mean wow. I didn't think they would just let anyone into this party, but I must be sorely mistaken because I see you're here." The ravenโ€“haired girl said with a tight lipped smile.

"I could've said the same thing, seeing that you're here as well."

"Oh she did not just say that, did she?" Salem asked, looking over her shoulder to Spike.

With a wide grin, Spike answered, "Oh, but I think she did."

"I did, and what are you gonna do about it?" Casey challenged.

"Honey, you're about to see."

"Here, hold my drink, Spike, HOLD MY DRINK!" Salem said, passing the said drink to the platinum blonde โ€“ haired boy.

With eager hands, Spike took the cup.ย

At this point in time, the music had been turned down and a group formed around the girls.

With wide eyes, an alarmed Casey started shuffling back once she saw how serious Salem was.

In mid windโ€“up, Salem was pulled back by her twin sister and Sidney who also managed to pry Randy away from the tv for a few seconds.

"You're one lucky whore, that they're pulling me back because if they hadn't you'd be on the floor crying like a bitch!" Salem screamed.

Back at the ping pong table, Billy watched as Salem got pulled back into the kitchen.

"Now's your time to make your move. Her blood is still pumping from dealing with Casey, so she'll be more likely to say yes to whatever it is you want or she'll slap you. Whatever she decides, good luck." Stu said, giving Billy a thumbs up.

Billy knew Stu was probably right, even if he didn't want to agree. So with slightly sweaty hands, he made his way over towards the kitchen.

With her back turned towards him, Billy silently approached.

Looking around he noticed that nobody else was in the kitchen with her, he figured Tatum and Sidney were giving her time to cool off.

Which is probably what Billy should've been doing, but he had hoped by the time he finally made it to her she would already be calm.

Clearing his throat, Billy started the conversation. "Casey's has had it coming for quite some time."

Hearing the sudden remark, Salem slowly turned around with a short laugh.

"At least someone here agrees. Sup Loomis, haven't seen you all night."

Given the fact that Salem had been buzzed from all the alcohol she had been drinking, Billy was still surprised she could see her own hands in front of her face.

But with a light chuckle, Billy answered without thinking. "I was hanging out with the guys, and didn't want to interrupt the mosh pit of hot girls."

Raising an eyebrow, Salem took in what Billy said. "So you think I'm hot?" She asked soothing hum.

Billy was never one to back down from confrontation, so he answered her question firmly.

"Yes, actually I do."

"That's nice. If there's any consolation I think you're hot too." She replied back.

Whether it was the liquid he had been drinking all night long or his actual courage Billy took Salem's complement as a sign to make his move.

Stepping forward, his nose nudged hers whilst his hands reached up to carefully pull her face into his.

"What are youโ€“" Salem was cut off when Billy kissed her.

Slightly confused by the kiss Salem shrugged but continued to kiss him back.

The heated kiss grew into an even hotter makeโ€“out, when Billy decided to break from it so he could catch his breath.

"So... you wanna talk this upstairs?" He asked with a hint of hope, that Salem would say yes.

And like the virgin gods were shining down upon him, Salem complied.

"Sure."

Grabbing her right hand, Billy pulled her from the kitchen counter.

The music was already back on when he stepped through the living room crowd, to his left he saw a familiar lanky dirty blonde. Giving a short heads up he nodded towards Stu who was surprisingly dancing with Casey.

'Sly dog' Billy thought as they passed each other.

Focusing back on the task at hand, Billy knew tonight was special, and not only because he was finally with the girl he'd been crushing on since the 7th grade, but because he was going to lose his virginity.

He knew that Salem wasn't a virgin, thanks to her previous โ€“ short term โ€“ boyfriend Steve Orth, but that didn't make her any less treasured in his heart.

Tonight he was going to make him mark, and nobody was going to stop it.

Approaching the first door he saw, Billy walked in with Salem trailing behind him. Making sure to lock the door behind him, so nobody walked in he turned around and noticed that he was in a girls room โ€“ Christina Carpenter's to be exact. But he didn't have the heart in him to pick another room, at least not with Salem looking at him like that.

"Now where were we?" He teased, before his lips sought hers out again.

That night unlocked something within Billy, he had already been so deeply imbued with Salem, but now the boy was obsessed.

It also didn't help when Salem told him the next day that last night was only a one time thing.

Her words might have hit him that day, but he would not give up. He knew that one day she would come crawling back, and when she did he would be waiting with open arms.

In the meantime, he decided the next best thing was to date Sidney Prescott since she already had a crush on him and he thought she was cute. It also gave him bonus points, because she was Salem's best friend so Billy thought it was only a matter of time till Salem got jealous.

But as people continue to say, "only time will tell".

hello everyone , it is now it's time to get started on this crazy journey with salem and her psychotic boyfriends + billy.
