Many times we feel the need to hide,

From what?

We don't know.

We keep running,

But there will be a time

When we will see a dead end,

The walls will close and,

We will be locked.

The walls will trap us,

The air will choke us,

Our blood will freeze and boil,

We will be at our worst.

At the dead end you will have two options,

To either continue to suffer

To continue to die in the inside

And put up a happy façade

Or we can embrace ourselves

Accept ourselves 

And work towards improving ourselves,

The choice will fully be ourselves.
