TRENDING: Members of the famous boy group called NCT, Lee Donghyuck a.k.a Haechan and Huang Renjun were spotted in a restaurant in the middle of the night.

"okay, explain." taeyong says as he shows donghyuck the article about him and renjun. "it even says that you two were holding hands and there's even a picture where renjun kisses you on the cheek."

"what seems to be the problem about hand holding and cheek kisses?" donghyuck asks, giving the phone back to his leader.

"are you two dating?" taeyong answers with another question.

"maybe." he smugly smiles.

"i don't have problems with you dating renjun, haechan-ah. in fact, i will support any of you if you decide to date. just remember to be careful and take notes of the consequences you might get." taeyong then smiles, tapping the younger's shoulder lightly.

donghyuck nods, his smug smile fades. "thanks, hyung."

in the dream dorm, as they are having breakfast, jeno shows them the article about donghyuck and renjun, who just smiles at the article and didn't even bother to read it.

"what?" jisung reacts.

"wait, you made up already?" jaemin asks, eyes widen as he reads the article. "oh, you were holding hands?"

"and you kissed him on the cheek?" added shotaro.

"well, they don't often fight so it's not a surprise that they made up so fast." jeno says, picking up his glass of water.

"are you two dating?" sungchan genuinely asks.

renjun chuckles, smiling widely. "yes."

renjun scrolls through his phone, reading some tweets under the hashtag #renhyuck while eating some kimchi he found from the fridge.

"jisungie! where is my one dollar? i won the bet!" he heard jaemin's voice when he, jeno and jisung barges in their dorm.

"what bet? i didn't agree to any." jisung steps back when jaemin's about to hug him.

"jisungie!"

"huh, what bet?" renjun asks, putting his phone on the couch.

"a bet if you and haechan are really dating. jaemin believes you two are but i don't know about jisung." jeno replies, taking off his shoes.

"really?" renjun laughs.

jeno sits next to him. "yeah, they've been arguing since earlier at the café."

"renjun-ah! you're dating, right?" jaemin asks but jisung slaps his arm.

"they're not!"

"they are! he just said this morning."

"they are not dating!"

"yes, they are. let's ask him again." jaemin turns to renjun again. "you and haechan are dating, right? right...?"

renjun doesn't reply. he watches as jisung and jaemin look at him, waiting for his answer.

he then smiles and nods. "yes, we are."

"told you!" jaemin suddenly yells that made jisung startles. "where's my one dollar?"

"no, i won't give you any." jisung runs to his room and jaemin follows but before he enters, the younger quickly shuts the door, making jaemin huffs.

jeno taps renjun's shoulder, "i just asked haechan, he said you're not." renjun turns to him. "what's really the truth? i'm so confused."

renjun chuckles. "we're not." he whispers, getting up from the couch. jeno frowns, still confused. "see you guys later, i'm going to my boyfriend's dorm."

upon hearing that, jeno makes confused noise while jaemin giggles, taking out his phone to tell chenle about it.

on the other side, nct 127 just came back from a music show and when the members of 5th floor arrive at the dorm, donghyuck immediately runs to the bathroom to take a quick bath.

"hurry up!" doyoung yells from outside, knocking on the door.

"wait!"

as donghyuck finishes, he dries up and wraps his towel around the lower part of his body, not wearing anything except underwear.

he gets out of the bathroom and greeted by doyoung who's glaring down at him. he laughs and sticks his tongue out at the older.

he then walks to his room and opens the door, seeing johnny getting off his bed. they greet each other before his roommate exits their room.

donghyuck finally enters, closing the door behind. he goes to his closet and quickly puts on his clothes.

he checks his phone and there's a message from jeno.

jeno-ya :

are you and renjun
really dating?

Me :

nope.

he chuckles before putting his phone down. he lays on his bed and closes his eyes. he's so exhausted, he badly wants to sleep right away.

after few minutes, he jolts up from his nap when someone knocks on the door. he sighs and rubs his eyes, getting up from his bed.

he walks towards the door and opens it. he sees a smiling renjun in front of him, holding his pink journal. "hi! were you already sleeping?"

donghyuck lazily nods and steps back to let the older in his room. renjun happily enters and closes the door.

"i'm sorry for waking you up. i have something to show you."

"what is it?" he gently asks.

they walk to the bed and sit next to each other. renjun looks down to his journal and turns it to a certain page. "here!"

donghyuck grabs the notebook and reads the page renjun showed him.

renjun giggles. "just read through it. i actually wrote that after we fought the last time."

donghyuck glances at him before turning to the next page.

one;
i hate it when he flirts with other members, especially mark hyung and jeno. but i can't really do anything about it because we're not really in a relationship.

two;
i hate it when he doesn't tell us what's bothering him, when he clearly needs help. he just keeps it to himself.

three;
i hate that he's so overworked, he sometimes forgets to take care of himself. please don't get injured again :(

four;
i hate it when he gets mad at me, or just mad in general. i couldn't take it, i get really sad and frustrated at the same time.

five;
i hate it when they perceive him as someone who's very loud and brat, someone who doesn't listen to anyone, not the donghyuck who is all-rounded and has so much capability.

six;
i hate it when he doesn't let me pay for our food whenever we go out. he's so annoying.

seven;
as i've said before, i hate that he's the only who got me so whipped for him. yes, winwin hyung is cute, jisungie is cute as well, and i think jeno is funny. but haechan's adorableness makes me wanna punch him so hard but kiss him all over his face. although, i won't do that, not in front of the camera.

eight;
i hate that time when, i think it was 2016 before we debut as nct dream, he suddenly cried in front of me because he missed his mom. he just bursted out his tears while i'm sitting in front of him. i hate that i just stared at him and didn't do anything because we're not yet close that time. we're the only ones in the room and he was crying so hard but i was shy to approach him. fuck, i want to erase that memory.

nine;
i hate it when he stays up all night playing video games with jeno or jisung even though they're in different rooms and he has a schedule the next day, so he gets sleepy and gains circles under his eyes. he would look haggard. lucky for him, he still looks cute ><

ten;
lastly, i hate that i love him. but at the same time, i don't want to love anybody that isn't him. he just completes me every single day. he's the only person who matches my personality and that even though i don't trust people that much, he's such a reliable person that anyone can rely on, especially me.

after donghyuck reads all of that, he turns to renjun and smiles widely. he puts the journal under his pillow and pulls the older for a sweet hug. renjun hugs him back.

"we might not be boyfriends now, but i promise, we'll live happily together in the future. the dream i talked about before? forget about it. i don't want to live next to you. i want to live with you and we'll tease our neighbors together, ringing their doorbells and run afterwards."

renjun laughs softly, looking up at his lover. "that, i would like. i'm going to hold onto that promise."

donghyuck nods and kisses renjun's forehead gently. "do you wanna stay, darling?"

"yes."

they pull apart from the hug and lay on the bed next to each other. donghyuck lets renjun lays his head on his arm as the latter hugs him, burying his face onto his chest.

donghyuck hugs him back and rests his chin on renjun's head. "good night."

"i love you, donghyuck."

as they meet in each other's dreams, johnny suddenly barges in the room.

when he sees the two, he grins and pulls out his phone to take photos of them. he then sends the photos to their group chat with a caption, 'look at these lovebirds. so cuteee!'

he silently giggles, slowly closing the door, being careful not to wake the two up. finally, he turns the light off before going to his own bed.
