wang meiling was the first child born into the wang family. she was born in yantai, china.

the family quickly moved to shenzhen once meiling's mom was pregnant with her second and last child. there, she was shoved into the spotlight by debuting as a child actor.

she starred in many movies, and became quite famous in the city of shenzhen. while she began acting, her parents began to fight a lot, and take it out on her and her sister. their parents would use the two as emotional support after arguments, and one parent would end up leaving the house for the night.

after years of constant fighting, the two divorced. this impacted meiling hard as her parents' unhealthy relationship was what she perceived normal, and this caused her to be in many toxic relationships. this put her under a lot of pressure, and she didn't know how to handle it.

moving on, in between acting and school, music and dancing had sparked her interest. she took singing and dancing lessons, and quickly her sister caught on and convinced her to audition.

meiling had auditioned for a chinese entertainment company, unfortunately getting declined. her sister had suggested trying a korean company. which was a success.

because of this, the two girls became incredibly close, sharing an indescribable bond. they were each other's other half. and meiling wouldn't be the woman she is today without her.

once accepted to the company, mei had quit acting. she moved to korea and trained for 2 years, before she knew it, meiling was a part of seventeen. a whole new chapter of her life she couldn't be happier with.
