Username: Your user name.

Book Title: The title of the book

No. of chapters: The number of chapters in your book (mention if it is ongoing). If it is still going on, you should have more than three chapters.

category: To which category does your book belong? (Be specific.)

Lgbtq: Yes or no?

Mature: Yes or no.

Payments: Completed (if not as soon as possible).

Tags: They should at least contain a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 people you can tag (don't tag people or authors who feel uncomfortable).

Username: Your user name.

Experience: You should have participated in at least one award book. (If it is new, no worries.)

Category:  which category you are willing to judge(Do not participate in same category if you are participant.)

Are you participating in any category in his book: Yes/No

Comfortable with Lgbtq: Yes/No

Comfortable with mature: Yes/No

How many books do you think you can judge: How many books can you judge at the very least? (You may select two, three, or more book, but not one or a single.)

Payments: Completed (if not as soon as possible).
