Let's start with, May we know a few words about you?

I am Aswathi and from Kerala. Writing and reading is my passion along with dancing. I accidentally came in Wattpad and now I think I came at the best place to discover opportunities for my writing.

Amazing akka! So accidental journey gave you a chance to explore many more things.

Moving on to next one, When did you start writing either on this platform or in normal way?

I started penning down my stories when I was studying in 6th or 7th...I think. But those where random short stories and still I have a book for penning down my short stories.  I started writing in online platform from last 7 months.

That's really great to know akka, from such a young age you have developed interest towards writing. It's indeed an inspiration to all of us.

Moving on, What is your motivation to write?

At first there was many mistakes but whenever I write a story I go straight to my father and he will point out the mistakes. He reviews it and gives me motivation to write. My mom likes my writing but she is reluctant to admit it. My family gives me full motivation to write and even now I goes to my father whenever I write a story because he reviews it honestly.

Next one, How did you feel when you got to know that you are the winner?

I didn't believe it at first. I participated in many wattpad awards but I didn't got any awards. So Tale Teller Awards is the first award that I got and I am so happy. This awards gave me more confidence to write and now mom is also a little proud on my writing.

Next one, Did you ever face criticism? If yes how did you over come it?

Yes. I had to face criticism but it only had a positive effect on me. Every time I face criticism, I learn many more things from it.

I am feeling very happy to know that akka, not everyone can take criticism in a positive way and I am really proud you took it that way.

Next one, When did you come across this fan fiction category akka?

I am a big fan of the show Ishq Mei Marjawan 2. I have read many fan fictions based on that show. And I thought to try in fan fiction category. And this is my first time to write a story in fan fiction category.

Great akka, next one : What was your opinion about our awards and the way we hosted it?

You guys hosted it amazingly and the awards gave a chance to many writers to showcase their talents. There are many category so writers who writes it that category got a chance to prove themselves. Many awards are mostly on fan fictions only but this one is different.

Moving on to next one, Do you face writer's block? If yes how do you overcome it?

Yes. I had gone through it. That times I give sometime to myself from writing and stressing. I enjoy time with family and moreover I give time to ME. Every time we can't write, so taking break for sometime gives us and our imagination a new turn.

I agree with it akka, a break helps us  at times.

Next one, Do you plan on taking writing as a profession?

I didn't give it a thought now. Now all I want is to give time to my studies but I'll continue writing as sideline.

Okay akka, What was the response you got when you first published this book?

I first published it on Telly updates even before I got to know about Wattpad. Later I joined wattpad reluctantly but when I understood there are many opportunities, I published my first book. And because of god's grace and my reader's support, it is still getting good responses.

Oh! So your writing journey started from Telly Updates and now ongoing with Wattpad. Wishing you all the luck to reach many more heights akka.

Next one, Is there any advice you would like to give to teenagers out there akka?

I didn't think I am that much experienced one to give advice. But if many teenagers comes into writing field, they will get more opportunities here.

Writing actually helps and it releases stress most of the time. Hoping to see them rock Wattpad and their life as you said akka 😁❤

Lastly, could you please tell a few words about the community and how did you feel giving us the interview? Do you have any suggestions for me while interviewing?

I joined the community seeing its motive. Like the name, Teen Fix community helps the teenagers to fix the problems they are facing in this teenage. I know how a person will feel when we are in teenage. We need proper guidance and knowledge about many things which may be we can't get from family. So this community is indeed a blessing to many teenagers including me. Even I got to know many things when I read "Tales for Teens". The interview is perfect and I really had a good time with you.
