Thursdays were Jimin's favorite day of the week. It was an odd choice, yes, but what wasn't odd about him?

He liked the thought of 'Friday is tomorrow' since he was then always excited for the day to end.

What was more exciting is that he'd be sharing his answers of ethical questions to class today, not just to his fellow classmates, but to Namjoon and Yoongi.

But this Thursday was special because Taehyung and him had planned on going to the mall after the day was over. So he was more than excited for it to be today; Thursday.

"And so that concludes our introduction unit." The professor of ethics held onto his stress ball as he then chucked it at Kihyun, who caught it yet still fell onto his desk. "Mister Yoo. Let's discuss your answer to your extra credit questions. Now what question did you pick?"

"Um, I picked what is the good life."

"So, what is the good life to you Mister Yoo?"

Kihyun pushed his glasses up his nose, looking down at his notebook as he read his answer.

"The good life is one where an individual pursues their goals in virtuous ways, leaving a good impact on those around them."

Namjoon put his left hand inside his pocket while he motioned to be thrown back the stress ball with his right. "Good answer but not good enough." He caught the ball and began pumping on it yet again as he questioned Kihyun.

"Because not everyone's goals are good goals. An individual's goal may be to dominate the world, how then, do they leave a good impact?"

Kihyun was quick to answer. "What if their intentions were good?"

"You think when someone wants to dominate the world, they won't force others into their following?" The teacher shook his head as he sucked on his teeth. "Hitler believed what he was doing was good, ya know?"

Kihyun huffed out as he gave his last statement. "I meant something simple, like wanting to be a good athlete..."

"Most athletes are corrupt Mister Yoo, but you believe what you want." Namjoon then threw the ball at Jimin, who caught it effortlessly. "Mister Park! Which question would you like to answer since you decided to do all four?"

Jimin heard Baekhyun cough out a 'Overachiever' before he answered. "I'd like to answer, how should I live."

"Ah, the one I was too lazy to read." Namjoon motioned for him to answer. "Well?"

"I believe I should live as I already do. Study hard to maintain a good future, make good choices, and create friendships along the way."

His teacher didn't seem too pleased with the answer. "Studying hard doesn't guarantee a good future Mister Park, determination doesn't either. Luck does." He walked about the class and thought about it for a second before motioning towards Jimin. "What do you refer to as good choices?"

"Being responsible, of course. Taking charge of situations with good intentions, choosing what to do with your spare ti—"

"Mister Park," Namjoon smiled as he talked, almost at disbelief. "Your answer almost seems hypocritical."

Jimin clenched his jaw. "I don't follow."

"Well just last week, you missed two of my classes. Now that isn't responsible."

"I was sick."

"Being sick doesn't excuse responsibility."

"But it does when my sickness could have interrupted class or affected other students."

Namjoon smirked as he looked down at his shoes then at the rest of class. "Taking charge of situations with good intentions... now, I've never seen you take the lead in a situation. You seem to be the follower, get what I mean?"

"Taking charge of situations doesn't imply leadership."

"Right no, of course. It implies that you know what you are doing but... doesn't everyone kinda not know what they are doing at all times?" The professor chuckled. "I mean, how can you take charge in my class when you don't know the material?"

"Sir, I meant taking charge in situations in where there seems to be a problem." Jimin frowned because Namjoon was up to something. His eyes kept going on and away from Jimin with that smug of his. It pissed him off to the point his jaw ached from the angered clenching.

"Isn't this class a problem to solve?" He pointed around all students. "You all have the same problem to solve. You don't know the material so you take the class."

"I'm taking charge by showing up to class and learning, aren't I?"

The teacher pursed his lips as he kept his eyes fixated on Baekhyun's paper. He was doodling on his answers sheet yet instead of calling him out, he kept at it with Jimin. "What do you do in your spare time that is so righteous?"

Jimin shrugged, not really thinking about it. "Study. I am the overachiever type."

Namjoon's head snapped up and he smiled at Jimin. "And don't you think that annoys others?"

"My goal is to graduate, not appeal to others."

"But then, you don't leave a good impact on others."

"Not every virtuous person goes noticed the way they should."

"So you only study in your spare time?" He walked about his desk, looking around as if he was disinterested. "Nothing else? Because that doesn't seem healthy, and part of being a virtuous person is to also take care of yourself."

"Well I take parts of leisure time, who doesn't?"

"Nightclubs and such, like your friend Mister Jeon?"

And then, Jimin sighed. That's what he was up to. "It'd be weird if I didn't hang out with my friends..."

"Nightclubs include drinking and all sorts of sexual activities, I don't think that's very virtuous, now is it?"

"I could just be going to dance." Jimin shrugged as he stared down at his teacher. "Drinking and sexual activities are part of a human's way to relax anyways."

"So you are suddenly a saint that does no such things? Because then, you aren't virtuous, you are just uptight."

The pink haired boy got sick of it. He grabbed the ball and threw it with all his might at the teacher. "Like you are one to talk."

The teacher caught the ball but it had been so hard it just bounced from his hand to the ground. "I don't know what you mean Mister Park. Care to elaborate."

"I don't need to elaborate." Jimin just didn't care at this point. He gathered his things and began packing them up as he spoke, loud enough for the class to hear. "You aren't cool by belittling your students, questioning their personal lives in class. Ethical questions outside of the assignment, you yourself said the questions were vague and weren't specific." He pointed at the teacher as he stood up. "You are making it specific on purpose so you can humiliate those you feel are better than you."

"I don't think you are better than me Mister Park." He chuckled but the class didn't laugh. Instead they watched the student go down the stairs and shove his assignment on Namjoon's chest and speak too low for anyone to hear.

"You aren't worth it." And just like that, he left the class to wonder what the hell had just happened.

He pulled out his phone and called his friend.

"Hey, what's up? I'm in class."

"Cancel today's plans, Tae. I'm gonna be too busy switching classes."
