arabella and malachi had been out and about when they had stopped by a dress store. "let's go in here- please?" arabella pleaded to malachi. he rolled his eyes teasingly before nodding.

"go." he said, following behind her as arabella walked in happily. she clapped her hands together at his words as they got greeted at the door by a worker.

"welcome!" the greeter said towards them. she gave them some sense of direction before letting them go on. malachi held onto her somehow whenever she was going somehwere, not wanting to lose track of her.

"ooh! they have like a light blue kind of thing?" arabella said, taking the dress off of the rack that it was on, bringing it up to her body. it had sparkles on it but not too much sparkles while the color was light blue.

malachi looked at the dress that was held in front of her body and grinned. "that looks so good what!" he encouraged with a laugh even though they hadn't even gone to a changing room yet.

"that's the encouragement i need!" she said with a laugh after him, giving the dress to him to hold. he held it as she looked around.

he admired her as her eyes lit up each time she saw a new dress that she liked. her happiness made him feel better.

"should i go for dark red or pink?" she asked, looking towards malachi. her red hair looking slightly lighter in the bright lights from the store.

"i- uhm.. i think you should go with whatever feels right." he answered finally with a nod. by this time he had three dresses as a rack on his arm.

arabella smiled sweetly at him before thinking slightly. "i guess dark red? if it looks bad i'm not getting it." she said quickly after she thought it through.

malachi nodded at her, encouraging her to go on. "i'm suing if this store doesn't have your size though." malachi spoke after. arabella had found around four more dresses she liked but weren't her size.

arabella laughed at his comment. "right?" she said, her nose crunching up slightly while laughing. "but then again, it needs to fit or its gonna have no tits."

"i dont think thats a saying-"

"besides the point!"

             malachi leaned on the wall outside the changing room. he waited very patiently as she tried on the different dresses. she had around five.

none of them really sticked out for him before she got to the dark red one. it was very pretty. it had various designs on it that made you have awe.

he didn't say anything for a second before looking at her up and down again. "woah.." he said before lightly chuckling. he ran a hand through his hair.

"and that's the one!" she said in a sing songy voice as she walked back into the changing room to get into her actual clothes so malachi could buy the dress.

malachi tilted his head up towards the ceiling as he grinned. the memory of her in that dress stood out to him the most.

"let's go my handsome prince." she said sarcastically, taking his hand as they started to head towards the check out.
