     arabella got up quickly, tripping over multiple different clothes on the floor. she picked up a bills jersey that her father got at one of the games for her and flared jeans.

she did a bit of light makeup, not having the time nor patience for a more professional look at all.

she tried to do her hair multiple times, but shook her head at herself in the mirror multiple times. she let her hair go from her grip. no use!

before she could do anything else the doorbell rang. her eys went bigger immediately, scrembling to the door quickly. she smiled to him.

"hi!" she said, pretending like she wasn't just sweating from getting ready that quickly. malachis eyebrows furrowed at her.

"hi." he said. he tilted his head slightly. "want to get going?" he asked, putting a hand out for her to take. arabella bit her bottom lip slightly.

"yeah, please!" she said immediately after. she dropped her smile feeling tired of keeping up that act for so long. she took his hand as they walked to his car.

it felt weird being in a car when she's not in the back seat or the driver. "after you." malachi said, opening the door for her.

"thank you, kind soul." arabella replied with a grin. her face lightened when malachi laughed and started walking to the drivers side.

"all for you, miss covey."

   arabella stood next to each other as they watched the football game from a higher place, but they could care less about it. malachi watched the football game very closely.

he seemed to know every single detail about every player. strangely, that was the one thing that stood out to arabella.

before she knew it, the bills got a touchdown. malachi and other fans started screaming happily. he turned towards her, hugging her and picking her up in victory.

arabella laughed with him and wrapped her arms around his neck for more support. malachi kissed her neck once lightly before setting her down.

"let's fucking go!" he said looking down at her, grabbing one of her arms and pretended that she was cheering making both of them laugh out loud.

"you're so unserious." arabella says tilting her head at him with a teasing look in her eye. malachi tilted his head at her.

"yeah, but you love me for it." malachi said blowing her a kiss sarcastically. arabella shook her head at him, a light pink blush showing on her cheeks.

everything he was saying was so true that she couldn't even tell him that he is true.
