arabella and malachi were the only ones left in the house after the whole surprise yesterday. obviously, they were exhausted. so the only acceptable thing to do is watch a movie.

"what should we watch?" arabella says, slouching against the couch. she was scrolling through the movies on netflix. malachi thought and had a vision, but couldnt remember the name.

"oh i have one- it's.. it's uh.." he says as arabella looked at him with a grin at his thinking. "oh- don't worry darling!" he finally got out. arabellas mouth widened.

"you know that one?" she asked with a smile. "personally, i only watched it for harry styles but now it's for florence soo.." she confessed to him. "also it's not on netflix you dummy."

"it literally was!" he defended himself, putting his hands up. "besides, i am way hotter than that guy." he said crossing his arms with a cool impression on his face.

arabella tilted her head at him, contemplating. malachi looked towards her, testing her. "ehh.. not- not really." she said shaking her head. malachi put a hand to his heart.

"wow. so rude and for what, covey?" he said pretending to be offended. clearly they were not choosing a movie, but except fighting over one.

arabella rolled her eyes with a grin as she looked over at him again. "harry styles is way hotter than you, but you have better style. ill give you that!"

"ill take it." he said, putting his hands behind his head. arabella watched him for a tinge more before going to prime video where it was already bought.

"you better not be noticing harry's flaws in this movie or ill kill you." arabella warned, putting her finger up and putting it towards him.

"no promises." he said with a smug shrug. she pushed one of his shoulders making him laugh. before they could say anything else to each other, the movie started.

         "no cause i am so confused now, the fuck?" arabella said, furrowing her eyebrows when the credits came on. malachi had the same expression on his face.

"me too. one thing you're right about bella." he said sarcastically. her eyes squinted slightly at him making him chuckle, biting his lip slightly after.

"i am right about a ton of things!" she defended herself, going to the kitchen behind them to get chips.

malachi hummed slightly in agreement. "fine. ooh get some for me too, will you?" he asked her. arabella looked back at him, pretending to be annoyed before doing it.

"anything for my beloved boyfriend." she said sarcastically. malachi shook his head at her with a grin, already knowing her nonsense.

"yep, anything for me!" he said cheerfully after. arabella rolled her eyes, the smile still relevant on her face.

she had two bowls in her hand, giving one to malachi. "here you goo" she said with a smile, taking a bite of her chips already.

"why thank you?"

"yeah you should be thanking me!"
