ON OCTOBER 14TH, 1985 two twin girls were born. Myndey and Sydney Manning were their names. As soon as the girls were born out of their mother's womb, they were inseparable, always wanting to be in each other's company, because nobody else understood them like they did each other.
They had many good years together, just the two of them with their sacred memories.
When it was summertime, they would go down by the pond in their backyard or sit underneath the willow tree and braid each other's hair.
Good memories resided in Spokane, Washington. It was the only place that held the sweet freedom of childhood for both of the girls.
In the beginning of their short livelihood, both girls dotted towards their dad. He was a sweet and nice man โ or so they thought.
He would always give them special treatment, such as buying them ice cream everytime they came home from school or taking them to the neighborhood parks on the weekend.
All the school moms thought it was adorable to see a parent being so involved with their kids, especially a dad.
And at the time that's all Gary was, a sweet and caring father.

There had been a saying that Myndey recalled in her youth.
"It is not the wolf who looks like a wolf who is most dangerous. It is the wolf who looks most like the sheep."
If you would have told little Myndey and Sydney Manning that everything would change after they moved from Washington to North Dakota they would have never believed you.
Because they would have never thought that someone they loved so dearly could hurt them so much.

It was April 12th, 2007 when Myndey had received a notification that her younger twin sister had gotten a citation for driving under the influence.
This was not the first time one of the incidents had happened nor would it be the last.
But like any other time she got a notification, she put her life on pause to go and track her sister down.
She knew Sydney was having a tough time, hell they both were the difference is Myndey was better at hiding it.
Myndey tried several times to get Sydney to come and stay with her but like each time, the younger twin denied.
Seeing that her sister was clearly still struggling, she made out a credit card in Sydney's name but hooked it up to her bank account and gave her a phone so she at least knew her sister wasn't starving and homeless out in the world.
Though Sydney didn't say it she appreciated her sister's gesture, because she knew that even if she kept up all of her crap, Myndey would never abandon her.

Previously it was stated that Myndey put her life on pause to help her sister out, but what she was doing was never mentioned.
And that's because she was working as an FBI agent.
Already had been accepted into the BAU in Quantico, Virginia as an excellent profiler and special agent.
It did take her years of therapy to get over the trauma she had endured, even though she had only told her therapist a small portion of the things that she went through as a child.
Frankly her therapists never even scratched the surface, but what was it to them?
Undergoing many drills and tests to even hint that she was ready to become a field agent was gruesome enough, but she managed to strive through it all and put on a brave face.
And now everything paid off, because she was working with a group of people she'd like to call family.
